I don't know why, but I've been picking up more and more of the older Flexforce toys (red packaging). I was wanting to know does anyone else really collect Flexforce? I know most serious collectors only got them for head swaps.

No but I'd probably have most of them if I went to Shopko and Big Lots and bought all the ones sitting on the shelves there.

I collected the three single Undertaker flex force figures, the battle pack with Cena and the accessory set.

I can't stand them! I am stuck with an old Matt Hardy and HBK that came in a bundle with a couple of basics/elites - I can't even find a buyer for them!

I wonder if Mattel will discontinue their FlexForce figures... Their selling point is obviously for kids, but I think more kids these days are in fact flocking to get the basic figures instead of the FlexForce.. They should just stop producing them and focus more on the basics and elites....

With as few FF in the stores now I was under the impression that they have discontinued the line and are just selling them off now. The rest are going to be crated and sealed in a warehouse at the end of Indiana Jones, right next to the Ark.

No way I will ever pick-up a FlexFlorce figure, they're just ugly and useless and even my little nephew of 9 years old finds them poopy!

I don't hate flexforce. But i don't collect them as they're like $30-40 a piece here in my country.
The action feature reminds me of old hasbros. Why do people hate flexforce but not the old hasbros?

Because when we had Hasbros, we were the right age to be buying dolls. Now we're insecure about buying dolls when we're too old for them, so we don't like Flexforce/Rumblers/Powerslammers because they are for kids whereas we pretend that the basics and elites are for adults and not kids. Or because they kinda suck. As a kid, I would've preferred Hasbros that had more playability to do moves rather than a basic action feature. The Flexforce articulation is quite limited and some of them are missing really important details, like tattoos on Punk and Orton.

HBK and Rey were my first Mattel figures. I was so jealous, everyone seemed to be finding Basics weeks before Mattel's official sell date. All I could find were FF.

Never bought one myself, but my girlfriend picked me up the short-haired green and black Punk when she found it at her job last year.
