So looks like this new young buck is ready to take on the establishment and raise some hell in the WWE. Can't wait to see how his career unfolds. This guy is the real deal...
Seriously I find it funny that with all the young guys on the roster with nothing to do and the WWE pushes Big Show? Sure kids love him but no way he is bringing in big buy rates. I get this is a way to take a break from the mishandled Bryan/Orton feud and no way Big Show is taking the title but it would benefit so many other guys to be in the spot that Show is in. But that's been WWE booking for years now... Give Rhodes, Ziggler, or hell even Punk this spot. Someone who is actually gonna be around years from now to help bring the company forward.

Honestly, I'm sick of Big Show in the main spotlight. He's a midcarder. Nothing more.

Dude, he ain't winning. Why do you think we saw the Real Americans beat the Tag Champs? They're just throwing stuff at them. Rumble is in 2 Months. Everything till then is just filler.

Ziggler hasn't been in a legit feud in over 2 PPVs. Let that sink in for a minute.

Like I said in the OP I know hes not winning but it makes no sense to put a guy who is almost 42 and has been around since the mid-90s in that spot. Give it to someone who could benefit from it.

Like I said in the OP I know hes not winning but it makes no sense to put a guy who is almost 42 and has been around since the mid-90s in that spot. Give it to someone who could benefit from it. For example. - Cody Rhodes: They guy spent months being tormented by HHH and was fired by the guy. Him and his family were humiliated. Winning the tag titles doesn't seem like it would make everything even. Give Show's push to Cody and it could make him an instant top guy going against the evil boss and champ. Makes sense storyline wise. - Miz: Sure hes not popular with the IWC but the mass fans seem to enjoy him and he gets decent pops. Another guys bullied by the evil bosses HHH and Steph. He was basically called out as a hack by Steph on live TV and knock out by Big Show immediately after. Before that he was humiliated in front of his parents and home town by Orton. Again makes sense storyline wise. - Dolph Ziggler: Another guy storyline wise who was being "punished" by the evil bosses. He was fed to The Shield for weeks. Seems like another guy who'd have a beef with HHH and Orton. I could name others if you'd like. Punk just finished with Heyman and has always been known as a rebel by the fans. Have him step up against the evil regime. Christian (who is rumored to be healed or close to it from his concussion) is another guy who was attacked for standing up to HHH and Orton. He was last seen being dragged out by The Shield. Plenty of guys who could benefit more from this from Show and it'd make more sense storyline wise.

Dolph, Miz have no push towards this angle. Where as Cody makes sense slightly. I'd rather have RVD or Jericho. Least they were mentioned.

Dolph, Miz have no push towards this angle. Where as Cody makes sense slightly. I'd rather have RVD or Jericho. Least they were mentioned. RVD is gone and Jericho is too. He also hasn't been in the WWE Title picture in over a year and likely won't ever be again. Dolph and Miz would have made just as much sense as Cody given they were both targeted by HHH during this whole angle. The problem is that the WWE booked them as having been punked out by HHH and Orton and never looking for revenge. Punk has had beef w/ HHH before and being that he is seen as a rebel and a top guy he would fit just fine in this feud. Christian I'll agree is a stretch but even he has unfinished business w/ HHH and Orton.

This is the first time since the Big Show had his monster heel run as The Giant that I have cared about him.
Maybe WWE can bring the Taskmaster back and have him modernize the Dungeon of Doom.

I guess I'll be the oddball and say Show is taking the title. The majority of us believed and hoped for the best with Daniel Bryan. Well I honestly think Big Shows gonna take it from Orton. HHH takes it from Big Show soon after. Then Daniel Bryan wins the Rumble and takes it from HHH at Mania.
I wish they'd have just had Daniel Bryan take the WHC from Alberto. Had cena lose it to Orton in a screw job and have Orton dominate until Daniel Bryan takes it from him at Mania. Daniel Bryan has lost all momentum and the fans have gave up hope on him. Just like Alberto Del Rio when he lost at Mania, just like Ryback at Hell in a Cell last year. Just like MVP when he lost the midcard title and didn't go up to main event. Just like Zack Ryder when he got repeatedly destroyed by Kane. Just like CM Punk when he got the title taken from him by Berto. I honestly think Cena is politicing to keep everyone down. I don't buy that HHH is trying to keep everyone down but Orton and Cena as that doesn't benefit him if those two are willing to do the job. It has got to be Cena.

I like it, get it right up you. I'm sure Bryan's real time will come at Wrestlemania, the impatience and the impossible to please attitude of the internet is ing unbearable.

I like it, get it right up you. I'm sure Bryan's real time will come at Wrestlemania, the impatience and the impossible to please attitude of the internet is ing unbearable. First Bryan has to overcome the Viper. Then he had to overcome the evil HHH and Steph. Now he has to overcome his trainer. What next? He'll have to overcome the cast of total divas? HHH and Steph's maid? They botched the Bryan/Orton feud to this point w/ the multiple title changes and stripping of the title. And I don't think you read my OP either or you'd know that I said this is simply a filler feud to take a break from the mishandled Bryan/Orton feud. But nobody can honestly say that Show is benefitting more from this feud than Rdhoes, Miz, Ziggler, or any other guy who will be around for much longer than Show. I've said it in other threads and I'll say it again; John Cena will be standing tall at the end of WM. Not Bryan. Not anyone else. He will overcome the odds once again while Bryan will be in some throw away match on the card. Sad but true.

Big Show bores the hell out of me. But his current storyline makes him interesting again.
