ok so i am going to start posting polls. why? because we need real statistics here. Here is the first one.very simple. WOULD YOU BUY A CORPORATE BOSS MAN FLASHBACK? Accessories COULD POSSIBLY INCLUDE: Removeable Flak Vest-ala Randy Orton T.T.T.T figure Nightstick-mandatory Sunglasses-mandatory Handcuffs-mandatory Hardcore Championship-? Baton-? mace/pepper spray-? in this picture we can see that boss man still had a pretty bushy goatee, so mattel could potentially use the same head sculpt with slight mods to the hair and face. what do ya think?

No. I am happy with the Elite 14 one and thats my fave attire of Boss Man. I like this character, dont see myself buying another one and would rather see some fresh characters.

I wouldn't even think twice about buying a swat gear Boss Man. The guy was the first wrestler I ever was a fan of, and any figure of him I could get, I'd take. Plus it's not like a new figure, with just a slight change to the look, his entire look changed, with only the nightstick and sunglasses staying. They could even do like Jakks did with the bone crunching figure, and have him come with a black ski mask, like he wore, when he returned.
Too bad they didn't give him the Nash treatment, having the two version in the same series, one comes out with the initial release and the other with the revision cases.

i agree, bossman was one of my favorite characters growing up during the attitude era. i would snatch one up without hesitation.
the reason i want to do polls is if MDT happens to be curious as to what the demand would be like for a character.

The correct answer is "yes" Would I buy it? Probably Will it happen? Not anytime soon I don't see why not. Mattel is only doing guys that they have already signed, and given how popular his last figure was and how big of a role he played in the Attitude era, he seems very likely. With the Hardcore title coming I wouldn't be surprised if it came with him Be we'd totally need a Ken Shamrock to go with him.

I think once the SHIELD members are made Mattel can reuse the bodies and just give the current Bossman head a slight mod. Bossman was significantly thinner in his swat gear so maybe the dean Ambrose body can work?

No. There's plenty of other flashbacks I'd rather see before seeing one based on what was basically a filler character.

I'd get him, but there's other flashbacks I'd like to see first.

Need a "maybe" option as I'm not sure I would buy it until after I saw the figure either MOC or loose.

It would be a logical decision for Mattel to make:
-Use same or similar head as previous Bossman - Use Roman Reigns body mold -Throw in nightstick and hardcore belt
There is no question that The Shield will be made...it's just a matter of when. If the stars align, I could see this being a hot seller or even a RSC exclusive.

They would have to have a new head for the corporate Boss Man, he was slimmer, and had his hair shaved down shorter, than the era that the current Boss Man figure is from.

The BCA was one of my favorite figures growing up, so I was very disppointed to see how terrible the CS Big Bossman turned out to be. I'd love to see Mattel do Corporate Bossman justice.

I agree with your points but in this case accuracy is a preference, not a requirement. Mattel's track record for getting each detail correct prior to release is not perfect by any means but from a business standpoint, it might make more sense for them to reuse things for a smaller run. I would like a newer mold as well but then again I would say that about any character.
