Such a sad, sad day. Greatest show in television history imo. A pop culture and Italian-American icon.
Grazie per i ricordi Thanks for the memories

Probably the greatest dramatic character in TV history too. Just sad to me. I guess I always held out hope that they would get together and do something again. Show/character definitely left a mark on TV and changed it.

The best way I can describe it is that I'm ing shocked. He played one of the most influential characters in the modern era. I always hoped for one, but I guess if there was ever the smallest speck of hope for a Sopranos movie is gone for good.

Man, what terrible news. I'm just in a state of shock right now. I don't even know what to say. James Gandolfini was such a tremendous actor and he will be greatly missed.

I'm literally shocked. I love Gandolfini.
His role in The Sopranos is simply legendary. He may not have had huge roles in major blockbusters but theres no doubt about it, he is and always will be an icon of American television.

I loved the guy but going back as far as the last season of the sopranos he didnt seem in great health, he gain a lot of weight in recent years and was always breathing heavy and snorting so loud sometimes it was almost distracting watching him act those are all signs right there unfortunetly, not saying im any better im a big guy too and this right here has encouraged me to hit the gym
Real sad i'miss the guy just wish david chase got off his ass and made the movie before something like this happened to james or any of the cast for that matter

I can't believe he was only 51. Did not know he was that young.
