Awesome pictures! Elite 22 sure is an awesome Series. I think this is the fastest I've gotten everything I need from a Series since Mattel started. Series 22 hit in my area on Wednesday and I got The Rock, then yesterday (Saturday) I found Tensai and Sandow! That's only 4 days! Usually it takes me weeks and weeks and weeks and one or two figures are always such a pain in the ass to track down and I keep missing them...but this was pretty painless. I may end up getting that Kane at some point. I have Elite 19 with the first wave Basic 23 head on it where the mask was a brighter red that I painted to look like it has the black smudges like Kane has in real life. The Elite 19 and Elite 22 head seem like the mask is a little too maroon for me, and if I painted black smudges on that it would only make it look darker. I do like the Elite 22 scan though. If only Mattel painted like NECA and didn't do things like hair, beards and in this case, masks in just one solid color. Kane's mask in real life is not one solid color, it is made to look like it's been burnt.  But regardless, it's still a really good figure and I'll probably end up getting it at some point. Your pics are great and make the figure look great and make me want it even more. I think I'm actually caught up at the moment. Until Basic 31 hits stores in the US so I can get Rosa Mendes, I can't think of anything out right now that I need. I was never able to find Basic 30 AJ, but I have Basic 24 AJ and Elite 21 AJ, so Basic 30 is kind of one of those "if I see it I'll get it, but if not I'm not going to bust my ass looking for it" kind of figures for me, lol. Then obviously sometime in late August/early September it all begins again with Elite 23, Cameron/Naomi, Rollins/Reigns, Ambrose, Tamina, BAF Heyman..... And BTW, what's the deal with the TRU mail away? It's going to be August 1st in a few days and we've heard NOTHING. The rumor on the internet was that it was going to be Mankind, but we heard about McMahon and COO Triple H waaaay before this time the last 2 years. Unless they are doing the mail away at a different time of the year this year...it's usually well in full swing by now. |

I really only got him for the accessories and for the glossy boots. I heard someone mention that the mailaway is going to start in the fall. Great pick ups man! Great Pics as always! The pancakes made me lol. Where is Rock anyway, that there's snow on the ground in front of IHOP? You've got me wanting pancakes, now, and the worst part is that I'm guaranteed pancakes because it's my birthday tomorrow, but I still have to make it through at least 20 more hours before the pancake feast.
I like the track pants and shirt. Does anyone know if the E14/E16 Rubber shirts will fit the E22 torso, or is that torso too large?

Should have bought two of the Kanes tje tag titles are worth it plus you never know if we will get a Tag Title painted the same way that's why I picked up two

Should have bought two of the Kanes tje tag titles are worth it plus you never know if we will get a Tag Title painted the same way that's why I picked up two BOPPV Bryan comes with two tag belts. |

Hulk, I forgot to mention that I also put Elite 10 Kane shiny boots on my Elite 19 Kane. I also gave him the smaller elbow pads that he's been wearing recently, not the big Undertaker style elbow pads that Kane's figures come with.
Here is a pic of what the Basic 23 Kane head that I painted with some black looks like.
Is it your recommendation that I skip Elite 22 Kane?

I typically haven't cared for these figures, but the sound of Cena offering him waffles & hearing Johnson shout "PANCAKES YOU JABRONI!"
left me in tears of laughter. Very nice post.
