Having the current storyline getting Triple H over: "I promise you that Triple H wants to be Vince McMahon, he wants that charisma, he wants that control, and he wants that respect but the only way you going to get the respect by putting yourself a side and pushing other people. Now the only way anyone is going to get pushed is if Triple H has something to do with them, period. That right there is a problem. You can’t start an organization when you’re actually going to be running it and putting yourself in the limelight. Vince McMahon did not do that. Vince McMahon put over (Hulk)Hogan, McMahon put over Andre the Giant, and he was nowhere to be seen. Right now, you got a guy that’s pretty questionable on why he is there and then he makes it even more of a problem by putting himself in the limelight and everybody is going: "See, I told you so.'"
EDIT : Go back to the WWE?: "In a heartbeat. The only problem with that is I don’t think Triple H wants me there but it is what it is. It’s sad because you got a big organization like that the fans would love to see me go back, love to have me in there and yet, I’m not allowed to go back there but not necessarily go back there but nobody talking to me about going back to the organization. It’s says a whole lot about what they feel about the fans and what the fans want and they are not looking at that. That’s when I tell you about 'Having your ear to the ground. Listen to what the fans wants before they know they want it.'

I take it Shamrock forgot about Austin/McMahon?
Austin wouldn't have catapulted to Superstardom without having Vince to feed off of, and vice-versa.

Bravo Ken. I know when I'm trying to get a job I like to openly bash the boss of the company too.
I like Shamrock but I can understand why WWE isn't interested in him at this stage. Also I think Triple H is just trying to be the McMahon to Bryan's Austin. Nothing more.

Were in a different age now back in the 70s and 80s it was easier to get someone over with the audience.. Vince got Hogan over behind the scenes but now the audience needs to see the young guy go over the legends and or the authority (vince\austin)
Fans won't accept the people they told to like or dislike... Sheamus and del Rio are a prime example

I've stated here that I would've liked to see Shamrock as WWF Champion back in 1998/1999. Now? I don't even want to see him in the ring anymore. An appearance? I'd take that, but as a wrestler not even with a "Lesnar" deal.
His character from WWE '13 is the only thing I actually wanted and I wouldn't mind him appearing on another video game down the line, but nothing more.

I take it Shamrock forgot about Austin/McMahon? Austin wouldn't have catapulted to Superstardom without having Vince to feed off of, and vice-versa. Shamrock was clearly talking about when McMahon took control of the WWF and was expanding. He even cited Hogan and Andre as examples. McMahon also didn't make himself a character, the Mr. McMahon character was organically revealed as a result of his problems with Bret Hart. I would love to have Shamrock back in the WWE. A final Shamrock run would be amazing for me.

He's definitely the most underrated guy on the IWC. He was probably the best and most consistent performer through 2012. Oh yeah, Shamrock.. I wouldn't mind seeing him back but I'm certainly not losing any sleep over him not being there. And Triple H is an egomaniac.

Shamrock's imagining this idea that fans are always wanting to see him back. Maybe in the year 2000, yeah. But I bet this is the first time anyone's thought about him in years, apart from "cool, Shamrock's in" on the game last year. He wasn't great fifteen years ago. He'd be so bad now.

If I ever needed lessons in how to burn bridges, the first person I would call is Ken Shamrock.

I wouldn't mind seeing him back but I'm certainly not losing any sleep over him not being there. And Triple H is an egomaniac. Oh dont get me wrong, I like Sheamus, I've met him in person and he's a great guy, my point was we were told to like him / dislike him without many storylines, he came in and went over Cena we were supposed to treat him as a heel eventhough a large portion of the audience boo Cena, so the live audience were glad to see Cena defeated thus cheering the heel. wheras Daniel Bryan's popularity has grown naturally his fandom seems a lot more enthusiastic, I think now they need something to cement him in that top spot, having him feud with the authority of the company, a multi-time world heavyweight, WWE and intercontinental champion is a brilliant way to do that, imo. Yes Triple H is back in the limelight, but how many people get the same crowd reaction as Triple H? Punk, Bryan, Undertaker? very few, Triple H will put Bryan over and cement his name as a top player, and so far he's also bringing Orton back up to par, I know I'm not the only one, who over the last few years have found Orton to get very bland.

We need to see how this whole angle finishes to really know whether Shamrock is right or wrong.

I'd die to see ken back... You'd die to see a 49 year old back? There are way better things to die for.
