I bought the TRU BOPPV Sheamus Elite. I take it out and the head is loose and is like a bobble head. Should I email Mattel? It's very frustrating because I feel like the head is about to come off

Sheamus heads are normally a softer plastic for some reason, the heads are easy to pop off and back on again.

Returning it and swapping it at the TRU you bought it from would be a much logical thing to try first before emailing Mattel.

I've had a few figures like this lately. Even older figures I've had for awhile. As long as it can hold a pose I'm all good

My Christian from the set has the worst legs of any figure I've ever owned. Some can be great, others not so.

Unfortunately loose joints have been an issue with the Mattel figures since day one. Only thing worse is staining from the clothing.
