We've all heard how DDP is helping Jake "The Snake" Roberts, and i came across this video on youtube:
Page is so f'n awesome - I'm proud to be a fan of his.

I watched this video a couple of weeks ago and I was amazed. I was super impressed with the transformation and previously, I sort of disregarded Page's yoga career as "something on the side", but after actually looking into it, he's really helping a ton of people with their problems.
I also watched the Jake 'The Snake' Roberts video, the preview to the documentary they're doing with him, and I'm going to be honest, it upset me greatly to see Roberts in such horrific shape and terrible mental state. He is and always will be one of, if not my favourite wrestler from the past aside from The Undertaker, and I hope that DDP can pull this one off, because I would love to see Jake make an appearance one more time in the WWE.

I have to admit that I was never really a fan of DDP as a persona..but his work with Jake and others as a humanitarian is amazing.
The guy is a true inspiration which alone is as valuable as a nay World Title Reign.

DDP seems like someone whos used his wrestling fame for good rather than becoming bitter like most retired wrestlers. DDps support and motivation can help people turn their lives around for the better.

Love this story everytime I see it, first time seeing the video though. His running at the end is actually a little emotional to watch.
So glad it worked for him, he looks really happy now too, DDP is unbelievably awesome.
Anyone on here done DDP yoga?

This is kind of a long read...
DDP was my dads favorite wrestler and it was because of the whole 'people's champion' thing, coming through the crowd and his feud with Savage. In 2005 DDP did a book signing for his YRG book. I told my dad about it and he was extremely excited to go.
A little back story on my dad, my dad used to be a truck driver. He rolled his semi off a cliff in 1988 and broke his neck and back. Was paralyzed for roughly 1 year from the neck down, and then was in a wheelchair till about 1998. He is able to walk now but he uses a cane and it's only for brief periods of time. The only thing he wasn't able to get back was the ability to use his Achilles tendon.
Back to the signing. DDP said he didn't want to answer any wrestling questions and only questions about his yoga program. My dad raised his hand and Dallas called on him and my dad explained his accident story and asked if he would be able to not do this, and from a sitting position, he swung one of his feet up over his head like some sort of doll or puppet. DDP told us to stick around after the signing.
I got a bunch of things signed by him. 2 books, a VHS copy of 'Ready to Rumble' and a brawlin buddy for my brother. Dallas also talked to my dad about rehabbing down in Atlanta and gave my dad his email and phone number and was really adamant to my dad about getting him back to 100%.
I'm not sure if my dad ever took advantage of that, but the simple fact that DDP wanted to help a perfect stranger to better his life was amazing to me and it changed my perspective on Dallas immediately.
Thanx to all who have read my little novel here.

With all the positive things DDP is doing I'm surprised the WWE hasn't inducted him.
They are obsessed with their image so you'd think they would lead the charge promoting one of their former wrestlers doing something so proactive and beneficial. The guy is helping people change their lives.
A lot of ex-wrestlers are either strung out on drugs, eternally bitter, or simply dead. Guys like DDP are in the minority as they have successfully made the transition away from the ring and now lead a life dedicated to helping people. It's just a great story.

I've been using it on and off for about a month but I'm making an effort to do it daily. I can honestly say I feel the difference. I'm 18 but being lazy made me feel way older. These workouts are designed to help your back, core and breathing feel better. Trust me, it does.

I think its great he's helping people lose weight and get into better shape mentally and physically but I still fail to see how Yoga will help you lose weight. There has to be some sort of diet plan that goes along with it that never gets mentioned. Not trying to knock it cause its a great thing of what he's doing but its kinda a misconception people might get to think "hey if I stretch and stand on my head every day, Ill lose weight"

Jake confirmed an hour ago on Twitter that Scott Hall is heading to DDP's house on Monday. He says hes been sober for 2 weeks. God bless DDP. Even if it doesn't work out, he's a saint for trying.

I actually own the DDP yoga program and it is amazing. I never used to really care that much about DDP but now he is not only one of my favorite wrestlers now but also one of my top most inspirational people.
