I was wondering this today. I know he left WWE on Bad terms... so how were we able to get his figure if he left on bad terms?

Well Savage and the WWE basically "made up" shortly before he died. I do believe he appeared on a episode of RAW briefly doing commentary during a match, similiar to Booker T when he came back. Hogan was very saddened by Savages death, as he had not talked to him in a long time.

Wish they'd do the same with Hardcore Holly and Crash Hollys family...

He was starting a solid relationship with the wwe again.here is a promo video from Comic con when His DM was announced. There would have been alot more of this kinda stuff if it wasn't for is untimely death. I'm thankful for what we have gotten tho

The poster was confusing with the fact that Jesse Ventura also made up with WWE?Vince in late 2009 and did commentary on the old school edition of Raw with Vince for the "Breakout Star battle Royal" won by Sheamus shortly before TLC 2009.

I believe they "made up" before his death, as in interviews his brother stated that WWE offered Hall of Fame induction to him. He turned it down as he wanted the Poffo's inducted, not just Randy. Probably around the same time the ok was given to Mattel to approach Savage. Remember, 1 year turn around for new figures.
And Savage never returned to WWE after WcW. He made an appearence in TNA but that's it for major US television spots

Im still convinced that Savage was off limits because of something Hogan did/said. I find it all to convenient that as soon as Hogan goes to TNA, Savage is on good terms with WWE again.

I think the "why" will never be answered. I found it funny that there wasn't just one reason Vince and Randy were on bad terms. He was also mad that when he left, he took the slim jims $ with him!
