Multiverse in general has had hits and misses, but the SS line was a steaming load.

Its the Wonder Woman and a lot of the Justice League Multiverse figures (Superman, Cyborg, etc) that werent up to par, especially with the articulation.

These are hideous figures. Even more so when you compare them to some of the gorgeous comic figures they've produced.

Obviously it's super early but I'm so excited for a Batman Who Laughs figure! Do you guys think we will see this down the line? He's a pretty hot character right now.

I bought those figures for rather cheap on a certain website because I wanted the Croc BAF and the Harley is just so out-of-scale with all the other DC movie figures, her face is just SO huge.

I've been waiting a few years for a 6" Lynda Carter Wonder Woman! "A small shot of some new Mattel figures has dropped showing off 3 new “Premium Multiverse” style figures. Possibly titled “World’s Greatest” and separate from the Multiverse line – the three figures shown are a Linda Carter Wonder Woman, 90’s Television Flash, and Val Kilmer Batman from Batman Forever. Based on the info we have, they’ll be 6 Inch, have extra hands, accessories, a display base with scenic background. Paint apps look more detailed than standard Multiverse fare and articulation looks solid. They’re said to retail for $30 USD. All of this comes from They’re Action Figures with no additional source so stay tuned as things are confirmed." news.toyark.com/2018/01/08/mattel-premium-multiverse-figures-incoming-282216and this

We have to pay extra to get the paint apps you should be putting on the regular retail figures? Yeah, no. Lynda will probably sell well (if they get the likeness down, which, you know...it's Mattel, so who knows), but are people really going to beat down the doors to pay an extra 10 bucks for Val Kilmer Batman and John Wesley Shipp Flash?

I will happily buy all 3. I hope we get more characters as well.
I hope that Linda Carter WW is scaled well with 66 Batman line.

I will gladly buy them when I see them. Although I will say that the thighs (legs in general) on both the Flash and Batman look odd. Anyway here's hoping we get a Batman Forever O'Donnell Robin. As for cost I am going to guess that like with the '66 Batman line they had to pay more for the licenses for those TV/Movie lines thus making the MSRP higher. I would also buy a Clooney Batman. And I really want that Funko Heroworld set.
