This had me wondering today, when will Ezekiel Jackson return. He's been injured for quite some time now.

I was thinking about that today myself. A quick Wikipedia search tells me he had a match at Wrestlemania Axxess with Yoshi Tatsu but I have no idea where he is.

I heard the original plan was for Big E. Langston to turn face on RAW by asking out Kaitlyn, but he changed the script for real and decided to stay heel. If the original turn had gone through as was planned before, Ezekiel Jackson would have returned to take Big E's place with Ziggler and AJ. However there would eventually be some turmoil between Jackson and Ziggler. They would eventually have a series of I Quit matches in the next coming years. Eventually Jackson would defeat the then longest reigning champion, Dolph Ziggler. Despite all of this they decide to put their differences aside and continue to tag team, winning the titles from the New Age Outlaws (also rumored) or NOD 2013.
Most of that was scrapped because of the incident on RAW this previous Monday. I'm not sure if the source is, but.

I was just thinking about him the other day and how he didn't get shipped down to Full Sail like dudes such as Ryan, Trent?, and Riley did. He's just.. there.. just like JTG. Not trying to develop him or make him better it seems.
I guess they just gave up on him? It's not like he had any charisma or notable ring skills. But it's weird that he's still on the roster and not even jobbing to heels anymore.

I have no idea how he still has a job, injured or not.

Last I heard him mentioned was by Prince Nana from ROH. After his recent tryout, he tweeted Jackson saying something to the effect of "see you soon"
I can see him managing Jackson.

Big fan of his potential. Obviously he still seems pretty green and moves kinda stiffly in the ring, but you could get him over by having him Rack the roster one at a time ala Lex Luger in 1997. I could see him getting Khali or The Big Show up and getting a pretty good pop, though those two have lost most of their mystique at this point.

Sometime in the future this conversation will happen:
Son: "Who is that, dad?" Dad: "That, son, was Ezekiel Jackson. That there was what you called domination. It was a combination of skill and concentration. He wanted to do something amazing, cuz everything he did- he dominated it."

No.
I really don't see why they keep him employed they don't use him.
I could see them using him as a jobber or even on NXT but they don't even do that.

Loved Zeke, I didn't realize he was injured, so that explains his absence...
I would be pleasantly surprised if he gets another push.
- lmao at that 'original plan'

I think they finally gave up on him. He had way too many chances and just never got it. I could see him doing reasonably well as an actor, but he's not gonna do anything in wrestling. Seemed like a ton of potential, but he never got beyond the "terribly green" stage.
