I thought this would be a good thread, if you could change 3 things about TNA what would you do?
For me it'd be:
Fire Hogan and put Bischoff and/or Jeff Jarret in full control. Make AJ the savior of TNA and win the title at BFG from Bully Ray and the A&8's Last but not least make the X Division what it used to be and bring back the six sided ring.

1: Christopher Daniels wins the TNA Championship 2: Kaz wins the X-Division Championship 3: EGO wins the Tag Team Championships
Besides that...
1: Christopher Daniels wins the TNA Championship 2: Six Sided Ring 3: Bring back the TV Title and establish a true mid-card division outside the X-Division

The three things that I would change in TNA would be simply this:
1. Get rid of people like Hogan, Bischoff, MMA Guys. These people have no purpose of being in TNA. The overall product has gotten worse since Hogan and Bischoff came to TNA. 2. Bring in someone like Paul Heyman to come up with edgy, interesting storylines that will attract viewers to watch TNA every week. 3. Use established veterans with name value to help put over homegrown talent to help build/create future stars for TNA. The veterans don't have to simply lose matches to the younger guys, just have them put on competitive matches that will give the younger talent in TNA some credibility.

1. Hire John Cena. 2. Hire Daniel Bryan. 3. Hire people who know what they're doing to run the company and write the shows.

1. Fire Hogan, Bischoff, Dixie and put Jarrett and Raven in full control. 2. Revitalize the X Division and bring back the 6 sided ring. 3. End the Aces of Eights and MEM. Basically hit a reboot button.

1. Of course, get rid of Hogan. I'm a huge fan of Hogan, but let's be honest, Hogan (or his politics) has no business in TNA. And I've felt that way since Jeff Jarrett smashed a guitar over his head in Japan 10 or so years ago.
2. Of course, bring back the six sided ring. Ever since Hogan strutted into TNA, I've felt like the company as a whole has digressed. Instead of taking steps forward, they've mostly gone backwards. One of the coolest things about going to a TNA show pre-Hogan era, was the six sided ring. It was just so cool to see in person, and in my opinion was part of TNA's identity. And when Hogan came, he took that away.
3. STOP WITH THE POLITICS! MAKE IT ABOUT WRESTLING AS IT ONCE WAS! I know a certain amount of politicking is involved in pro wrestling, but jeez, Hogan is the king. It seems now that TNA's idea of gaining notoriety is firing half it's staff. And still their roster is peppered with people who contribute nothing, Hogan being the biggest culprit.
All in all, I think they've tried to change way too many things (most recently the 3 way/X division debacle) . I miss the intimate feeling I got from those days before Hogan. Having watched TNA from the beginning, I had felt as if I had grown with the company as it had with me. It was a great alternative to WWE without being the somewhat carbon copy it is now.
There are a couple things I do like. The BFG series is a great thing IMO. Bully Ray makes a great heel champ. I do wish they would utilize AJ Styles better; his whole gimmick now seems to be starting to fall flat. However, Chris Daniels, Kazarian and Aries are better than ever, and all should have TNA titles in their future if TNA knows what's good for them. I guess I just long for the vibes of a circa 2003-2009 TNA Impact Zone, the crowd frenzied shouting ""TNA, TNA, TNA", and a roster that more often than now, told their stories in the six sided ring.......Hogan Free....

1. Bring back the six-sided ring. 2. Put Jeff Jarrett and Dutch Mantel back in charge of creative. 3. Establish a defined roster. Main event, high midcard, midcard, low midcard, jobbers.

1. Resign D-Ray 3000 and have him beat Brother Devon in a Hair vs. Mask match to reveal that Brother Devon is truly Stevie Ray. 2. Everyone has to wear kickpads otherwise we aren't indy enough and wont appeal to the internet enough 3. Sign John Zandig and end every show by saying, "WERE GONNA BRING IT BACK TO 99 MOTHER ERS" It would work.

-- 1. Fire Hulk Hogan & Eric Bischoff, as well as David Lagana, Matt Conway - and Mike Knox (as he's just wasted space). Hire Raven as head writer and institute a clause that he can involve himself in ONE on-camera angle (unlike Hogan), and after that, no more: just writing and booking.
2. Structure 4 PPV's annually, every 3 months (Lockdown in March; Slammiversary in June; Destination X in September; Bound For Glory in December) - and thus, allowing "IMPACT Specials" to air 6 weeks after a PPV (which would be 6 weeks before the next PPV)... Against All Odds in late Jan/early Feb; Victory Road in late April/early May; Turning Point in late July/Early Aug; Genesis in late Oct/early Nov
3. Return to the original formula of what makes a company great: Established stars, New talent, International flavors, Solid tag team division, Rebuild Knockouts division, and in TNA's case... revamp the X-Division (again)

1) Firing Hogan would be the first.
He has done nothing to help TNA. He doesn't promote it. He doesn't support it. And he doesn't appear to respect them.
2) Bring back the six sided ring.
It made TNA unique. And being unique is something TNA needs to do to be successful. They tried to be WWE lite and it hasn't worked.
3) Raid ROH, New Japan, and Mexico for young fresh talent. Use that talent to reestablish the X, Tag Team, & KO divisions.
WWE has been going out and signing most of the young indy talent. Which does not bode well for TNA's future. They need to get out there and find undiscovered talent to build the divisions that made TNA famous.

As others have said Fire Hogan, put someone else in charge.
Bring back the things that made TNA different and original: King of the Mountain, X Cup, Six Sided ring, etc.
Bring back the x division

Besides the obvious "fire Hogan"
1) Make the X-Division what it once was. 2) Make the tag-team division better 3) Stop running WWE sized venues. They need to run ECW sized venues. It looks better on TV when you can show a full sold out building as opposed to only being able to show the first six rows.

1. Let go of every ex WWE wrestler except for a select few such as Gail Kim and Mickie James. Hire all the young fresh talent off of the indies in their place and reboot the agreements with New Japan and AAA for talent exchanges. 2. Start running in much smaller arenas. There's no reason for them to be running in the Alamo Dome... 3. Rehire Dutch and D'amore.
