WWE Monday Night RAW: Monday 4th June 2012…I see that you held the Elimination Chase to determine the next contender to the WWE Championship – that’s not a problem, but in the future I hope to see you determine the next contender in more organised manner, after all following the Championship Scramble main event at Over the Limit last week as well. CM Punk’s promo was a good one, as we begin the feud between Punk and Daniel Bryan that is hopefully better than their real life one (no offence to them but the angle with AJ Lee ruined their 2012 exchanges). John Laurinaitis’ interruption set up the main event, and that’s fine – just hopefully you don’t rely on this to create a main event too often in future. Kane and Zack Ryder fighting to a no contest is pretty newsworthy – not a lot to add to that. I guess I haven’t been paying as much attention as I should, because I missed Drew McIntyre becoming United States Champion. Is this your way of making this situation until a triple threat match? Also, Kane and Zack Ryder teaming up? Ehhh. I can’t say at this point that I like the idea of this, particularly after having such a war earlier this year. And yes, McIntyre, Kane and Ryder in a triple threat match at No Way Out was the plan all along. Alright, I suppose. Antonio Cesaro defeating Evan Bourne was fine – just hoping you have a backup plan after No Way Out. I like that you have assembled the Real Americans so early, but I’m hoping they don’t win the WWE Tag Team Championships too quickly…that said if they lose, I hope you protect them in whatever they do next. This was basic build towards Air Boom defending against Jack Swagger and Cesaro, but no real problem with this match. John Cena and Chris Jericho at No Way Out then? It’s been a little overdone since their first feud in 2005, but alright. Sheamus’ promo was pretty nice, showing that he is the number two contender behind Daniel Bryan after coming up short in the Elimination Chase last week. Dolph Ziggler’s interruption was nice, although I hope he loses Vickie Guerrero soon. Extension on this feud should be good, although I must question the two out of three falls stipulation. Wow, big rub for Brodus Clay here. But a good win for John Cena as expected all along in a decent first-hour main event. Ah, Cena and Jericho at No Way Out in a submission match – I like the sound of that. Good establishment of CM Punk and Alberto Del Rio’s past problems, it’ll sure correct things going into tonight. The Bella Twins with a win against AJ Lee and Kaitlyn was fine – where’s the Divas Champion anyway? AJ and Kaitlyn got into an argument eh? I wonder how you plan to evolve both of their personas from here. Lastly, Daniel Bryan and Wade Barrett with a win against CM Punk and Alberto Del Rio was good, setting up more momentum for Bryan against the WWE Champion. A big main event here with both the WWE Championship and World Heavyweight Championship feuds touched upon. I would have liked to hear from Bryan and Barrett prior to the main event, though. Overall, a pretty good show. Two hour RAWs rule, please hold off on turning into three hours for as long as realistically possible.

June 6th, 2012 | Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida
The WWE Signature flashes across the screen before the opening NXT video plays. We are then taken to a video package of the highlights of the First Round of the NXT Championship Tournament because Round Two begins tonight. We also see John “Bradshaw” Layfield being introduced as the General Manager of NXT last week.
The arena is shown as William Regal, Byron Saxton and Tom Phillips welcome us to tonight’s big edition of NXT. They go to throw us to the first match tonight, but instead, the theme of Michael McGillicutty plays as he walks to the ring with Johnny Curtis. A clip is shown of McGillicutty getting eliminated from the tournament by Sami Zayn before cutting to show Johnny Curtis advancing over Richie Steamboat last week. McGillicutty gets on the microphone and says that NXT is their house. “Sami Zayn thinks that he can just come in here and run this show. He got lucky against me in the NXT Title Tournament and Johnny Curtis will end him and his silly little dream next week.” This brings out Sami Zayn to the stage, as he says that he is not here to run the show. “Hey, it’s not my fault that I just came in and beat you” and the crowd pops for this line. McGillicutty threatens that they will come out and beat him right now, but when they exit the ring, the theme of Richie Steamboat hits. He steps out and stands side by side with Sami Zayn as the crowd buzzes. General Manager JBL appears on the big tron and announces that right now these four men will compete in tag team action!
JOHNNY CURTIS & MICHAEL MCGILLICUTTY DEF. RICHIE STEAMBOAT & SAMI ZAYN
A great way to kick off a huge episode of NXT as all four guys performed well here. Despite having never teamed before, Richie Steamboat and Sami Zayn worked like well together and had the NXT Universe firmly behind them. Steamboat played the face in peril until Sami got the hot tag. However, Richie was the legal man when the finish came as Sami was thrown into the steel steps outside, and McGillicutty pinned Richie with the McGillicutter. The team of Michael McGillicutty and Johnny Curtis prove to be a force once again as the fans boo their victory. Johnny Curtis has picked up some serious momentum heading into his match with Sami Zayn next week. Could we be looking at the first NXT Champion? A graphic appears for tonight’s main event, pitting Bo Dallas against Big E Langston!
A promo airs for this Friday’s Smackdown. Cody Rhodes escaped by the skin of his teeth last week, but will have to put up his Intercontinental Championship one more time this week against the Big Show!
After a recap is shown of what went down when Paige took on Sofia Cortez last week, we cut to the back where John “Bradshaw” Layfield is shown in his office. Sofia and Summer Rae barge in, saying that they are tired of Paige and Emma running around like they are the top Divas in NXT. JBL tells them not to barge into his office and reminds Sofia that she had a chance to shut Paige up last week, but failed. He then informs her that next week, Summer Rae is now scheduled to go one on one with Emma! NXT CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT: DAMIEN SANDOW DEF. DERRICK BATEMAN
Another very solid match in this Tournament as Damien Sandow bested Derrick Bateman. However, this wasn’t a completely clean win. Bateman rallied and was looking like he was near victory until the theme of Leo Kruger hit. Kruger was eliminated from the Tournament by Bateman a few weeks ago. The distraction was enough to allow Sandow to pull out the win with the Silencer. The crowd at Full Sail University boos loudly as Damien Sandow has advanced to the Semi-Finals of the NXT Title Tournament. He will do battle with the winner of Sami Zayn’s match with Johnny Curtis! Another vignette airs for Raquel Diaz, the daughter of Eddie and Vickie Guerrero. “Latina Heat” is coming!
Returning, a recap is shown of Adrian Neville and Oliver Grey discussing a potential Tag Team Title with JBL last week, before Corey Graves and Jake Carter interrupted, leading to their match tonight. ADRIAN NEVILLE & OLIVER GREY DEF. COREY GRAVES & JAKE CARTER
Along with the Ascension, these have been the two brightest shining tag teams in NXT and they proved it once again tonight. Both teams put in a great effort, though the match was kept shorter than most would have liked. It shows that with more time, this has potential to be great. Adrian Neville wins for his team when he pins Graves after the gorgeous Red Arrow. The crowd roars as Adrian Neville and Oliver Grey have quickly become two of the most popular stars in NXT. If JBL does indeed bring a Tag Team Championship to Winter Park, Florida, you can bet they are serious threats. A graphic appears reminding us that up next is our main event. Bo Dallas takes on Big E Langston!
A promo airs for No Way Out, which comes to you on Pay-Per-View on June 17th! NXT CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT: BIG E LANGSTON DEF. BO DALLAS
Since the inception of NXT at Full Sail University, Big E Langston and Bo Dallas have become rivals. However, the fans have not adapted to Bo Dallas fully. They gave him a mixed reaction at best and actually seemed to be pulling for Big E at times. This match played off the powerhouse heel vs. the resilient babyface, but struggled due to Bo not having the crowd fully behind him. They actually cheered as Big E won with the Big Ending. Big E Langston celebrates his victory as he joins Damien Sandow in the Semi-Finals of the NXT Championship Tournament. He will do battle with the winner of next week’s heated clash between Seth Rollins and Kassius Ohno! He exits, while Bo Dallas gets to his knees in the middle of the ring, as the crowd gives him a mixed reaction. Trending Topics: #NXTTitleTourney #RedArrow #JBL #LatinaHeat #BoDallas

June 8th, 2012 | Colonial Life Arena in Columbia, South Carolina
We open with a shot of the arena in Columbia to open the show before Executive Order make their way down to the ring. As they walk out to massive heat, Michael Cole, Josh Matthews and Booker T introduce everyone to the broadcast. John Laurinaitis waits for the boos to die down before speaking. He also welcomes the fans to the show before telling everyone that he has set up a grand episode of Smackdown for them. “Tonight, you will see great things brought to you by People Power. In this ring, Executive Order will team up when Wade Barrett, David Otunga and Drew McIntyre face Alberto Del Rio, Kane and Zack Ryder.” The crowd cheers at the announcement of this match as Laurinaitis proclaims that Wade Barrett is his ideal World Champion and he still believes that Drew McIntyre is his ideal United States Champion but he got a bit carried away on Monday when he was upset at Drew. “I gave title shots to Kane and Zack Ryder, and they probably don’t deserve it. I am a man of my word though and the match at No Way Out will indeed happen.” He continues by mentioning CM Punk. “CM Punk has gotten in my face one too many times. He is a disrespectful Superstar and is not worthy of being the WWE Champion.” He continues when David Otunga walks to the ring, holding a paper and has a concerned look on his face. He gets in the ring and tells Mr. Laurinaitis that what he has in his hand is a letter from the WWE Board of Directors. John reads it aloud, and it says that his performance is being carefully evaluated and will continue to be monitored over the next few weeks. If, for any reason, they see something they don’t like, someone will be sent in to personally relieve him of his duties. The crowd roars at this, but John Laurinaitis looks like he’s about to be sick. He needs Otunga’s help to leave as we go to commercial.
As we return, a recap airs of the opening segment, where John Laurinaitis announced the main event for tonight before being told that his job is being carefully evaluated. The theme of Cody Rhodes hits as the Intercontinental Champion struts to the ring. A quick recap is shown of last week when Cody issued an open challenge for his title and it was answered by the Big Show. Cody would get himself counted out to keep his title. He grabs a microphone and says that he wants to set the record straight. “I did not leave last week’s match because I was scared. I happen to have realized that issuing open challenges wasn’t a good idea because unworthy challengers like the Big Show would come out. Now, he somehow gets another shot. This is an outrage.” Before he can continue, Big Show’s music interrupts. INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP: BIG SHOW DEF. CODY RHODES [C] VIA DISQUALIFICATION
This contest followed a similar pattern to last week’s match. Cody Rhodes was trying his best to find a way to avoid Big Show’s big offense, but would get caught and ended up in a ton of pain. Big Show was in control for the most part and was nearing victory. Cody would turn the tide with a moonsault for two, but that seemed to just anger Show. Show went for the WMD, but Cody dropped to his knees and hit him with a low blow. The crowd boos as Cody Rhodes rolls out of the ring, grabs his title and scurries up the ramp. Michael Cole points out how Cody has now escaped Big Show two straight weeks with the Intercontinental Title in tow. Big Show is shown in the ring, fuming at this result as Cody Rhodes smirks. Backstage, Dean Ambrose is shown arriving at the arena. The “Lunatic Fringe” is scheduled to face the host of the Peep Show, Christian! A recap is shown of the Peep Shows from the past two weeks, involving Randy Orton and Ambrose.
Returning to Smackdown, Cody Rhodes is shown walking backstage with a smile when John Laurinaitis comes up to him. He still has a concerned look on his face after the announcement from earlier tonight and he just awkwardly stares at Cody for a bit. “Umm, can I help you Mr. Laurinaitis?” asks Cody. John seems to snap out of his haze and says that the people want to see a fair Intercontinental Title match and he’s all about giving the people what they want. “Cody, at No Way Out, you will defend your title against Big Show. And if you get counted out or disqualified, you will lose the title.” John leaves as Cody is stunned. Josh Matthews mentions that the evaluation of John Laurinaitis seems to be leading him to make fair decisions. WWE TAG TEAM CHAMPION KOFI KINGSTON W/ EVAN BOURNE DEF. JACK SWAGGER W/ ANTONIO CESARO AND ZEB COLTER
Much like the match between Antonio Cesaro and Evan Bourne on Monday, this was a fun match between two guys representing two of the hottest tag teams in the WWE. While Cesaro got a win for the Real Americans on Raw, it was Kofi Kingston who won for AirBoom with Trouble in Paradise. The audience pops for Kofi Kingston as Evan Bourne gets in the ring with him to celebrate. Antonio Cesaro assist Jack Swagger in getting out of the ring, while Zeb Colter badmouths the WWE Tag Team Champions. It’s clear that these teams are on a collision course. A graphic appears for our main event, as Alberto Del Rio, Kane and Zack Ryder team up against Drew McIntyre, David Otunga and Wade Barrett!
A promo airs for Raw this Monday. Last week, Daniel Bryan pinned the WWE Champion in a tag team match after a distraction from John Laurinaitis. This week, CM Punk steps into the ring against the World Heavyweight Champion, Wade Barrett. Champion vs. Champion.Back to the arena, Dean Ambrose makes his way out to the ring, actually getting a mixed reaction. He grabs a microphone and stands in the middle of the ring. Dean starts his promo by saying that he targeted Randy Orton for one reason and one reason only. “As a fan of the WWE, I enjoyed watching Randy Orton do crazy things like DDT Stephanie McMahon and punt Vince McMahon. While everyone else was disgusted at these acts, I relished them. I thought that he was just as screwed up in the head as I was. So when I got to the WWE, I wanted to see who was more messed up. We got our chance at Over the Limit and you wanna know what I realized? Randy is just a normal, mundane person like all of you. So I took him out and didn’t want any part of another match with him.” Dean’s demeanor changes to a more serious tone, though he begins to smile. “Then last week, the Randy Orton that I wanted reemerged. He came out and beat me up and I enjoyed every second of it. Tonight, I have Christian, who’s all mad because we messed up the Peep Show set or something, but come No Way Out, I’m ready for a fight Randall.”
Returning, Mark Henry is shown entering John Laurinaitis’ office. He demands to know what John is going to do for him. John Laurinaitis tells him not to worry about it tonight because he has other things on his mind, but he can take out any anger on Ted Dibiase later tonight. He whispers something in Mark’s ear, leading the World’s Strongest Man to turn around and calmly exit. What is going on between Mark Henry and the General Manager? DEAN AMBROSE DEF. CHRISTIAN
Many people have not noticed, but this is only the second match in the WWE career of Dean Ambrose. He faced off against Randy Orton at Over the Limit, but hasn’t stepped into the ring since. Christian was a great opponent as he got the crowd behind him strongly and is one of the better workers in the company. Ambrose continues to show an ability to play the “unstable” man but he was in the right mind when he nailed the Dirty Deeds and won. Dean Ambrose gets to his feet, picking up a hard fought win over a former World Heavyweight Champion tonight. His celebration is short lived though as “Voices” hits the speakers and Randy Orton make a beeline for the ring. Officials run out with him though and keep him from getting to Ambrose. Ambrose doesn’t accept this though as he gets on the apron and leaps onto Orton and the officials! The crowd is going ballistic as nothing seems to be able to keep these two separate. They continue to trade shots until more officials are finally able to get in between them.
Returning, Matt Striker is standing by with Zack Ryder. He wants his thoughts on tonight’s main event and his United States Title shot at No Way Out. Ryder says that after his hot 2011, he knew that he could be a main event guy and he has a chance tonight. “Not only that, but I’m gonna regain my United States Title at No Way Out bro!” Kane appears behind him, scaring him and saying that he will win the US Title. Ryder and Kane go back and forth, not able to agree on which one will win the title at No Way Out. MARK HENRY DEF. TED DIBIASE
After suffering a tough loss at Over the Limit with the United States Title on the line, Ted Dibiase took two weeks off to gather his thoughts and try and get back on track. However, those plans were averted when John Laurinaitis threw a roadblock in his way named Mark Henry. Dibiase fought valiantly, but wasn’t able to get past the “World’s Strongest Man.” Mark Henry shouts “That’s what I do!” at the top of his lungs before picking up Ted Dibiase and dropping him with a second World’s Strongest Slam. “That’s uncalled for!” shouts Michael Cole as Henry continues to show how dominant of a force he can be. In the back, we see Alberto Del Rio walking towards the arena! The number one contender is part of our six man tag main event, next! An advertisement airs for next week’s NXT, where the second round of the NXT Championship Tournament continues! The hot upstart Sami Zayn faces NXT Season 4 winner Johnny Curtis and Seth Rollins does battle with Kassius Ohno! WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION WADE BARRETT, UNITED STATES CHAMPION DREW MCINTYRE & DAVID OTUNGA DEF. ALBERTO DEL RIO, KANE AND ZACK RYDER
A very good main event six man tag match to close out Smackdown. In nine nights, five of these men will meet in matches at No Way Out and it was clear that they wanted their hands on each other. Wade Barrett was wise enough to avoid Alberto Del Rio throughout the contest, but Del Rio finally got his hands on him and they brawled on the outside. Meanwhile, in the ring, a miscommunication led to Kane hitting a big boot on Zack Ryder. He was taken outside with Otunga, allowing McIntyre to pin Ryder following the Future Shock. Kane enters the ring after throwing David Otunga into the steel steps, but Drew McIntyre quickly exits and grabs his title. He heads up the ramp, where he is joined by Wade Barrett, who escaped the clutches of Alberto Del Rio. As they celebrate their win on the ramp, Kane goes to check on Zack Ryder, who pushes him away and is not pleased. There is clear dissension between them heading into their United States Title match. SmackDown, a nice way to open up. The old "job evaluation" angle never fails, can only end with Laurinaitis being taken out of power and the Executive Order crumbling, which makes room for a fresh face to call the shots. Cody escaping Shows clutches again means he'll ultimately have to beat the Big Show in a match where he cannot take the easy way out. That should be fun, a bit like their WrestleMania angle in reality. As I write that, there's the match I was referring to being set for the Pay-Per-View. Kingston over Swagger is a nice way to continue the tag feud for these two teams. Not sure on Ambrose admitting he liked watching Orton wrestle before, even if it was a backhanded compliment. Glad he got the win over Christian though, and his feud with Orton has been pretty exciting. I'd like to see Kane leave as the United States Champion at No Way Out. Wonder what you have planned for Henry with his display of power. A big win for the heels here, and the dissension between Kane and Ryder is good news for me as I don't really like their alliance. Overall a good episode.

Smack Down
- Hopefully it won't be long til Ace is out of power!!
- Rhodes manages to sneak away with his title again, probably setting up a gimmick match of sorts against Big Show down the line. Not sure if this is helping Rhodes or not he doesn't currently feel like a big star.
- There's the announcement of the gimmick match
- Basic way of continuing the tag feud but so what it works for me and would have been a decent match but maybe Swagger should have went over.
- Main Event on paper looks weak
- Surprised to see Henry squash DiBiase
- Strong win for Ambrose over Christian, Ambrose/Orton should be a good match at the PPV
- Main Event used to hype NWO, Barrett/Del Rio took a back seat tonight to the US title picture in hindsight this could have gone on in the middle of the show and you could have closed with the Orton/Ambrose brawl
Smack Down was ok did it's job of building No Way Out but it felt like the B show tonight.

Alright, here we go with Smackdown. ALL HAIL PEOPLE POWER! Wait, what!? He's going to get monitered!? I bet he finds a way to stick around. For now, anyway. A good match to start the show off with the Intercontinental Championship on the line. Cody Rhodes winning via disqualification is best with him. Kofi Kingston beating Jack Swagger was fine and dandy, but I'd really like to see The Real Americans get the tag title belts ASAP. A solid promo from Dean Ambrose, leading in to his match with Christian, which was obvious for him to win. Frigin' Mark Henry beforehand with Big Johnny though. Mark beating Ted DiBiase was alright. Teddy really never did anything, unfortunately, for his career and I feel like he is falling down that route here now. Finally, a good six man tag team match to main event here on Smackdown and the right team won in my mind. Ryder and Kane having dissension already? Heh. We'll see. A solid edition of Smackdown that did it's job to get everyone prepared for No Way Out.

I know I said you would get two replies for your birthday, but since you posted SmackDown afterwards, f*** it. Here's a full week's worth. A nice way to kick off Raw with CM Punk and John Laurinaitis to set up what should be a fantastic tag team main event. With the way that Laurinaitis spoke about Wade Barrett in this promo, I would love to see Punk vs. Barrett in a title unification match sometime soon. I had a lot of fun putting those two in a year-long program in my diary, so I feel like it should get some love in other diaries. Kane versus Zack Ryder made for a decent opening contest, but I wasn't totally surprised by Drew McIntyre's involvement. The Kane and Ryder pairing needs a bit more time, I think, but it could prove to be very entertaining. It'll be hard to match the awesome-ness of Team Hell No, though. Oh, a Triple Threat at No Way Out. Uncharacteristic of Laurinaitis to make a decision that hinders one of his boys. A good victory for Antonio Cesaro to give The Real Americans some momentum. I believe that Air Boom are nearing the one-year mark as champions, right? Think it's time for them to drop the titles soon, and Cesaro and Jack Swagger would be the best option. A very long WWE Tag Team Title reign. No one's ever done that before. No one. Two-out-of-Three Falls with Sheamus and Dolph Ziggler at No Way Out. That could definitely steal the show. So could Punk/Bryan. And Barrett/Del Rio. And Orton/Ambrose. Holy sh*t, the card is awesome. John Cena picking up a submission win over Brodus Clay was a fair way to go. At this point, I don't really care for Brodus' standing in the company. Still fully expect Cena to go over at No Way Out since there's no plausible way that he drops three PPV matches in a row to Chris Jericho. Punk and Del Rio's meeting was well done. I like the mentioning of their history to establish that they're not suddenly friends simply because they are both faces. Del Rio is someone who is growing on me as of late, so I don't think I'd mind a World Heavyweight Championship run for him. But Barrett is awesome as well, though, so it's conflicting. AJ Lee and Kaitlyn showing a bit of dissension, eh? Please book this as a Divas Championship feud at some point in the future. Kharma is cool and all, but AJ and Kaitlyn <3. Lastly, a great tag team main event with Daniel Bryan and Wade Barrett managing to win, the former pinning his No Way Out opponent. Is Bryan in Executive Order? It's certainly been made to seem that way. NXT time! Very quickly, I want to point out my love for your layout. It's short and to the point, something that I struggle with since my own "quick results" end up being just as lengthy as actual shows. Whatevs. The theme of Michael McGillicutty? I hope it's that "And the Horse He Rode On" song or whatever it was called. I loved it, just like I love the pairing of McGillicutty and JohnnyFan CurtisDango. Sami Zayn and Richie Steamboat make for another damn fine team. Curtis and McGillicutty getting the victory wasn't that surprising since I would imagine that Zayn goes over Curtis next week as part of the tournament. I kind of wish that Paige and Sofia Cortez were a duo here, simply because I enjoyed the "Anti Diva Army" shtick that they had going for them in FCW. Nonetheless, Emma versus Sofia should be good next week. Derrick Bateman is out of the tournament?!?! YOU MONSTER!!! Meh, Damien Sandow advancing was the expected result, though. I see him advancing to the finals, but I wouldn't be surprised if Zayn did. I kind of want that result, honestly. Adrian Neville and Oliver Grey, who most don't remember for sh*t. They made for a decent team from what I can remember. A solid win for them over Corey Graves and Jake Carter, a team that I very much enjoyed. I hope to see you keep them as a unit for the forseeable future. Lastly, a decent main event involving Bo Dallas and Big E Langston. Glad that Big E came out victorious, but I expect him to lose against Seth Rollins or Kassius Ohno, whoever advances next week. I'm randomly browsing through YouTube right now and Alex Riley's theme song came on. That has nothing to do with this reply. I just wanted to say that. Anywho, onto SmackDown! A good opening segment involving Executive Order. A really unqie Six Man Tag Team match that was set up, but I like it. Big Johnny will be evaluated? I'll f*** up anyone who tries to fire him. Cody Rhodes taking the easy way out of his match with Big Show makes believe that Show will get another opportunity at No Way Out in some sort of stipulation match. Rhodes will be victorious, though. He's one of the greatest Intercontinental Champions in history! WWE Countdown said so! Or the stipulation can be that Cody loses the title if disqualified or counted out. That works as well. Kofi Kingston defeating Jack Swagger made sense to even the score after Cesaro beat Bourne on Raw. Hoping for a title match soon between the two teams. Dean Ambrose <3. Hopefully you handle him much better than WWE has as of late. Curious to see what John Laurinaitis and Mark Henry have going for them. Ambrose going over Christian was the right call, and the brawl afterwards with Randy Orton was good. I feel that Ambrose would come across as a face, though, in this time period where most heels act cowardly and evade challenges. Poor Ted DiBiase. A decent win for Henry, though, who needs to get back on track after losing a bit of steam recently. I think his apparent alliance with John Laurinaitis will aid him in that aspect, though. Finally, a fine Six Man Tag to close out the show. Executive Order getting another main event win certainly helps establish the stable. Interesting how the focus at the end appeared to be on the United States Championship program. Look at you booking the midcard championships with respect. Three great shows overall, Kev. And a belated Happy Birthday. IT'S THE BEST FRIENDS FOREVER! BEST FRIENDS FOREVER! RING!

WWE Friday Night SmackDown: Friday 8th June 2012…Executive Order? I’m not sure who that is. Oh, John Laurinaitis and his clique. That makes sense, I suppose. Not a bad start outlining what’s to come on this episode, with a six-man tag team match set up between his friends in Wade Barrett, David Otunga and Drew McIntyre & Alberto Del Rio, Kane and Zack Ryder. It blends some programs into one match and that is always a good thing. Laurinaitis apologising to Drew McIntyre is amusing to say the least. Wait, John Laurinaitis is sick? Very strange opening promo here, particularly the climax. Oh, is he sick because his job is under evaluation? This could have been made clearer. The Big Show defeating Cody Rhodes by disqualification made for a decent opening contest, and I like the cowardly heel getting out of a title match scenario. Rhodes retaining his Intercontinental Championship against Show with an indication of what’s to come is fine, and I’m now expecting that they meet at No Way Out in a few weeks with the title on the line: I’m just wondering if you put Show over or not. And there we go, the title match made. I also like that Laurinaitis had to play it level headed here despite remaining a heel. The authority is defenceless to biasedness. Kofi Kingston defeating Jack Swagger was fine for what it was. I wish there was more substance to your tag team feuds rather than consisting of singles matches between the two teams spread out. I’m sure Air Boom and the Real Americans will have a decent match for the WWE Tag Team Championship, though. The angle could just use more. Dean Ambrose out for a promo on Randy Orton was good, and it was nice to see an original angle on SmackDown…oh wait, it’s 2012 and the brand split still KIND of exists. It seems like you’re really stretching this angle between Ambrose and Orton out, which is always good. I kind of hope it latches onto the July pay-per-view or SummerSlam. Ambrose and Christian in my mind would have great chemistry, so this was a good match to have to bring us into the second hour of the show. A pull-apart brawl between Ambrose and Orton was nice – what would be really cool would be to see these two close out SmackDown with an angle one week. Poor Ted Dibiase is stuck in nomansland. Mark Henry defeating Ted Dibiase was clear. This seemed to be designed purely to remind us how mad Mark Henry can get. Filler at best, here. And lastly, the stacked six-man tag team main event was fine with Wade Barrett, Drew McIntyre and David Otunga beating Alberto Del Rio, Kane and Zack Ryder. I can’t help but think this should have featured an interview segment with Del Rio, being that he is in high contention to the World Heavyweight Championship – or some words from Barrett, who hasn’t really been given a chance on the mic tonight despite being the top guy on SmackDown. Overall, not too bad an episode of SmackDown. It was realistic, it pushed angles and storylines, it just feels like it’s missing something…

So this portrays how you would have liked to see 2012 go, is that right Kev? Correct, it's a re-booking. I had one that spanned 2008-2010 that lasted over 100 pages as well as a few others.

June 11th, 2012 | XL Center in Hartford, Connecticut
Following the WWE signature, we don’t even see the intro video this week. The camera goes straight to the arena, showing the excited crowd in Hartford, Connecticut. Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler welcome us to the program but before they can go any further, the theme of the WWE Champion hits and the crowd goes nuts. CM Punk walks out to the ring, just like he did last week to open Raw. Once he enters the ring, he grabs a microphone and begins to speak. “Last week, I came out here and discussed my past with Daniel Bryan. The fact that we were friends and thick as thieves, even celebrating our runs as Champions together. I wanted to call him out and find out what led to the change in his personality, but was instead interrupted by Clown Shoes himself, John Laurinaitis. Now tonight, he’s placed me in a Champion vs. Champion match against Wade Barrett, which is fine by me, but I still want Daniel Bryan to come out here and meet me face to face.” Daniel Bryan responds and shouts “Yes” all the way to the ring, while a video replay is shown of him pinning Punk last week. Bryan retrieves his own microphone and tells Punk that this whole thing is pointless. “You see, Punk, I haven’t changed. I’m still a vegan. I’m still a submissions specialist and I’m still the best in the world.” Punk cuts him off there and just points to the back of his shirt, which of course, says Best in the World. Bryan laughs it off, claiming that just because something is written on a shirt, doesn’t make it true. “Look Punk, our friendship has been over for a while now and that’s fine with me. I’m coming to New Jersey on Sunday to win that belt and not being friends is going to make it that much easier.” Punk smirks at this statement and responds, “Okay. I see what’s going on. I wanted you to come out here, so I could gauge what I’m in store for on Sunday. Now I can be sure that it won’t be a battle of two gladiators who respected each other for years. It’s going to be the Best in the World, retaining his belt against a goat faced egomaniac.” Punk drops the microphone, holds the title high in the air and walks off, leaving Bryan disgruntled at being called a goat. As Punk walks up the ramp, Bryan begins to shout “No!” at the top of his lungs.
Returning, a recap is shown of the rivalry between Dean Ambrose and Randy Orton over the past few weeks. We are then told that later tonight, we will witness the Raw debut of Dean Ambrose as he takes on Rey Mysterio! Also, a huge announcement is coming regarding Raw 1000! NON-TITLE MATCH: INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION CODY RHODES DEF. KANE
For a non-title match, this had way more implications than normal. For one, Kane was paying attention to the United States Champion, Drew McIntyre, who was at ringside. Also, Cody Rhodes was getting a chance to try his hand against a bigger opponent, which is vital as he faces Big Show in six days. Cody showed that he was more than capable of hanging with a powerhouse, as he attacked the leg, but Kane nailed a big sidewalk slam and signaled to end this. McIntyre got on the apron, distracting Kane and allowing Cody to connect with the Beautiful Disaster and win. Cody Rhodes quickly rolls outside and grabs his Intercontinental Title. Michael Cole mentions that Big Show is not here tonight, so he can safely exit. Meanwhile, Drew McIntyre has a sinister look on his face as he enters the ring and removes his blazer. Before he can do any damage to Kane, Zack Ryder runs out and the crowd explodes. He fires away with right hands on McIntyre before clotheslining him over and out. The audience continues to buzz as Ryder picks up the US Title and stares at it. Kane sits up finally and sees Ryder holding the title as we head to break.
As we return, we see the office of Executive Order, minus Drew McIntyre. John Laurinaitis is sitting down and still looks stressed over his current job evaluation. Eve Torres is massaging his shoulders while Wade Barrett and David Otunga are watching their monitor. Laurinaitis mentions that he has to make the “Kickoff” announcement but is not in the mood to go out in front of everyone when he has to watch every little thing he does extra carefully. Eve seems to have an idea and tells John that she’ll go make the announcement for him. He appreciates the help and sends her to do this. Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler remind us that on July 23rd, the 1000th episode of Raw will be coming to you live. It’s set to be a huge three hour spectacular and there will be major news involving it later, but for now we are taken to a historic moment in the history of Raw. This one shows The Rock returning in 2011 to announce that he would be hosting WrestleMania XVII.
Back to the ring, Eve Torres is standing in the middle while the crowd boos. She begins to speak by saying that John Laurinaitis had a “Kickoff” announcement but she’s here to make it for him. “Starting this Sunday at No Way Out, John Laurinaitis has negotiated a deal, being the great leader that he is, to give the fans even more WWE. Thirty minutes before No Way Out begins, we will host a special Kickoff show across multiple platforms like Youtube and wwe.com.” She then asks for Kaitlyn and AJ Lee to come to the stage. After a few moments, the Chickbusters appear to a solid hand from the crowd. “I wanted to clear the air with the two of you. Over the past few weeks, it may have seemed like I had a grudge against you but that’s not the case. In fact, you are both valuable assets to the Divas division. So valuable in fact, that on this Kickoff Show this Sunday, there will be a Divas Battle Royal and the winner earns a Divas Title shot at our next Pay-Per-View in July.” Eve announces that both Kaitlyn and AJ will be in the battle royal and tries to play them off each other before mentioning that she will also be involved. AJ and Kaitlyn like the idea of being in the battle royal, when the theme of the Divas Champion hits. Kharma appears behind them and just beats them down. Kaitlyn and AJ fight valiantly but fall to the Champion, while Eve looks on smirking. A promo airs for NXT this Wednesday, which will feature the final two matches in the second round of the NXT Championship Tournament. Sami Zayn takes on Johnny Curtis, while Kassius Ohno goes up against Seth Rollins! DOLPH ZIGGLER W/ VICKIE GUERRERO DEF. SANTINO MARELLA
Most people knew what the outcome of this match would be once it started, but Santino Marella put up a pretty good fight. This was clearly here to get Dolph Ziggler some momentum heading into No Way Out as he put down Santino with a Zig Zag. Dolph Ziggler gets to his feet and Vickie Guerrero goes to raise his arm, but he pulls away. He walks over and grabs a microphone. He demands that this be made a 2 out of 3 falls match right now. Nobody responds, so Dolph tells Vickie something and picks up Santino. He plants him with a second Zig Zag and pins him again as Vickie counts the three. “Sheamus, this is going to be you at No Way Out. Understand that you’ve bitten off more than you can chew fella. I am the Showoff and you will find that out firsthand this Sunday.” A graphic appears hyping our main event between Wade Barrett and CM Punk.
A vignette airs promoting the return of the Miz, who will be back with Mason Ryan. Miz says that he has found the personality in Mason Ryan and he’s going to make him the next A-Lister in the WWE besides him. He also plugs the upcoming Marine 3 film, which he is set to star in. He claims that it will blow what John Cena and Ted Dibiase did in the Marine out of the water. At this time, we are joined by John Cena. As he walks to the ring, a replay airs of his submission victory over Brodus Clay last week before a graphic is shown reminding us of his big Submission match with Chris Jericho this Sunday. Cena enters the ring as he gets his mixed reaction from the WWE Universe. “You gotta love this” says Cena as he holds out the microphone to catch the fan’s reactions. Cena continues by saying that he’s already gone on record in mentioning how bad 2012 has been for him. He lost to Kane, The Rock and twice in a row to Chris Jericho. “I’ve even done some things that I’m not proud of because I’ve been in a bad place with my struggles. That’s no excuse though.” Cena goes on to say that after beating Brodus Clay last week, he’s starting back on the right path. He is cut off by Chris Jericho, who appears behind him in the ring when the lights come back on. Jericho instantly takes out Cena’s leg and begins to stomp on it. He goes outside and grabs a steel chair before driving it into Cena’s leg multiple times. The crowd is stunned and women and children could be seen covering their eyes. Jericho continues the assault on Cena’s legs before placing it in the chair. He goes to the second rope with a sadistic look on his face before jumping off and crushing Cena’s leg! Referees are finally able to come down and keep Jericho away but the damage is done. What does this mean for Sunday’s big match?
After the commercial break a recap is shown of Chris Jericho’s heinous assault on John Cena and we see that Cena is being put into an ambulance backstage. Jerry Lawler comments that Chris Jericho has gone too far. DEAN AMBROSE DEF. REY MYSTERIO
The Raw debut of Dean Ambrose proved to be an impressive one as the Lunatic Fringe took it right to a former World Champion. Rey Mysterio has been struggling as of late and he was unable to overcome Ambrose tonight. Mysterio did hit the 619 at one point, but missed his splash, leading to Ambrose hitting Dirty Deeds and winning. Following the match, Dean Ambrose snatches a microphone from ringside. He cuts a short promo on Randy Orton and No Way Out. “Randall, I’m glad that you’re back to being the Viper that I want. It’s going to make this a lot more fun. But, you need to understand that I am something completely different. What you saw at Over the Limit was just a small sample of what I am willing to do in this ring.” Dean promises that Randy will never forget this Sunday as long as he lives. Backstage, Wade Barrett exits the room for Executive Order when he runs into Daniel Bryan. Bryan says that they’ve had their differences, as evidenced by Wade being the one to take the World Heavyweight Title from him, but tonight they share a common goal. “You want to prove your spot as the dominant Champion in the WWE and I want CM Punk to be taken out. So I have an idea.” Wade agrees to listen but they make the cameraman leave.
Returning, Scott Stanford is standing by with our WWE Champion CM Punk. He asks Punk for his thoughts heading into the big Champion vs. Champion main event tonight. Punk responds by saying that nights like tonight are why he is the WWE Champion. “It’s because I’m the best in the world, even if Daniel Bryan, Wade Barrett and John Laurinaitis disagree.” Punk says he’s the WWE Champion for a reason and will prove it again tonight. NON-TITLE MATCH: WWE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS AIRBOOM DEF. INTERNATIONAL AIRSTRIKE
During this fast paced non-title match, the Real Americans were on commentary along with Zeb Colter. It was announced that in six days at No Way Out, AirBoom will be defending their belts against the Real Americans. Zeb Colter runs down AirBoom throughout and says that the WWE Tag Team Titles need to be with Real Americans. AirBoom look impressive though as they win following Trouble in Paradise to Justin Gabriel. The crowd pops as AirBoom pick up the win and they are handed the WWE Tag Team Titles. The Real Americans smack talk them from the announce table as tension continues to build between these two great teams, but things don’t get physical. A graphic airs informing us that the big Raw 1000 announcement is coming up next!
A promo airs for Friday Night Smackdown this week. Just two days before No Way Out, the two number one contenders face off when Alberto Del Rio takes on Daniel Bryan!
Michael Cole says that it is now time for our Raw 1000 announcement. He promises that the show will be massive with a lot of surprises, but he directs us to the titantron for our announcement. The screen shows a director’s chair in an otherwise basic room. Suddenly the word” FINALLY” is heard and the crowd erupts. The Rock appears on the titantron and waits for the reaction and “Rocky” chants to die down. He does his usual routine before bringing up the last time we saw him, which was the night after WrestleMania. After beating John Cena in the biggest match of all-time, he announced his plans to once again become WWE Champion. He announces that he will be at Raw 1000 and he has major news regarding that, which will be announced on that night. The crowd is on fire after this and Raw 1000 is shaping up to be huge. Backstage, CM Punk is shown watching on a monitor with the WWE Title draped over his shoulder. He smirks and heads off because the main event is next! NON-TITLE MATCH: WWE CHAMPION CM PUNK DEF. WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION WADE BARRETT VIA DISQUALIFICATION
An excellent main event to close out the go home show before No Way Out. Both CM Punk and Wade Barrett have had great 2012s and showed why they are the top two guys in the company right now. This bout featured a bunch of near falls and both guys looked very strong. Near the end, CM Punk began to rally only to be slightly distracted by the arrival of Daniel Bryan. While Punk stayed on the attack, when he hoisted up Barrett for the GTS, Bryan ran in and kicked him in the back of the head. Daniel Bryan continues to fire away on CM Punk with vicious kicks. Wade Barrett joins in on the beat down until the theme of Alberto Del Rio hits! The crowd explodes as Del Rio runs to the ring with a steel chair, causing the World Heavyweight Champion and Daniel Bryan to clear out. Del Rio dares them to get back into the ring, but they just back up the ramp with satisfied looks on their faces. Trending Topics: #ChampionvsChampion #TheRockReturns #Raw1000 #KickOff #LunaticFringe

Here we go with Raw... Supershow or whatever it is. Yeah. CM Punk opening the show up is fine, setting the stage for his champion versus champion match against Wade Barrett later on tonight. Daniel Bryan is going down at No Way Out, damn it. A huge announcement regarding Raw 1000!? YAY! Decnet opener with Cody Rhodes beating Kane in a non-title match. Way to go, Drew McIntyre, walking right in to the trap! ITS A TARP! Zack Ryder making the save was fine, would have liked to see more from Kane reacting to Ryder though. Decent segment to set the stage for the Diva's battle royal on the Kickoff show this Sunday. It'd be pretty obvious to think Kaitlyn or AJ will win that match, although I bet whoever wins gets crushed by Kharma. Again. Dolph Ziggler versus Santino Marella, gee, I wonder who was going to win this one! Some decent momentum for Ziggler going in to his two out of three falls match on Sunday. Ha, The Miz thinks his Marine movie will be better. I dunno. I only saw the first one. Jericho attacking Cena's leg in a decent promo was fine, definitely puts him in position to have an advantage on Sunday. I genuinely don't know who is going to win at No Way Out. Next up, Dean Ambrose makes his Raw in-ring debut and obviously he was going to get the win over Rey Mysterio. Daniel Bryan and Wade Barrett in cahoots! NEXUS! NEXUS! NEXUS! Hey, maybe it'll be just like the first time and it'll last one night then Bryan will get fired. Yeah? Yeah. Airboom beating International Airstrike was expected, but I really hope The Real Americans manage to win the belts away from Airboom. Much more fresh team to win. HEY! THE ROCK IS GOING TO BE AT RAW 1000! So, it was an announcement about making an announcement, eh? Inception. I'm assuming it will have to do with him getting back in the ring, whether it be Summerslam or Royal Rumble. Finally, a big main event with champion versus champion, with Daniel Bryan causing the disqualification. Man, that was a hell of a plan by Bryan! Alberto Del Rio making the save was expected to conclude things, giving a good promotion of things on Sunday. A good episode of Raw, looking forward to No Way Out - even though we have to go through Smackdown first. Pfft. Smackdown. I man, yay Smackdown! Wink wink.

With No Way Out we are 6 more days away 6 nights away from the PPV and after this PPV it is Money in the Bank but there is still RAW 1000, but I sure hope Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman both return in your diary if they haven't already here is hoping Brock Lesnar returns because Lesnar he was back in WWE at this time so why not have Brock return at this point? Here is hoping Brock returns and if he does then I sure hope Brock Lesnar ends up having a lot of feuds because if he does he could feud with everyone like Rock, Jericho, Cena, Triple H, Punk, Orton, Ambrose, Barrett, etc.
But as for my No Way Out predictions here:
WWE Championship Match- CM Punk (c) vs Daniel Bryan- Winner: Still WWE Champion CM Punk continuing hopefully what is his 434 day reign
World Heavyweight Championship Match- Wade Barrett (c) vs Alberto Del Rio- Winner: Still World Heavyweight Champion Wade Barrett
Submission Match- John Cena vs Chris Jericho- Winner: Chris Jericho doing the impossible making John Cena tap out
Grudge Match- Randy Orton vs Dean Ambrose- Winner: Dean Ambrose
Two Out of Three Falls- Sheamus vs Dolph Ziggler- Winner: Sheamus (1st Fall goes to Sheamus, 2nd Fall goes to Ziggler and 3rd Fall goes to Sheamus)
WWE United States Championship Triple Threat Match- Winner: New WWE United States Champion Zack Ryder pinning Kane
WWE Intercontinental Championship Match- Big Show vs Cody Rhodes (c)- Winner: Still WWE Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes

WWE RAW Supershow: Monday 11th June 2012…Closing in on the special RAW 1000 show. Let’s see what we have, six days left until No Way Out (I think). CM Pun kicking off the show was good, talking out at Daniel Bryan, his long-term rival. This made for a good segment, getting over their feud for Sunday with the WWE Championship at stake. Decent opening contest win by Cody Rhodes against Kane in a mix-up of the midcard ranks: I gotta say, it was strange to blend the Intercontinental Championship feud with the United States Championship feud. But I see why you did it. I wonder if this continues to blend going into SmackDown this Friday. Eve Torres’ announcement for the YouTube Pre-Shows was a waste of time in my mind. I think it would have been better off in a video package or announced via the announce team. Where was this YouTube Pre-Show idea six months ago when it was really enforced, anyway? A number one contenders’ Divas battle royal scheduled for before No Way Out is fine, nonetheless. But yeah, this segment just wasn’t needed in my mind. Dolph Ziggler winning against Santino Marella was expected, as Ziggler prepares for two out of three falls this Sunday night. If you had more time, I think you should have had Ziggler pinning Santino a second time to use Santino as an example for Sheamus this Sunday night. Just a thought. Is the Miz returning with the A-Lister gimmick? Hopefully that goes well. I don’t have high hopes for Mason Ryan and don’t see the point in Ryan really. I think even at this point he’d be too green. Just have him utilised as Miz’s muscleman and it’ll be alright, though. John Cena getting his leg crushed by Chris Jericho was…something? I don’t really know how to react to that, but I do know that Cena will be totally fine this Sunday. All about “overcoming the odds”, and I can’t see Jericho getting the job done, to be honest. Just personally, I think Cena should have been given more time to sell this leg injury than six days – but oh well. Dean Ambrose defeating Rey Mysterio was fine, I imagine it would have been a solid match, to be honest. I’m not about Ambrose making his in-ring debut six days before his pay-per-view match though. Here Ambrose is thrown out there on RAW for free and it’s not so important anymore considering Ambrose was exclusive to competing on SmackDown until suddenly right now. I imagine this match would have been a great one to see, though. Wade Barrett and Daniel Bryan’s segment was fine to prepare the line-up for No Way Out. I have to wonder, with the WWE Championship and World Heavyweight Championship feuds mingling so much, are we approaching a unification scenario? Air Boom with a win against Tyson Kidd and Justin Gabriel made for an excellent bout, one that could have been on pay-per-view, honestly. Realistically of course, this match was made simply to make Evan Bourne and Kofi Kingston look ready for Antonio Cesaro and Jack Swagger of the Real Americans. Oh yes! No three hour RAWs started the 1000th episode? Brilliant! I’m so happy about that. Oh, the Rock’s there too. Cool, I’m wondering what you have planned for him. CM Punk defeating Wade Barrett in the main event by disqualification wasn’t too shocking to me, as you needed to keep both champions strong. It’s kind of a shame that you had to throw these two out there on free television rather than make people pay for World Heavyweight Champion vs WWE Champion – but nevermind really. Bryan with the attack followed by Alberto Del Rio making the save prepared us for a tag team bout which will most likely take place on SmackDown this Friday. Overall, this show was purely last minute build for No Way Out on Sunday – and that’s fine. I must admit however, I do hope in future you divide the WWE and World Heavyweight title storylines: here it was kind of lazy booking with six days until No Way Out. Similarly I could say the same for the United States Championship and Intercontinental Championship storylines too. Ah well, not a bad show.

June 13th, 2012 | Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida
After the weekly NXT intro video, to the tune of “Welcome Home” by Coheed and Cambria, we are taken to a view of Full Sail University. Tom Phillips, Byron Saxton and William Regal welcome everyone to this jam packed episode of NXT. Not only do we have two Second Round matches set for the NXT Championship Tournament but we will see the future of the Divas division in action! We are taken to a video package that highlights Sami Zayn’s run in NXT and his issues with Michael McGillicutty and Johnny Curtis.
NXT CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT: SAMI ZAYN DEF. JOHNNY CURTIS W/ MICHAEL MCGILLICUTTY Much like Sami Zayn’s First Round match against Michael McGillicutty, this was a hotly contested bout. Both guys got plenty of chances for wins and Johnny Curtis has continued to show vast improvement in the ring. McGillicutty tried to get involved, only to eat a springboard dropkick from Zayn. Curtis nearly won with a rollup, but Zayn kicked out and connected with a huge big boot in the corner. This allowed him to advance in the Tournament.
The crowd at Full Sail University leap to their feet to cheer for Sami Zayn. The newest NXT Superstar has caught fire and the crowd seems to already love him. He has earned a spot in the Semi-Finals against Damien Sandow as his improbable run continues! A video package airs, focusing on the rising tag team division in NXT. The focus is on the Ascension, Corey Graves and Jake Carter, Adrian Neville and Oliver Grey and Johnny Curtis and Michael McGillicutty.
A promo is shown for this Friday’s Smackdown. With just two days remaining until No Way Out, the two top Number One Contenders do battle when Alberto Del Rio takes on Daniel Bryan! EMMA W/ PAIGE VS. SUMMER RAE W/ SOFIA CORTEZ ENDS IN A NO CONTEST
Over the past few weeks, this has been building because Sofia Cortez and Summer Rae have been playing the mean girls role and messing with Emma. Paige came to her aid but this is Emma’s first solo shot at one of these girls. Both girls showed serious potential, but this was oddly cut short after both Paige and Sofia Cortez entered the ring and laid out their respective friends. The fans are stunned at what they are witnessing. Paige picks up Emma, who she has defended for weeks and plants her with the RamPaige DDT, while Sofia Cortez hits Summer Rae with a similar move. Commentary has no idea what just happened but the girls stand over their former friends. A graphic is shown to remind us that we still have a main event set between Seth Rollins and Kassius Ohno in the NXT Title Tournament.
At this time, a short video package airs to hype tonight’s main event. Seth Rollins and Kassius Ohno have been on each other’s bad sides since day one in NXT and it all culminates tonight.
Back to the ring, Paige and Sofia Cortez are still standing over Emma and Summer Rae. Sofia has a microphone and she begins to speak. “Since the inception of NXT, there has been one constant and that’s myself and Paige. We have shown that we are the two best women in NXT, but does that matter? No. The girls that get advertised in the NXT intro video are Summer Rae and Emma. What gives?” Paige takes the microphone and continues. “There’s only one reason why Summer and Emma get all of the love, while Sofia and I get shafted.” She blames it on the fact that Summer and Emma fit the “typical” Diva mold. She tells a story about her first tryout for the WWE where she was told that she wasn’t pretty enough or tan enough to be a WWE Diva. “I could have completed changed my image but I didn’t. Sofia and I have gotten here by being ourselves and none of these cookie cutter girls are going to get in our way.” Sofia and Paige end the segment by calling themselves the Anti-Diva Army. Backstage, Seth Rollins is shown walking towards the arena because our main event is next! A promo airs for No Way Out, which is this Sunday live on Pay-Per-View! NXT CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT: SETH ROLLINS DEF. KASSIUS OHNO
NXT has only been around for a few months, but this was hands down their best match to date. Seth Rollins and Kassius Ohno were given nearly 25 minutes to go out and showcase their stuff. They made it work by starting with a feeling out process before moving into the bigger impact moves. Since the inception of NXT, both guys have gone out of their way to try and prove that they are the best and they got the chance to show it here. In the end, Rollins won with the Blackout. A huge ovation swells over the crowd as Seth Rollins celebrates his massive win tonight. A graphic appears in the middle of his celebration to tell us that the Semi-Finals are next week and they will feature Damien Sandow vs. Sami Zayn as well as Seth Rollins vs. Big E Langston. His celebration continues to close the show. Trending Topics: #NXTTitleTourney #SamiZayn #AntiDivaArmy #RollinsvsOhno

June 15th, 2012 | Verizon Wireless Arena in Manchester, New Hampshire
Following the signature WWE intro a video package airs that chronicles the history between Wade Barrett and Alberto Del Rio. They meet inside of a Steel Cage in just two nights. Michael Cole, Josh Matthews and Booker T welcome everyone to the broadcast and hype tonight’s scheduled main event pitting Alberto Del Rio against Daniel Bryan. Speaking of Alberto Del Rio, his music hits as the number one contender for the World Heavyweight Championship comes to the ring to a loud ovation from the WWE Universe. He enters the ring and waits for the applause to die down before speaking. Del Rio talks about how his decision to leave the side of John Laurinaitis was the best thing he’s ever done. He mentions the attack on his best friend Ricardo Rodriguez being the straw that broke the camel’s back, but he admits to seeing cracks in the relationship before that. “That brings me to you Wade Barrett. I get that you’re the handpicked World Heavyweight Champion but that means nothing to me perro. In two nights, we still step into the ring and it won’t be like it was at Over the Limit. I will get you, one on one, locked inside of a Steel Cage and this will end with me as the World Heavyweight Champion.” Del Rio goes to continues as the crowd enjoys the thought of him as Champion, until the theme of Executive Order is heard. John Laurinaitis walks out to the stage, flanked by World Heavyweight Champion Wade Barrett, United States Champion Drew McIntyre, David Otunga and Eve Torres. Mr. Laurinaitis starts by calling Alberto Del Rio ungrateful. “I did a lot for you Alberto, but just because we wanted to teach Ricardo a tough lesson, you got upset and now you’re extremely disrespectful.” He continues by saying that the people behind him are not ungrateful and their careers are flourishing for it. Del Rio makes a crack about David Otunga’s career being down the drain, causing the Harvard Law graduate to spit his coffee out. Laurinaitis shouts, “That’s enough! You know what Albert? Tonight, you aren’t going to be facing Daniel Bryan. I’ve decided to give him the night off since he has such a big match on Sunday. Instead, you will be facing a good friend of mine, Mark Henry! Not only that, but the match starts now!” The crowd boos at this news while Booker T points out that Daniel Bryan gets the night off before a big match, but Alberto Del Rio doesn’t. Del Rio is left in the ring as Executive Order leave to their music. ALBERTO DEL RIO DEF. MARK HENRY VIA DISQUALIFICATIONRight from the bell, it was clear that Mark Henry’s intentions were to annihilate Alberto Del Rio. He attacked with huge shots in the corner and just worked him over. This was dominated by Henry in the early goings, but Del Rio has proved to be incredibly resilient as of late and rallied in the late stages. He would miss a big enziguri and get squished by Henry in the corner. Mark would just pound away on Del Rio and didn’t stop at the referee’s five count, leading to the DQ. The crowd boos, but it doesn’t stop Mark Henry, who just continues the assault on Alberto Del Rio. He drags him from the corner and plants him with the World’s Strongest Slam. The boos continue to rain down, so Henry picks up Del Rio and hits it a second time. Backstage, Executive Order is shown in their office enjoying what just went down. Wade Barrett specifically has a huge grin as John Laurinaitis tells him and the rest of the group, except for Drew McIntyre, that they can all leave for the night. He tells Drew that he can join them after his match tonight. A promo airs for Raw this Monday. What is going to happen just 24 hours removed from No Way Out? Is CM Punk still the WWE Champion or has Daniel Bryan captured the richest prize in the game? AJ LEE, KAITLYN, KELLY KELLY, LAYLA AND NATALYA DEF. ALICIA FOX, THE BELLA TWINS, ROSA MENDES AND TAMINA
In a preview of the Kickoff Show Divas Battle Royal, the ten girls competing that night met in this ten diva tag. The biggest surprise was the return of Layla, who has been out of action for a few months. She got a fair amount of the shine in this one, which was a bit of a mess. Layla would win for her team after nailing Rosa with the LayOut. The crowd pops for the faces winning and the girls celebrate, only for it to turn sour as all ten Divas ended up getting into a fight. The number one contender’s battle royal is shaping up to be a feisty one! In the back, Dean Ambrose is shown arriving at the arena. Matt Striker goes up to him to get a word and Dean snatches the microphone. “Randall. I’m coming for you tonight. Be ready, because I’m calling you out. We don’t have to wait until Sunday.” He throws the microphone down and heads off. Sheamus is shown walking towards the arena because the “Celtic Warrior” is in action next!
A short video package is shown, focusing on the rivalry between Dolph Ziggler and Sheamus over the past few weeks. NON-TITLE MATCH: INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION CODY RHODES DEF. SHEAMUS
A great choice for the first hour main event as both of these guys have been red hot over the past few months. Their styles meshed well together, and Cody Rhodes was continuing his trend of targeting the legs of his bigger opponents lately. Sheamus would fight through it all and set up for the Brogue Kick, only to have Dolph Ziggler’s theme blast over the speakers. This distraction allowed Cody to roll up Sheamus and pin the “Great White.” Boos could be heard throughout the Verizon Wireless Arena as the Intercontinental Champion has stolen one from Sheamus. Cody Rhodes rolls outside and grabs his belt before going up the ramp. He backs up with a huge smirk on his face but is stopped dead when he backs up into the Big Show. He reaches up to see what he bumped into, realizes how tall the person behind him is, and takes a big gulp. He turns around right into the WMD. “If Big Show can hit that on Sunday, we’ll have a new Intercontinental Champion!”
Returning, Trent Barreta is shown in the ring as United States Champion Drew McIntyre makes his way to the ring. A recap is shown of his interactions on Raw with Zack Ryder and Kane. NON-TITLE MATCH: UNITED STATES CHAMPION DREW MCINTYRE DEF. TRENT BARRETA
Trent Barreta has long one of the WWE’s best kept secrets, as the guy can flat out go in the ring. However, tonight wasn’t his night as a determined Drew McIntyre put him down in a few minutes with the Future Shock. Drew McIntyre gets to his feet and grabs a microphone. He speaks to Zack Ryder and Kane, telling them that he doesn’t plan on losing his US Title anytime soon. “Ever since Teddy Long threatened to fire me multiple times, I’ve made it my mission to prove him and every one of you wrong. I will walk into No Way Out with the belt and I’ll walk out the same exact way.” A graphic appears showing that Dean Ambrose will be calling out Randy Orton later tonight!
THE USOS DEF. HUNICO AND CAMACHO
Even though the Real Americans have been granted the next shot at AirBoom and the WWE Tag Team Titles, the other teams in the improving division are doing everything they can to be next in line. Both teams fought hard, but it was the Samoan brothers who were able to win after Jey hit a splash on Hunico. The Usos celebrate their win as the fans cheer, before Jimmy asks for a microphone. We rarely hear them speak, but Jimmy keeps it short and sweet, claiming that they want the next title shot after No Way Out. Big words from the Usos, who are getting series in the tag team ranks. Matt Striker is standing by with Sheamus, who is livid after earlier tonight. He asks for his thoughts, but Sheamus snatches the microphone. He shouts that he is sick and tired of Dolph Ziggler. “This ends Sunday. And it’s going to end with a BROGUE! BROGUE! BROGUE!
Returning, Abraham Washington is seen backstage. He talks to the camera stating that since the Prime Time Players lost the WWE Tag Team Titles, we haven’t seen them. He claims that they’ve been off preparing for their return and they will be better than ever. “The Usos, the Real Americans, AirBoom, and every team in the WWE, you are all put on notice because the Prime Time Players are coming back for their belts.” Still backstage, and we see Cameron and Naomi. They are discussing their hopes of one day being the WWE Divas Champion. Suddenly, Xavier Woods appears. “I’m glad you guys are talking about your futures here because I was able to get you both spots in the Divas battle royal on Sunday.” Naomi and Cameron thank him and they all end up dancing together. CHRISTIAN DEF. HEATH SLATER
After suffering some tough losses as of late, Christian needed this one to get back on the right track. A win over Heath Slater may not mean that much in a lot of people’s eyes, but it’s a step in the right direction. Christian takes this home in less than five minutes with the Killswitch. The WWE Universe cheers as Christian picks up a much needed victory. Commentary discusses how he will be looking to move into title contention within the next few weeks because Captain Charisma wants nothing more than to wear gold again. Dan Ambrose is shown walking down a corridor as the Lunatic Fringe is set to call out the Viper next!
A promo airs, showing the final build for No Way Out, which airs this Sunday on Pay-Per-View!
Returning, Dean Ambrose comes to the ring with a microphone in hand. He is in his now trademark grey hoodie and jeans as he enters the ring. The crowd buzzes as Ambrose begins to speak. He starts by telling the story of his history with Randy Orton. He brings up how he signed with the WWE and all that he wanted to do, from day one, was to step into the ring with Orton. “I have always been the guy that people called unstable and I’ve viewed Randall as someone similar. The only way that No Way Out goes in the way I hope is if we get the Randy Orton from a few weeks ago on the Peep Show. I don’t want the coward that I saw at Extreme Rules.” Dean states that’s why he’s calling out Randy tonight. He wants to get Randy ready for Sunday because he wants the “Apex Predator.” He doesn’t have to wait long because “Voices” hits the loudspeakers and out comes Randy Orton. Dean meets him on the ramp and they begin to trade punches. They brawl all the way up the ramp and backstage. Randy tosses Dean into a wall, but Dean retaliates and throws him into the catering table. Things continue all the way out to the parking lot where Dean possibly goes overboard and bashes Randy’s head through a car window. “Dean Ambrose has gone too far! That man is a lunatic.” The camera sees Dean Ambrose with a smirk on his face as he heads off, leaving our final image of Randy’s body hanging out of the car.
