Pretty sure everyone remembers that stupidity. Between Nexus and the Anonymous GM, that really was a stupid year.

Yeah, I've seen that atrocity before.

Yeah, Khali is an idiot, BUT this was part of Michael Cole's reign of terror when he was absolutely unbearable on commentary. I've said before that I used to have to mute the volume during matches just to get through them from this period of time. Cole's job on commentary is to sell the show. He should have worked with King in covering up for the mistake. JR did this kind of thing time-and-time again where guys would screw up and JR would make it seem intentional. 60-70% of the audience probably isn't even going to catch it if the commentary sells it like everything is status quo. I think Taz is a horrendous commentator, but he actually does this pretty well in TNA when guys don't execute something correctly. I get it, because it's Khali it's hilarious, but this just reminds me of a period where I genuinely couldn't stand the commentary or that horrendous Raw GM stuff. JBL has really helped Cole and King imo.

Both Michael Cole & Khali are unbearable, Cole's isn't as bad as he was but I don't know how you can be that bad

If there was one upside to Jerry Lawler dying on air, it was Cole's change in commentary. Sad that it took a death to achieve that.

I hated Cole as a heel. Sometimes, he made himself sound so idiotic it made me feel bad for King. Of course, that was his job.
And even if Cole hadn't caught that, the Internet would've complained about it the next day. Cole was doing people a favor by acknowledging that.

you mean heart attack .. Jerry Lawler is still very alive and well He died but they resuscitated him. He says on a weekly basis 'That's the move that killed me.'

JBL has really helped Cole and King imo. Disagree entirely on the idea that Cole should have no sold the elimination. That's the kind of sh*t that insults a fan's intelligence. "Oh, great work there by referee Mike Chioda. That's what makes a senior official right there, King. Can you imagine what would've happened if we had a younger, less seasoned ref in there who didn't know the rules? We'd miss out on this match! Khali could have been screwed out of a possible victory!" That stuff makes us yell at the TV, "Oh get the out of here." I like when they treat us with respect in that regard.

I like how Lawler tried so hard to cover up for Khali botching so badly.

Damn 2010 was a set back to 09. Edge should of been WWE Champion during his time on Raw, and Khali...should of been fired.

I miss 2010. Heel Michael Cole is my favourite commentator of all time. NXT was never better than season three.
