Is there a reason we only get BAF in suits? I love the idea, I just never understood the reasoning.

I'm assuming because a suited figure wouldn't sell if mass produced.

Probably easiest to split up into parts

Yes BAF's are meant to be figures that wouldn't be strong sellers in mass retail. So making them a store exclusive BAF rather than an all store mass release is the way to go and right now all the BAF's have been suited figures that wouldn't have the same selling power in the regular lines.

Thanks guys. My main reason for asking was that if Mattel would ever consider a BAF not in a suit.

It's cheaper to use the same assortment of parts over and over again?

Suited figures probably just wouldn't sell if put into a regular basic or elite line.

These BAFs are figures that you have to buy FOUR other figures in order to get. I don't buy that "they wouldn't sell by themselves" crap for one second.

Pretty pissed that I bought the whole wrestlemania 28 set to get Ricardo and then they release him in a basic series.
