they're real Hasbro figures that some guy decided to put in a plastic bag to try to double or triple the selling price. The only genuine bagged figures are Hulk Hogan in pants, Undertaker, & Bret Hart mailaways, Hogan #1 & Macho #1 from JC Penny ring set, and Hogan & Macho Man UK mail aways. Anything else should be questioned and is likely not legitimate.

they're real Hasbro figures that some guy decided to put in a plastic bag to try to double or triple the selling price. Proof? A few people on here have verified that they received figures other than the ones you mention through mail-order promotions. If you have some evidence that this guy has bagged the figures himself, please share. I'd be honestly interested in seeing it. Otherwise, your post is kind of slanderous. I think we are all skeptical of some of the oddities from the WWF Hasbro series that pop up, and sometimes with good reason, but I think it's important to back up claims like yours, since they are pretty heavy statements.

alright, let me be more specific; other than the figures I listed, no other figures are "included in the line" of WWF Hasbro. Meaning, if you have a bagged Fatu that you bought from Hasbro's gift shop (and a lot of times, gift shop figures ARE polybagged so that they take up less space) it's no different, or more special, than a loose version of the same figure, because it IS just the same figure in a plastic bag. The WWF magazine mailaways, the 2 UK mail aways, and the JC Penny figures are considered "in the line" because they were widely distributed and well known pieces.. Unlike a Demolition Crush that's in a bag because . These are old toys that most people don't care about. We collectors are the ones who determine the value, rarity, and such on these types of things. There's no "car guide" for Hasbro figures and even if there was.. it's likely inaccurate because the market is so fickle and ever changing.

OK, so that explanation is a lot different than your original post where you make it sound like the guy is in his basement bagging and sealing up these figures himself. I agree that these promotional figures aren't really anything special, because sans bag, there's literally no difference between the figure and its mainline counterpart.
