What to do with a CS 13 Brother Love

Yes, it's another "what can I do with.....?" thread. Anyway, I do RA customs in my spare time and I have a CS 13 Brother Love figure and was wondering what or who I could make with the parts? There's not a whole lot of guys (past or present) that I can think of to use the white jacket or pants. Even finding a use for the head is proving difficult (a chubby face with molded on glasses?).
Any suggestions, anyone? Resculpting and/or repainting isn't a problem, nor does it matter what promotion or timeframe your suggestions are from - I have simply hit a creative wall trying to figure out what to do with this guy.
