I read this online earlier at prowestling.net. I don't quite understand it, though. Was his view obstructed and they wouldn't give him another seat? "and completely blocked our section of the entire stage and walkway to the ring. WWE then had a few relocation tickets that fans in the section could exchange and move to an empty seat, but there were many who were turned away, myself included. Families of five and six were so angry they left. My friend and I left after trying to find seats there we could watch the show for two hours." So they couldn't see the stage and walkway? WWE wouldn't move them elsewhere so they could see? They couldn't find seats? Something about this is either worded wrong or just doesn't make sense. see,the thing here is - could they see the ring ? if so,then they're unlikely to get any kind of compensation if it was just the tron and the wrestlers walking to the ring that they couldn't see. however,if they couldn't see any of the in-ring action as well, then they have a basis for a complaint.

Sounds like something WCW would do.
It doesn't matter though as this past Raw episode was a total abortion anyway.

I've been twice, had no issue either time. Wrestlemania XIX and some random Smackdown/ECW.

When I grow up, the only event I would consider attending is WrestleMania. But that's it. I have no desire to deal with this kind of hassle. Poor guy. Hope he gets salvation for this.

Wrestling is in a bad state at the moment. No one is interested in wrestling now days meaning low crowd turnouts!

Don't let 1 person's bad experience spoil it for you. I have been to countless RAW's and SmackDown and never had an experience like that. It's a fluke.

Lets be honest and think in terms of numbers, WWE puts on ALOT of events around the world every year and does it in front of millions of people. 99% or probably more have a great time, no issues and would love to go back. However there is that small proportion like our good friend here who just had a bad experience when things didn't go to plan. Dont let it effect you.

I've never had an experience like this. Always had a great time when I've been.

IMO if you buy a seat near the stage then you should expect a somewhat possible obstructed view, nonetheless though its still not fair. That's why I never buy seats near the stage. The guy was probably trying to save money by purchasing tickets near the stage. Raw is in Nashville a week from today. When I purchased tickets, I found close tickets for a very reasonable price. When I looked at those tickets, there was a disclaimer saying, "Stage view may be blocked by display. Ring will not be obscured." I'm certain his tickets said something very similar. I turned those tickets down. I have not intention of sacrificing my entertainment to save a couple of bucks. I feel bad for the guy, but he was probably warned.

When I went to night of champions some fat kid next to me was forcing his legs out so that he would have more room. Thus literally hurting me in the process. I tried to stand for the main event but I got yelled at by a security guard and he tried to pick a fight with me. Even insulting wrestling fans in the process. He said people behind me with families were complaining. Well HELLO. HOW ABOUT YOU STAND TOO ITS THE GOD DAMN MAIN EVENT. Low and behold just minutes later everyone else is standing. I have been to dozens of house shows Raws SDs ppvs and have never had a worse experience. It's seriously making me reconsider going to survivor series. This whole PG thing has really taken a much worse effect on the entire company than I originally thought. Even live events are tarnished now. You can't chant a$$ hole at HHH because some mother will yell at you for cursing around their children. It's looked down upon to drink ing BEER. I've got no problem with drinking beer, but I hate being sat next to drunken idiots that can't handle their alcohol. I've had about 3 or 4 live experiences ruined because of morons that act crazy with 3 beers in their hands (assuming they've had much more to make them that stupid). I don't even want to go back to another wrestling show because I always get stuck next to the drunk group anytime I go. So, I think it's a 'guilty by association' assumption when people see a beer - I know that I start to think, "here we go again."

The Attitude Era was a fluke. There were about five years when trash tv was popular in the US. The Jerry Springer Show was one of the highest rated shows on television during the late 90's for Christ's sake. I'm glad it's over.
