How long do you put the figures in boiling water for parts to come off?
What shoes do you use for custom hogan?

I usually do 15-25 seconds. Generally, whenever the figure starts to feel "loose" (trust me, you can definitely tell) is usually when it's primed and ready to go.
As for the Hogan question, it was answered before but I can't find it and I don't recall.... perhaps someone else can chime in?

I heard it was macho man's boots used for Hogan, but I'm not 100% sure.

As far as the original question about 30 seconds and macho man tall yellow boots for hogan and remove the stars from the sides. If that option is too expensive any tall boots Undertaker, Kane, and Bulldog painted yellow

I've never had a problem removing or re-placing boots to change or remove kneepads. Just boil the water, dip the legs in for 30 seconds then work fast & you can have the boots off & back on before the figure cools. If he has cooled, dip the legs again for 30 seconds & the boots should pop right back on.
