The opening video plays for RCW Revolution as the intro theme plays, accompanying the video.
RCW Intro Theme
At the conclusion of the intro video, the music continues to play as the outside of the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio is shown. Just then the voices of RCW's commentary team are heard for the first time.
Kevin Kelly: "Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to the debut edition of RCW Revolution! I'm Kevin Kelly alongside my broadcast partner Joe Dombrowski, and Joe what an amazing night of action we have in store tonight."
The camera begins to pan the crowd who rise to their feet screaming and showcasing their signs.
Joe Dombrowski: "Kevin you can feel the electricity in the air! The Nationwide Arena here in Columbus is already blowing the roof off of the building and we have just started! Tonight we begin on the road to our first pay per view Crash N Burn!"
The camera cuts to Kevin and Joe sitting at the broadcast table.
Kevin Kelly: "That's right Joe, we are on the road to Crash N Burn where we will crown our first champions. With more information on our first pay per view, let's send it to the owner of RCW Paul Heyman who is in the ring right now!"
Paul Heyman: "Ladies and Gentlemen, my name is Paul Heyman. (Heyman pauses as the crowd erupts.) And I am the owner and founder of Revolution Championship Wrestling. (Heyman again pauses for a louder reaction.) Tonight, a new chapter in professional wrestling history is written as RCW embarks on a new era. An era where corporate stooges, merchandise monkeys, and media darlings rule this world, but rather an era where true WRESTLERS are allowed to showcase their skills in a WRESTLING setting. You see in my other job, the word WRESTLING, was a word that was banned because it wasn't 'sports entertainment friendly'. Well I'm here to say SCREW SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT. Verne Gagne, Bruno Sammartino, Buddy Rodgers, Ric Flair, Harley Race, great legends like them weren't 'sports entertainers'. THEY WERE WRESTLERS! They came out here every single night and gave the fans everything they had because they loved PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING. But ever since Vince McMahon took over sports entertainment, professional wrestling has fizzled away. But no anymore. Because as of tonight, I Paul Heyman present to you a revolution. A WRESTLING REVOLUTION! THIS IS R...C...W!!!!
And starting tonight, WRESTLING will take center stage. Tonight we begin the road to our first pay per view entitled Crash N Burn. And at Crash N Burn we will crown new champions. A World Television Champion, A United States Champion, World Tag Team Champions, and the first ever RCW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION! And on the road to Crash N Burn we will showcase all of the young, hungry talent in that locker room who love professional wrestling. At Crash N Burn I can announce to you that we will crown our first World Tag Team Champions with a Tag Team Turmoil match! Over the next few weeks we will showcase the tag teams involved in various matches, but only one team will stand tall at Crash N Burn. And as far as the World Heavyweight Championship goes, over the next four weeks, we will have four qualifying matches. The winners will advance to a Fatal-4-Way to crown the first RCW World Heavyweight Champion! Now enjoy the show!"
Paul Heyman drops the microphone as the screen begins to crackle and breakup. The picture slowly becomes more clear and again plays:
Joe Dombrowski: "That was the same video we saw on the Wrestlezone.com announcement a few days ago."
Kevin Kelly: "But what does it all mean!?! And who the hell was that!?!"
As the video returns to the arena, ReDRagon's Theme begins to play throughout the arena to bring in ReDRagon for tag team action.
Kevin Kelly: "We are back on RCW Revolution with our first preview match for the tag team turmoil at Crash N Burn"
Bobby Cruise: "Ladies and Gentlemen our opening contest is scheduled for one fall with a 15 minute time limit and is a tag team turmoil preview match! Introducing first, the team of Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Riley, ReDRagon!!"
As ReDRagon makes their way to the ring the crowd at ringside begins to boo for the team. Just then, the camera fades to Commercial Break
The camera zooms in on ReDRagon who talks over strategy in the corner.
Joe Dombrowski: "ReDRagon are former tag team champions in other companies, but many have described their attitudes as their biggest setback as they have fallen victim to backstage politics in the past. But nonetheless a tremendous tag team duo."
As Joe finishes his sentence the Handicapped Heroes Theme begins to play, bringing out their opponents.
Bobby Cruise: "And their opponents, are the team of Gregory Iron and Zach Gowen, The Handicapped Heroes!"
Kevin Kelly: "And here comes one of the most inspirational teams in all of professional wrestling!"
Gowen and Iron begin high-fiving fans at ringside on their way to the ring.
Joe Dombrowski: "Kevin, these two men have overcome every obstacle to follow their dreams and become pro wrestlers. Zach Gowen lost his leg in his fight with cancer as a young boy. And Gregory Iron was born with cerebral palsy, but neither man would be stopped from following their dreams. And now they are here in RCW!"
ReDRagon (Kyle O’Riley & Bobby Fish) vs. The Handicapped Heroes (Zach Gowen & Gregory Iron)
The match began with Fish and O’Riley attempting to slow the match down and ground Gowen and Iron using their submission expertise. However, after escaping from a submission on the mat Gregory Iron was able to bring the match to his feet and begin to use his speed to his advantage. After hitting multiple attacks off of the ropes which sent O’Riley into retreat mode on the outside, Gregory Iron dove through the middle and top ropes with a suicide dive, driving O’Riley into the guardrail. Iron quickly rolls Kyle back into the ring and drops him with a DDT and followed it up tagging in Zach Gowen. Gowen immediately drops O’Riley with a dropkick and then climbs to the top rope, setting up for his moonsault. However, before he can deliver it, Bobby Fish runs across the apron and shoves Gowen all the way down to the guardrail below! Gowen crashes chest and throat first and lands in a heap as Iron attempts to enter the ring. However, this distracts the referee allowing ReDRagon to make a blind tag behind his back. Fish exits the ring and picks up Gowen back to his feet before driving him multiple times back first into the apron. He rolls Gowen in and delivers a German suplex and attempts a pinfall but only gets 2. Fish continues to work over Gowen by immediately putting him in a single-leg Boston crab. As he wrenches back on the hold, Gowen screams out in pain as he attempts to crawl towards the ropes. But every time he begins to crawl, Fish pulls him away. Fish then pulls him to the ReDRagon corner and tags in Kyle O’Riley who delivers an elbow to Gowen while he is still in the submission from Fish. After repeated stomps from O’Riley he picks up Gowen and attempts a spinning forearm blow, but Gowen is able to duck the shot and roll towards his own corner. He leaps out and takes Gregory Iron who comes out like a house of fire knocking down both Fish and O’Riley! Fish reenters the ring to attack Iron who perches himself on top and grabs Fish by the neck. He sets up for his tornado DDT but before he can deliver it, Kyle O’Riley delivers a vicious forearm shot crumbling Iron to the canvas. Gowen comes in to break up the double team but Bobby Fish delivers a leg sweep on Zach’s leg which forces Zach to roll outside. O’Riley grabs Iron and sets him up for the brainbuster while Fish delivers the finishing kick to the head of Iron. O’Riley drops him straight down with Chasing The Dragon, allowing ReDRagon to get the pinfall win as the crowd erupts with boos.
Winners by pinfall: ReDRagon (Kyle O’Riley & Bobby Fish) [12:34]
Bobby Cruise: "The winners of this match…..ReDRagon!"
Kevin Kelly: "What a great back and forth battle but ReDRagon picks up the win in the first RCW match!"
Fish and O’Riley begin taunting the crowd as they make their way out back to the locker room while referees check on Gowen and Iron.
Joe Dombrowski: "ReDragon with a superb win but you have to tip your hat to Gowen and Iron who gave it everything they had here tonight."
The camera then fades to Commercial Break
Kevin Kelly: "We are back on RCW Revolution and it is time for individual competition!"
The camera transitions to the stage as Kenny King’s theme begins to play throughout the arena bringing out Kenny King to a roar of boos.
Bobby Cruise: "The following contest is scheduled for one fall with a 15 minute time limit. Introducing first from Las Vegas, Kenny King!"
Joe Dombrowski: "One of the most talented men in all of professional wrestling in Kenny King who as of late has had a real mean streak."
Kevin Kelly: "Kenny King has been overlooked and underappreciated his entire career but now he gets a fair shot in RCW."
Kenny King enters the ring and begins to loosen up while he awaits his opponent. Just then, Bryan Castle’s theme begins to play throughout the arena bringing out Bryan Castle. The 300 pounder adjusts his “lucky headband” and begins waving to the fans on his way to the ring.
Bobby Cruise: "And his opponent, from Cleveland Ohio, ‘Wrestling’s Most Huggable Wrestler’ Bryan Castle!"
Kenny King vs. “Wrestling’s Most Huggable Wrestler” Bryan Castle
As Bryan Castle make his way to the ring he high fives the fans at ringside while Kenny King challenges him to get into the ring. However, before Bryan Castle can enter the ring, he is attacked on the floor by a 275 monster by the name of Benjamin Boone! Boone clobbers Castle from behind and sends him head first into the guardrail. He then picks him up and throws him head first in to the steel stairs. While the attack goes on Kenny King makes his way back to the locker room, taunting the whole way back. Boone then picks up Castle and drives him down to the floor with a running powerslam as referees come from the back to check on Castle. Boone then slowly makes his way back to the locker room as the crowd erupts with boos.
Match Result: No Contest
Kevin Kelly: "What the hell is wrong with Benjamin Boone!?! An unprovoked attack from Ben Boone on Bryan Castle!"
Joe Dombrowski: "The ‘Big-Bear’ Benjamin Boone is one of the most dominate men from Michigan and he clearly wanted to make a statement and he did in a big way."
The camera fades from Bryan Castle to “The Prodigy” Mike Bennett in the backstage area.
Mike Bennett: "Ladies and Gentlemen, my name is Mike Bennett. For years, I’ve been told that I am the greatest wrestler to never be a world champion. I’ve been held back by promoters, washed-up has-beens, and corporate ass-kissers. But not anymore, not here in RCW. Today is a new day for The Prodigy and it starts next week. You see next week, I get a chance to qualify for the World Championship match at Crash N Burn against Matt Cross. And M’Dogg, I’m going to give you fair warning. Next week, the world will witness a new Mike Bennett, and unfortunately you just happen to be in the way. Because no matter what you do, you will not stop me from my destiny! I will be the next, RCW champion!”
The camera then fades to Commercial Break
After the commercial break the camera cuts to Paul Heyman’s office. Heyman finishes up a phone call and begins talking to himself.
Paul Heyman: "Oh that is gonna be a gamechanger! (Heyman then turns to the camera.) You know what, I’ve been thinking about spicing up tonight’s main event. Not only will it be a World Title Qualifying match, but it will also be a No Holds Barred Match!”
The camera cuts back out to the arena.
Kevin Kelly: "What a huge announcement by Paul Heyman! I can’t wait to see what else he has in store for tonight! We don’t even know who is in the main event!"
Joe Dombrowski: "Kevin I can’t wait! If I know Paul Heyman, tonight is FAR from over! But let’s go to the ring for another tag team turmoil preview match!"
The camera transitions to the stage as The Clash’s theme begins to play throughout the arena bringing out “The Natural” Brian Bender and “The Rock Show” Ernie Ballz to a roar of boos.
Bobby Cruise: "The following contest is a tag team turmoil preview match set for one fall with a 15 minute time limit! Introducing first, to be accompanied to the ring by The Rock Show Ernie Balls and representing The Clash, formerly from Badstreet USA in Atlanta GA until they burnt it down, now residing in their tour bus outback, The Natural Brian Bender!"
Joe Dombrowski: "Here comes the self-proclaimed Rockstars Ernie Ballz and Brian Bender, better known as The Clash. An accomplished tag team in the state of Ohio, but they do have an ego problem."
Kevin Kelly: "But tonight it will be individual competition as Brian Bender fights alone."
Bender enters the ring and then gets a last minute talk from Ernie Ballz as he awaits his opponent. Just then, The High-Def SuperNovas’s theme begins to play throughout the arena bringing out “Hot Commodity” Matt Mason and Robby Starr to a huge ovation.
Bobby Cruise: "And his opponent to be accompanied by to the ring by Robby Starr and representing The High-Def Supernovas, from Columbus, Ohio, Hot Commodity Matt Mason!"
Joe Dombrowski: "And here comes Matt Mason, one of the fastest rising stars in all of wrestling along with Robby Starr another tremendous star."
Kevin Kelly: "The High-Def SuperNovas are one of the most popular tag teams, especially here in their hometown of Columbus."
“The Natural” Brian Bender (w/ “Rock Show” Ernie Balls) vs. “Hot Commodity” Matt Mason (w/ Robbie Starr)
The match begins with Brian Bender attempting to hide from Matt Mason in the ring ropes. Mason attempts to get at Bender, but before he can, Bender delivers a quick thumb to the eye. Bender then quickly jumps on Mason delivering stomps and punches while Mason clutches at his eye. Bender is able to take Mason over with a suplex and then a DDT as the crowd erupts in boos. Bender, with his confidence rising, delivers an elbow smash to the back of Mason’s head. He then climbs to the middle rope and awaits Mason to return to his feet. He leaps off of the ropes and dives at Mason but it is Mason who takes control by leaping in to the air and delivering a dropkick to the chest of Bender! Mason quickly follows up the attack with multiple clotheslines and a powerslam which results in a two-count. Mason returns to his feet and sets up for his signature superkick which he delivers to the jaw of Brian Bender. The kick drops Bender and allows Mason to climb to the top rope for his trademark finisher the Swanton Bomb. But before he can leap off, it is Ernie Ballz running on to the apron and delivering a vicious shot to Matt Mason. The shot is quickly met by a shot from Robby Starr! And just like that all four men are brawling while the referee calls for the bell! The teams continue to brawl as security and additional referees come from the locker room.
Match Result: Double Disqualification [5:34]
Paul Heyman: "Gentlemen! Gentlemen! (Heyman’ voice finally stops the fight for a moment.) Since you four like to fight so much, I say that next week, the 4 of you will face off in a tag team match!“
Kevin Kelly: "What a huge match added for next week! The SuperNovas vs. The Clash!"
Joe Dombrowski: "Paul Heyman continuing to drop bombshells and we still have our huge main event upcoming!”
The camera then fades to Commercial Break
Kevin Kelly: "We are back on RCW Revolution and what a night we have had here tonight, and what a night we will have next week! Next week it is The Clash taking on The High-Def SuperNovas, Mike Bennett against Matt Cross in a World Title Qualifier, and Kevin Steen will make his RCW debut!"
Joe Dombrowski: "But Kevin we aren’t done tonight! We still have our No Holds Barred Main Event!”
The camera transitions to the stage as Rhino’s theme begins to play throughout the arena bringing out The War Machine to a mixed response as he runs to the ring.
Bobby Cruise: "This is your television MAIN EVENT, a No Holds Barred World Championship Qualifying Match set for one fall with TV time remaining! Introducing first, from Detriot, Michigan, The War Machine, RHINO!"
Joe Dombrowski: "Watch out Kevin here comes Rhino! One of the most dominate and powerful men in all of wrestling with an opportunity to regain championship gold!"
Kevin Kelly: "Rhino is one of those guys who although he has been a multiple time World Champion, he never really reached his true potential because he never fit the corporate image."
Rhino enters the ring and yells to the crowd “Whose The Man!?!” Just then, Jason Bane’s theme begins to play throughout the arena bringing out the 6’8”, 315 lbs Jason Bane.
Bobby Cruise: "And his opponent, from Cleveland, Ohio, Jason Bane!”
Joe Dombrowski: "And here comes Jason Bane. He has been called the most dominate male in the state of Ohio!”
Kevin Kelly: "And Joe, Jason Bane has dropped almost 50 lbs before he came to RCW. He is in the best shape of his life! And these two have also met once before with Rhino getting the win in a tremendous war, which this promises to be.”
World Heavyweight Championship Qualifying Match (No Holds Barred): Rhino vs. Jason Bane
The match begins with a violent exchange of punches from both massive men. The two would exchange blows in the opening minutes of the match before Rhino took Bane over the ropes and to the outside with a clothesline. Rhino then drove Bane back first into the guardrail which sends the rail flying backwards. Rhino then drives Bane into the steel post and then delivers a belly-to-belly suplex on the floor. Rhino attempts a pin but only gets a 2 count. Then Rhino begins to pull out weapons. He pulls out a table, a steel chair, and two kendo sticks which he throws in to the ring. He also grabs a trashcan lid which he smacks Bane in the head with. Rhino takes a step back and then charges at Bane with the trashcan lid. However, Bane is ready for him, catching him mid-sprint, and driving him to the mat with a spinning spinebuster! The thud of Rhino’s back echoes throughout the arena as Bane attempts a cover but only gets 2. They reenter the ring where Bane grabs a kendo stick but as does Rhino. The two exchange in a dual which Rhino gets the better of, not with a kendo stick, but with a swift kick below the belt. Rhino then grabs the table and positions it in the corner before grabbing a steel chair. He drives the chair into the back of Bane and then throws the chair on the canvas. He picks up Bane and delivers another belly-to-belly suplex, this time on the chair, but again only gets a 2 count. Frustration starts to set in for Rhino he goes into the corner and sets up for Gore on Bane. He charges at Bane who stands in front of the table, but at the last second, Bane is able to sidestep Rhino, sending him directly into the table! Rhino crumbles under the broken pieces of the table but Bane still only gets a 2 count! The crowd comes to their feet as Bane steps back from Rhino who is slow to his feet. Bane charges forward, extends his arm and delivers a vicious BaneLine! The blow however is still only good for 2 as Rhino continues to dig down deep. Knowing the importance of this match both men are pulling out all of the stops, as Bane picks Rhino up to his shoulders in a fireman’s carry. He then elevates Rhino over his head and drives him to the mat with an F-5 on to the chair which is good enough for the pinfall win!
Winner by Pinfall: Jason Bane [14:54]
Bobby Cruise: "The winner of this match, advancing to the World Championship Match at Crash N Burn……JASON BANE!"
Kevin Kelly: "WHAT A WAR!! Jason Bane with a tremendous, career-defining victory over Rhino in a tremendous match!"
Joe Dombrowski: "And Kevin, he is going to Crash N Burn for the World Championship!”
Kevin Kelly: "Thank you for joining us this week on Revolution! And don’t miss all of the great action we have next week on Revolution!"
The camera shows Jason Bane celebrating in the ring. However, before the episode fades out, the camera begins to crackle and breakup once again. The picture slowly becomes more clear and again plays:

Joe Dombrowski: "Paul Heyman continuing to drop bombshells and we still have our huge main event upcoming!”
