So I've been working on this one for a while. Seemed like every time I thought I was happy with it, I would say "wait, it'd be cooler if I had them do THIS exchange also!"
Moral of the story, I wound up making a 2-2:30 match into a match that goes just under 5 minutes. I also expand on a few other storylines I've got running.
I'd love comments and thoughts on the match. Feel free to subscribe for other animated videos as well, besides wrestling.

Wow, I'm very very impressed! The storyline progression throughout was very nice and the HBK heel turn was really unexpected! The animation was very smooth as always and had very little faults. Your commentary is very good, better than WWE commentators in my opinion! The match was great - the maneuvers, the joint movements, the fluidity..everything! You should be proud, this is top notch stuff right here.

Wow cant believe we are onto episode number 3. Crazy. Love the intro and logo here. Love the catch up promos before you get into the show, really makes it feel like a show and allows new viewers to catch up and up to date.Liked the detail having the JWF logo on the MIC. Nice details. I dig the IC #1 contender match. Collision is pretty smart and I am really excited for this show if it is anything like the standard of ONO. Like love the storytelling ability you pocess with the smallest details. Thats why you are my favourite and in my opinion the best fed every due to your ability to provide a genuine new style and unique storylines that a viewer can build on.
The neckbreaker was done very well, so smooth and such a great flow there. At points it kinda seemed that the figures were a tad slidy on the rings surface. Thats just something small I picked up. Loved the smoothness of the submission holds, paced well here. Elbow from the second rope was done very well. Some times I felt the superstar receiving the move seemed a tad stiff when receiving offence, that waws just in one or two areas. Love that Booker T figure btw. haha. I have always loved the smoothness you get with the referee. Nice take down, great joint movements. Have to say I am glad Austin won.
Overall a great show and in my opinion the best Warzone.

Turning HBK heel seemed like the right thing to do, there aren't really any strong heels in my fed aside from The Rock, so I needed another one. Plus, with how I've fleshed out the upcoming events, it'll make more sense this way. Thanks for all the compliments! Wow cant believe we are onto episode number 3. Crazy. I appreciate all the kind words man. Yeah I've got my work cut out for me with Collision, but I've got a few tricks up my sleeve. They're definitely gonna be some fun matches on that show. I'm pretty detail-oriented, so that helps me get all the little things across to the audience. And I always try to keep people up to speed with flashbacks and recaps, so any new viewers can jump right in and then go back to watch the old videos if they want. The figures being slidy on the mat, I can see what you mean. I don't use tack or anything unless I'm doing some kind of move where I need their feet to stay on the mat, so it's possible they shift a little bit if I accidentally bump them between pictures. The stiffness of the selling is something I'll keep my eyes on in the future, though. Booker's a great figure, haha. I'd like to use him at some point in a match. Thanks again! For anyone else who watched, I'd love to know your thoughts!

Very impressed with this. Impressed especially with the heel turn of Michaels, that caught me off guard which makes this episode interesting and exciting. Can't wait to see how the story progresses in the future

I also wanted to add that the intro is a top-notch intro. Makes it look like the real wrestling intros from WWE or the Attitude Era. BTW this match reminds me of the attitude era

Glad you like the intro, I wanted it to convey that my animations were mainly based on late '90s-ealy 2000's era wrestling, so I figured putting all those guys in the intro would make it apparent for new viewers. Michaels becoming heel was something I've toyed with for a while, figured now's the time to do it haha. Thanks for the comments!

You know how much I love your work, man. This was just another brilliant episode of WarZone, with what I think is your best match yet. My favorite part is the chaos at the end, very Attitude Era feeling coming from this and your storyline development is unmatched. You really pay attention to the details of your storyline, way more than I do in my fed. lol.
But you said something interesting to me, you just kept adding to the match when you though of a cool exchange, and I do that aswell! Most of the time I am almost done with a match, at least I think I am, but then I think of a cool sequence incorporating reversals of 2 guys and their signature moves, so if I have any advice for a fellow animator working on a match, really think about the length of the match and how the 2 styles of the wrestlers match, add some reversals and always say to your self: "Can I do more?" if you are having fun with the match, I'm sure you can add more.
Great show, bud!

I hope my part 3 comes at least a quarter as good as this episode is. You are with out question the best wrestling animator ever. If you were not animating then the wrestling animation community would be terribly suffering. You took everybody by storm honestly with angle vs hart followed by the rest of your greatness. You're amazing Captain, just amazing.

Great show, bud! Thanks a lot dude, it's always great knowing you're a fan of the storylines I come up with. My biggest thing from way back when I was a wrestling fan was WHY things were happening, so being able to explain or show that in my animations is something that I'm happy other people like. And yes, the constant adding of exchanges, haha...going by my script, the match would have been 2 to 2 1/2 minutes. But I just kept thinking "hey, Austin and Bret used to do a spot like this, maybe I can sneak that in here" and then add it in. I did that a few times, and wound up with a much longer match than I intended. So, for those keeping track, I agree with Jordan's advice - if you have stuff you CAN add in, you SHOULD add it in! You nailed it on the head though, when you said "if you are having fun with the match" - this one was a LOT of fun for me to do, because I'm such a big fan of both Hart and Austin. Thanks for the compliments! I actually watched your tag team match, and I'm not sure I ever got the chance to leave you a proper comment (although I still will) but I'll use this opportunity to say that I enjoyed it. Well animated, and the match flowed along nicely as I recall. Cool stuff! I'm flattered you think I'm the best ever, I wouldn't even suggest that I'm the best CURRENTLY, haha. I just offer something different, which a lot of people enjoy. I appreciate all the praise, and I'm really happy knowing people enjoy what I'm doing with my animating. It's been great getting into the hobby I always had an interest in, and now to be well known (relatively, of course) for what I've always loved is definitely a good feeling
