Earlier today I said Sasha gave me a bitch vibe.
But you said she was nice. I don't know what to think.

Overall, the Ringside people were very nice. It was only the ones helping Sasha. They were not happy with the fact that I wanted to use a different marker for the autograph. As if that was really holding up the line. And the woman said no touching as in do not touch Sasha. Bayley and Daniel Bryan allowed you to get up close. I wasn't even allowed to shake Sasha's hand. having multiple items and using different markers for each one is holding up the line though No no. It wasn't different markers per item. First off, I only had two different items. And second, I just wanted my items to be signed in gold instead of black.

And second, I just wanted my items to be signed in gold instead of black. And do you know what holds the line up even more? Bitchy rude staff. Most fans are glad to keep it quick and casual. Its when rude staff rush people, thats what really holds up a line, and give an overall bad experience. Theres no reason staff should be rude and rushing during an advertised signing. And i absolutely cannot stand bitchy wrestlers. I get it when theyre at the airport or something, but at a signing, its time to shut up, swallow it and shake hands and kiss babies.

First off the RSC staff wasnt being "bitchy" by telling you not to touch Sasha. All they were doing were enforcing HER "bitchy" rules. I cant comment about any other incidents of rushing or attitude...I wasnt there. But the "no touching"...thats her rules. The staff is just enforcing it.
If someone pays for an autograph, I dont think its a big deal if they have their own marker. Have your items ready. Have your marker ready. Ive never run into a problem at RSF with a marker change or the use of my own. You have to be prepared. Every second counts. Promoters never know, especially someone with the temperment of Sasha, when someone is just going to up and walk out. Ric Flair just did it the weekend before. Keeping the line moving, saving every possible second....is the difference between issuing 20 refunds or 15.

I also want to vouch for Mick Foley being just about the nicest celebrity I've ever met.

I'll have to echo that I also didn't have the best experience with Foley, and this is back in 2000. I have no idea how it would be now, but was never a fan after that. Sorry, but it is impossible for me to like someone if they are a dick to me, and it only takes one time. Same thing with Bischoff. I was a huge fan for years, and he was a prick, so I haven't liked him or cared anything about him since. And NO it wasn't just me being too demanding or rude.
Flair smiled, but he kept the line moving and largely ignored me...but he wasn't an outright dick.
Hacksaw was amazingly nice
MVP was great, I got to have a good five minute conversation with him
Drew Galloway, exactly the same as MVP
Demolition: Smash was really nice, Ax seemed grumpy
Nash was fine, not overly nice, not too attentive, but fine. Hello, goodbye, I can live with that
Waltman was really cool, this was back in 93, loved him ever since
Hall was ok, kinda like Nash...but this is also back in 93
Luger was cool, not overly attentive, but moreso than Nash. Friendly enough.
DiBiase was also fine. Similar to Luger.
Zbyszko was very friendly, regular guy, much like Darsow
Macho wasn't particularly friendly
DDP was great, very friendly and accommodating. Was never a fan before, but always had a soft spot after for him
The Bushwackers were really nice. This is back in 91 or 92
Brutus back in 92 wasn't all that memorable either way.
This is really all that I can remember

Wait the Ringside staff were nasty with the fans? What did the woman tell you not to touch? As for Mick Foley well when I met him he was by far the nicest wrestler I have ever met but a few friends also met him and thought he was nasty so I guess you have to catch him on a good day. If you were allowed to get up close with the other then that would mean that it was Sasha's decision to not allow anyone to shake her hand. At the end of the day you payed good money to meet Sasha and she probably got payed a lot aswell she could've made a bigger effort.

-- The best: telling Charlotte that it was an honor to meet her, while shaking her hand, she lit up like Xmas (and then meeting Ric right after).
The worst: ....not asking her for her phone#

Roddy Piper was the greatest ever to meet. I met him three times and he was just a great great person. He told me that he loved me. Always warm and fun.
And I agree. Foley is a prick.

Ive met hundreds of wrestlers and celebrities over the years. From my experience
The best- Hogan, Warrior, Piper, Charlotte, Bruno Sammartino, Finn Balor, Goldberg and R Truth to name a few.
The worst- Shelton Benjamin, Brutus Beefcake, nasty Boys, Greg Valentine Virgil.
However there are people like flair and foley who I've met more than once. At times they were jerks and other times they were great. Depends on the day I gues.

The only time I ever was disappointed was when I met Jericho. Reason being it was at a book signing and everything was moving fast. I did not have a chance to interact with the guy and it sucked.
I met Foley at a PWS show and he was very nice to me and I got to talk to him for a couple of minutes.

I met beefcake and he was pretty cool and I've met knobbs twice and he was cool as hell both times and sags was nice enough the time I met him. The best: Godfather: cool as hell, met him in vegas in august and me and my dad stood there and talked to him for like 10 minutes. Knobbs: like I said above he was super cool because the times I've met him. Hardys: both were super cool when I met them, talked to them for about 5 minutes then had to move along because of the handlers wanting to keep the line moving. Honorable mentions: Steamboat: nice as hell, talked to him for a couple minutes, even though it was at axxess Bella's: both were super nice, Brie liked my eyes and Nikki thought my hair was awesome. Everybody else I've met has been nice enough, some more then others but those are some of the best. Bad: Scott Steiner: he's just a dick. Bubba ray: he was a bit of a dick, didn't talk much or anything. I got a TLC VHS signed by them and the hardy boys and math wrote "get the tables!" To mess with them and I told him that and all he did was say "is he signing over at wrestlecon?" And kinda chuckled. D-von thought it was hilarious.

Acting nice and being nice are two different things.
You ACT nice because you're paid to be there.
You ARE nice because you enjoy interacting with fans.
I have read nothing so far that engenders in me a feeling that Sasha Banks is actually a nice person.
Mick on the other hand, has good days and bad. I've seen him be so nice you'd think he'd invite you over for dinner with the family one time...but be completely indifferent to your existence another. Decades of abuse to the head, back, and legs have done his psyche no great favors...so I chalk it up to his destroying himself for our enjoyment.

I've met well over 200 wrestlers - probably closer to 300 - and almost all of my experiences have been pleasant to terrific. I've met a ton of wrestlers that weren't necessarily personable but, at the end of the day, I'm paying for an autograph and/or photo op. A wrestler that's very nice is just a bonus.
Here are the wrestlers that, in my opinion, went above and beyond my expectations:
Goldberg: Incredibly nice and held a spontaneous Q&A before he started to sign. He took two photos with me: one where we were in a stare off and one "normal" photo that's among my favorites.
Jushin "Thunder" Liger: Language barrier be damned, Liger has been incredibly generous the two times I've met him. He signed an 8x10 for me and gave it to me at not cost, he's always eager to see what you bring for him to sign, and I have a photo op with him dressed in his full attire.
Terry Funk: A gentlemen in every sense in the word. Someone who takes time with everyone he meets.
Diamond Dallas Page: Very much like Terry Funk. Full of positive energy, always engaging people in conversation.
Hiroshi Tanahashi: Just a very friendly guy, always smiling, upbeat.
Hacksaw Jim Duggan: Great guy, always fun to meet
Jimmy Hart: VERY talkative and just a really nice guy
Shane Douglas: Awesome guy and very, very engaging
There's probably a lot more but those are the ones who initially stuck in my mind

Some of my best experiences:
Matt Hardy: genuinely took interest and made conservation. Couldn't have been nicer
Bray Wyatt: very chill and easy to talk to.
Roddy Piper: one of the nicest people you could ever meet.
Hit and miss
Ric Flair: never had a bad experience but the first time I met him he was hung over and quiet. Second time he was in better spirits and in Flair mode.
HBK: same thing not bad but I've met him where he's engaging and others where he's tired and it's a quick hi and goodbye.
Meh:
Honky Tonk Man: all business and kept trying to sell me on buying an 8x10 after signing my item and was pushy.
Mick Foley: he was engaging until he asked if I was going to his comedy show( I wasn't) then it was kinda business as usual.

Met Foley once during an event in the early 2000's and he held the line up to mack on a kid's mother. Did not hide it or anything. Flat out flirted and tried to get her info. Foley can be very nice and a great wrestler to meet in person but he has a dark side like everyone.

Cesaro: Very nice and engaging. Had a good conversation with him and always has a smile.
Piper: The absolute best. He was so happy to meet everyone and genuinely cared about talking with you. RIP Rowdy
MVP: Had a nice talk with him about his feud with Matt Hardy at WM24. Very chill.
Nigel Mcguinness: Very awesome to talk to.
Bret Hart: Not very talkative, but he did talk with my ex about Chicago weather for a bit.
Molly Holly: Absolute sweetheart.
John Morrison: Not very talkative, wasn't an a$$ or anything.
Tazz: Wonderful guy and awesome to talk to.
