At least we only have maybe 2 weeks left till we see them, right?

I'm particularly looking forward to the Elite 22 ones even more to see how The Rock's new figure turns out, especially with the new title. The Giant's figure should be good too.

We never even had official protos for the last couple of sets, they were just found by members poking around on the internet. I honestly believe the days of getting photos directly from Matty/RSC are over.
Elite 22 is out late June so I'm not expecting to see a thing until very late May or even the middle of next month.

You think it would be good business sense to release a prototype or even a rough sketch of the product you are selling to gain interest and have as many people pre order and buy your product. I know myself that I won't take a shot in the dark and buy something before I even see what it is, it doesn't matter which wrestler it is.

I check everyday, not because I'm expecting RSC photos, necessarily, but I am figuring that there'll be leaked photos eventually. I fully expect every time that I pull up the Mattel Board to see some blurry photo that someone found on Facebook of the Rock.

I have not, and will never preorder a fig without seeing it. Problem is, as soon as the pics are released and we go nuts over them, the prices go up.

Nope a lot of people probably are, I am. Their release is getting much closer and it seems logical to show them already. There are even pictures of the case box on RSC, surely we could get some photos of the actual figures or protos from someone. Both B31 and E22 Im keen to see.

Ain't the cases photoshopped with what the contents are on the case?

Yes, I agree with all of you guys. The only time I might preorder an Elite is when I know it'll be good. For example, Elite 23 Cesaro is going to come with the US title. And I really need a US title. So that would be something that I would preorder first. Its kind of like if I know it will have something that I need, I will preorder it.

Even if I don't buy the figures right away I enjoy seeing the pics.

Same here,I'll never pre-order without seeing the figure.

Yet the complete set, cases and half of the series is on BACK-ORDER. No offense, but it doesn't matter if you don't take that shot in the dark... because enough other people will.

Yeah I'm also anxious. Really interested to see how all turn out to be honest.
Plus I'm waiting to put a order in to someone else but I need to see how the accessories turn out. Especially Sandows robe.

are there any other toy lines that don't show collectors what they're pre-ordering?
It seems like Marvel, Star Wars, DC, Gi Joe, He-Man collectors know what they're getting 6 months in advance. THe He-man ppl can have a prototype of a huge Castle Grayskull that won't be out for a year @ Toyfair......but the "#1 selling WWE toyline" has nothing to show? Just in the last few days, I've seen Batman Arkham Origins protos. And they don't come out for 5 months. And the GI Joe subscription figures just released protos. And some of that stuff won't be out till next January.
I still maintain my theory from when I started collecting. The MDT is just 2 knuckleheads in the basement of Mattel that make figures.....send them to be made in China. And just cross their fingers that a retail manufactured product shows back up to the states.
They're always complaining about budgets. We never get pics of anything. They constantly have to tell us that (so and so) isn't under a legends deal....and they're not looking to sign anyone outside of the existing legends contracts. Even tho the wwe videogame ppl sign tons of wrestlers not under existing deals.
Apparently Mattel won't give them money or cameras....
