How you paint belts to make them come out nice

I use paint pens to paint my belts. They turned out fine.

Here is a method you can use on most titles (definitely the classic world and IC):

A lot of times the area you need to paint is sunken in a bit from the rest of the belt... for example if you have to paint the background of the banner that says "intercontinental champion" black but you want the letters to stay gold. just use a find brush to paint the whole area and then very gently wipe over it with a tissue or paper towel. you can rub the paint off the letters while leaving the background black. I've used this with success several times.
