I just saw an awesome video on youtube. A guy found a homeless man on the street and checked him into a motel room, got him a hair cut, spent $320 on new clothes for him, and took him to a steak house buffet. This video shows that there's great people in the world. Just wanted to share it with you guys
Such a good guy.

A great act coming from a honest humane individual. Well, besides the portion where he just sends him packing back to his place of origin.

Don't get me wrong, it's an amazing gesture and these guys clearly genuinely care about other people but I don't see it helping him out in the long run. Then again it could be used as positive motivation for the guy to work towards changing his situation. Plus the new set of clothes and haircut could help him get a job. Who knows. Cool video regardless.

There's only so much he can do to help, and he went above and beyond. If we could snap our fingers and help people like that, to the point that they'd be set, we'd all hopefully need band aids. Made me cry a little bit. Very uplifting.

Cool video regardless. After this video he's still gonna get more money. In the Bio of the video, it says Martin wanted to get his teeth pulled out more then anything in the world so Vitaly (Guy who made the video) has a website where you can donate money to it. The goal is $2,500 and they've already passed it and they are at $10,208 with still 11 days left to donate so i'm guessing the rest of the money will go to Martin. After getting the teeth pulled he should have $7,708. And like I said with still 11 days left i'm sure alot more people are donate and the total number of money from donations is going to be higher then it is right now so he will have over $7,708 Here's the link if anyone wants to donate

To be honest, with all the ad revenue Vitaly makes from his videos, I wouldn't be shocked he if split the profit in half or completely keep it all to himself. But we could only hope for the best.

That's just wonderful. Glad to hear Martin will have a new beginning.

I watched it the day it came out because I saw it featured on the YouTube popular page. This video made my very, very happy seeing how there are people like that! They also had an Indiegogo page to raise funds to fix he teeth, and they went over the amount they need which was awesome!

I have to admit... the cynical side of me was terrified that this was going to end with these guys beating up the homeless guy or doing something terrible to him....especially when they blind-folded him. Thank goodness it wasn't one of "those" videos....
It was hilarious when they're jamming in the car together..... good stuff.

If I say what I'm really thinking, I'm probably going to look like an assh*le. So I'll keep it short and sweet and say I'm happy the homeless gentleman was treated very well for a few days.

If I say what I'm really thinking, I'm probably going to look like an assh*le. So I'll keep it short and sweet and say I'm happy the homeless gentleman was treated very well for a few days. Well, I'll say it. I think it's horrible that they're exploiting this man and his struggles for their own gain. Granted, what they're doing is nice, and if genuine, could hopefully help this guy turn his life around. However, if their intention was soley on helping the guy, they didn't need to film it and put it up on their channel. By touting how much good they did, they're showing that, at the very least, a big part of the reason they did it was for the glory, or in this case, the views. Just like how someone mentioned they're going to film his reaction when they tell him whatever else it was? It's like, you couldn't just go and do that without filming it? Now, I know how the whole YouTube thing works. Even as someone who's never made a single penny doing what I've done, I know that you want to give people a reason to go and watch your stuff. But to use another man's misfortune as that reason doesn't sit well with me. TL;DR: Sure, what they're doing is nice, but the bottom line is they're exploiting this man for their own gain.

"Look at all the clothes we got you! It's never ending!" *close up on price* "You ready for the shower? You ready for the haircut? You ready for the steak dinner? *looks at camera* The STEAK dinner?" I just felt they were very transparent and were trying super hard to focus on themselves and how generous they were being. Help this man out of the goodness of your heart, not for the sole purpose of "putting yourself over", so to speak.

If that was your true intent behind the message, than I'm sure no one would have troubled you over your statement. When you think about it, you both make extremely valid points.
