To cut it short, his leg broke off when I bent it and now his waist won't move either. Is there a cure for Rocky guys, or am I screwed? EDIT: If I am screwed which it looks like I am, are there any customs these parts could be used for?

It's broke. Once the peg that connects the crotch and leg breaks, unless you split the crotch and replace the peg with one from a spare figure, there isn't anyway of fixing it unless you start taking figures apart.
I've never split a torso or customized a figure aside from head, hand, arm, and boot swaps...so I wouldn't even begin to tell you how to split the crotch piece the correct way.....there is probably a tutorial in the customs board.
If all else fails, contact Mattel and they will send you a voucher....you'll probably be unable to find a new Legends 3 Rock at retail, though, so just use it on another figure at retail and try and get another Legends Rock on eBay or something.

Thanks a lot man +1 I pretty much knew it wasnt going to be able to be fixed. Oh and I found it at a Big Lots a few months back. Great fig, I may just super-glue it and display him like that.

Buy a current Rock fig and do a simple head swap and throw the Legends T-shirt on. It's probably the easiest/cheapest option.

Nailpolish remover and then the tattoo is gone. Or just get a new rock and pop the leg off. Whatever.
