I can't really sum it up in the title so sorry for any mistakes but who do you think has the deadest crowd around the world?
*I mean no disrespect to your area at all.
I would say from what I've seen on TV only; I'm gonna say either buffalo from last year(?) I remember watching.
But this is DEAD:

I've seen a lot of matches from Japan where the crowd just sits there, silently... occasional polite applause.
I know, it's a cultural thing, and a sign of respect - but it comes off really strange and unusual on television.

I remember seeing my first japan match, and hearing how much wrestling is respected there, I was shocked at how little the crowd reacted. I later found out its a matter of respect. I guess it's more like watching a play than going to a sports event. Still real weird to see on TV.

Slammys 2011 dead for Kane dead for Road Dogg dead for the fatal 4 way That was a disgrace. Road Dogg one of the most over tag team wrestlers ever got 0 reaction and Kane finally returned with his mask and no one cared either. That crowd spoiled Raw that night for sure.

Many a great moment has been totally ruined by these awful crowds. It just blows my mind that a crowd could be so un-excited about being at a show. Crowds were NEVER like that back in the day so what happened? Have they been trained to not have a reaction to anything other than Cena?

Last nights raw, when Orton and Sheamus were making their enterances, obviously the audience were hot all night, but it goes to show they have no interest in 2 of WWE's top stars.

I remember reading in Ric Flair's book that Hershey, PA is a terrible crowd....
Which sucks, because that's where I'm from and used to go to WWF / WWE shows all the time. I didn't think we were that bad...

Without the anticipation of the crowd, the product seems far less enjoyable. With that being said, I'm glad that most crowds aren't dead to the point of boredom. It seems so ridiculous when the great match is underway and the crowd completely sleeps and stays silent the whole time. Just being in a WWE arena itself is just so hype inducing to me, hopefully the next event I attend will not be like that.

rio de janeiro, brazil. since the events there never actually existed a lot of the time. Umm....hello? Do you not remember Pat Patterson's infamous Intercontinental title victory in 1979? Historic.

It's hard to pick out "dead" crowds because there are too many to list. It's the very notorious crowds that we all know like: New York/Jersey, Canada, Miami, Chicago, and suprisingly the crowd for New Years Revolution 2005 was amazing. To the chops Benoit and Jericho have each other, counting down in Spanish, and when Batista was stuck in the cage and the crowd was losing their sh*t waiting for him to save Triple H.

Corpus Christi Texas, hands down the worst TV crowd whenever a show is put on there.

Maybe on TV but I was at the house show in Atlantic city and the crowd was alive man
