I think WWE should cut back to ten ppvs a year as these two dont have a theme like the other ppvs. A 2 month break from PPVs wouldnt do too much harm and it would give people a bit of a break and be more excited for the following ppv. I really like what WWE have done with their ppvs over the last few years incorporating more themes like Money in the Bank, Elimination Chamber, Night of Champions, Hell in a Cell etc.

I completely disagree. 10-12 events a year is fine, but Pay-Per-Views like Over the Limit and Payback are exactly what we need more of. Feuds should dictate gimmick matches, not time of the year. It's a silly and extremely lazy way to save face for a lack of creativity.

My thoughts exactly. 12 events is not excessive and Over the Limit has been one of the PPVs I've consistently preferred since its inception. It's time to replace Hell in a Cell and TLC with standard PPVs.

i think we should have more Said no one ever..... I hate the gimmick PPV's except for a select few (Money in the Bank, Extreme Rules, TLC) they all do nothing but ruin the legacy of the gimmick. I liked it much better when the HIAC and Elimination Chambers had legit reasons for them due to a feud or whatever. Now the Cell and EC don't mean crap.

HIAC should be replaced with No Mercy, last year we had ONE HIAC match out of what 8 on the card, if they keep it they should have it like they did with 2009-2011 where we had multiple HIAC matches.... Same with TLC but it does seem more enjoyable, but its the same, why call it TLC with one TLC match, no logic behind it in my opinion.

A reason I hate 2009 is purely for the PPVs such as Hell In A Cell making debuts, it woulda been cool as a one off, but it just does not work as an annual event and it has destroyed its crediblity.
The Royal Rumble and Survivor Series are acceptable gimmick PPVS, I liked Bragging Rights also.
Elimination Chamber isn't needed, No Way Out was fine enough. Money in the Bank, its been a good ppv but I think it shoulda stayed at Mania. TLC, again pretty good but not necessary.
To be honest I would be fine if it was just Hell in a Cell they got rid of.

The concept is that every match is a Tables Match, a Ladder Match, or a Chairs Match. And one match is a combination of the three weapons. Except, 2010 was the only year they did this. I wish the Brand Extension was still around. I had a cool pay-per-view concept: The WWE All-Star Game.

I'd like them to bring the original king of the ring tournament back.. 16 wrestlers all the matches in one night. Then have the winner be the number 1 contender for the WWE title at the next months ppv.

I'm hesitant to say this since there have been great matches on it, but what's the point of night of champions when a decent number of ppvs have every title being defended anyway?

I've always thought they should knock it down to the main four being Pay-Per-Views. Royal Rumble, WrestleMania, SummerSlam and Survivor Series. Especially with all of the RAWs now being 3 hours.
From here, you'd then have about 4 special RAWs a year between the PPVs. Money in the Bank, King of the Ring, TLC, etc.
Makes the Pay-Per-Views actually mean more, leaves more time for building feuds and hopefully gets rid of these horrible gimmick Pay-Per-Views.
