Decals are usually designs a wrestler has on his attire printed on paper a glued to a figure. For example... if you wanted to make a DA Eddie Guerrero but your not very good with a paint brush and wanted to put Eddies flame on the side of his tights.. you'd ask for decals in the print-outs/ref pics board... print em out and glue them on the side of your figure. I find this alot easier then painting.. it may be lazier but it gets the job done very well. Hope o helped. Rated R Ninja

The easiest way to do it is to put glue on the back and thin it with your finger and put it on the fig, tht way the paper will flatten easier than with a big glob, and seal it.

Copied from Gold Club.... D Decals BaityTo start out, go to Wal-Mart and buy the Testors decal kit. It comes with like 2 or 3 small sheets, and can of the sealer spay you need. It cost around $6 bucks. Great starting kit. Here are two site where you can get a lot of decal sheets for cheap. www.decal-paper.com/inkjet.htmlwww.papilio.com/inkjet%20waterslide%20decal%20transfer%20paper%20media.htmlschellshockerI used this "decal" technique for my owen hart "king of harts" figure (side of tights and knee pads) 1) Find the "Logo / design / DECAL" you want 2) print "the decal" in colour on "sticker paper", thick paper that is sticker on one side (find at any craft store - buisnes depot staples at the copy centre) 3) cut the logo out. (EXACTO KNIFE) 4) ad crazy glue to the sticky side of the sticker paper 5) place your "logo / design /' decal" on your figure (See knee pads & sides of tights) 6) after the glue dry's, I painted black around the decal to get rid of the "white line look"
