i put them side by side. seems like the RA legs would be a bit short. However, if the RA leg hole is extended up theough cutting, yould be able to line it up. You'd have a loose leg but that's easily fixed with the DA kneepad. I may give this a try with DA Punk

I just experimented with it, it is possible to do the only thing is that you need to make sure to align the holes where the pegs are.
This trick works very well as a compromise to upgrade RA's and still retain the size the only problem I had was in removing the lower torso from the DA
