Anyone else finding some of the new postage costs.
Things that cost me about £3 a few weeks ago now cost up to £5-8 to post now, it's ridiculous. It goes more on parcel sizes than it does weight.
I think a lot of people are going to be affected by this, especially eBay sellers, people aren't going to want to pay loads on postage.

it's happening here in the US too. i shiped out one measly UFC card and they would have charged me over $8 for tracking. i opted not to get tracking, and it then cost me less than $2. it's just rediculous!

Yeah, it used to be under 750 grams was £3.65 first class recorded. Now, I sent a single elite away and it cost me £6.65.
It's not on weight now, it's now "small or medium" package prices. If it doesn't fit through their wee letterbox contraption t goes as a medium packet.

It sounds absurd to judge the cost based on size. Theoretically, a small box of rocks would be cheaper to post than a pillow.

If you think about it, one huge box of pillows may weigh less, but would take up a whole lot more space in old Pat's van than dozens of small boxes of rocks, so it kind of makes sense.
Annoying nonetheless. I've just finished selling my old Jakks and Toybiz figures a couple of weeks ago, so mostly avoided the price changes.

Yeh its stupid. I sold a defining moments figure and the postage was £6.30.
I remember selling one before Chrimbo and it only cost £3.15.
£6.30 to send one figure is an absolute joke

Stick to jiffy's lads and small boxes seem to be the way forward obviously MOC figures are still going to cost a bit but by and large the rises can be avoided
