RBW Royal Rumble 10
_________________________________________
Shane O'Mac and his group (Stephanie, J.R, and General Manager Lance Storm ) welcomes everyone to RBW's 10th Royal Rumble event! He runs down the matches which are; A World Championship bout pitting the challenger, Kane .vs. the World Heavyweight Champion, Chip Hazard; And also, The Dark Princess, Ariel, defends her Women's championship against Lita! And of course the Royal Rumble match itself!
before they all leave the ring to begin the show, Shane takes a moment to thank the Ascension for rising up to stop the Undertaker and his evil Morticians on the last edition of Smackdown, and wishes them the best of luck in making sure the Undertaker and his group don't win the rumble here tonight aswell!
World Heavyweight Championship
Chip Hazard .vs. Kane
Both behemoths lock up like two mighty bulls smashing horns together, and after an intense power struggle both release the hold which turns into a staredown. They lockup again, but no matter how hard they try, nobody will budge an inch, so they release the lock once more. A third lockup commences, but Chip intercepts with a knee strike to kane's gut, followed by some thunderous club shots to the back. After Beating Kane into the corner, Chip takes a run up and charges at him, but kane dodges as chip smashes into the turn buckle. Kane starts to fight back with some heavy blows to a cornered Chip, followed by a couple of clotheslines, knocking Chip silly, until the retreats under the bottom rope. Catching a break at ringside, Chip doesn't even realise the big red machine flying over the ropes and crushing ontop of him with a big time plancha attack! Kane rolls Chip hazard onto the stage platform that is level with, and bridges onto, the ring apron. With Chip against the ropes, Kane runs down the rampway and clotheslines Chip over the ropes and back into the ring! Kane, then climbs the top rope, awaiting Chip to be reach his feet, so he can deliver a flying attack. When the time is right, kane unleashed a flying clothesline BUT Chip Hazard big boots the masked monster right to the face, whilst he's in mid-air! Chip hits a heavy legdrop, and some crushing forearm shots, to weaken down the challenger. Chip then turns up the pain by punching Kane all around the ring, head shot after headshot! After some failed pinfall attempts, Chip scoops kane up for a powerslam, but kane slides off and grabs Chip by the throat! Chip is lifted up in the air for a chokeslam, but he shifts to the side and lands on his feet, avoiding the chokeslam, before putting Kane back in his place with a nasty backdrop suplex! Chip grounds and pounds Kane some more, damaging him just enough that it's time for Chip to go for the final blow. Chip climbs the top rope, and the heavyweight house of pain comes flying off with a big sentom attack, but Kane rolls out of harms way, and Chip crashes onto the ring floor with a thud! Both warriors are now battered and in pain, and it's a race to see who will get to their feet first, and although they both manage to get up roughly the same time, it's Kane who takes control as the big red monster is all fired up as he unleashes clothesline after clothesline, followed with a big side walk slam! Kane then goes uptop, and this time he catches Chip with a flying clothesline attack, which gets a 2-count off the pinfall.
kane decides it's time to win the Championship, as he sets Chip up for the Chokeslam! Kane chokes Chip and lifts him upwards, but as Chip comes down he grabs Kane by the head and pulls him headfirst into a DDT! This also gets a 2-count, and Kane slowly crawls into the corner. This was a bad choice, as Chip comes charging with a running cannonball attack, squashing Kane in the corner! A pinfall attempt almost gets a 3-count, but Kane escaped just a mili-second before! An impatient Chip gets mad at this, and decides to end the match, as he hooks kane up for the Dominator, but Kane slides out of the move, and nails Chip Hazard with a Chokeslam from Hell!!! Kane covers Chip, as the referee counts One...Two.....Thr-Kickout!!! So close to winning, but Chip managed to dig down deep to fight out the pinfall. Kane stands up and signals a cut-throat gesture, meaning it's Tombstone Piledriver time! He scoops Chip upside down for the Tombstone, but Chip manages to squirm his legs making Kane wobble and lean backwards until Chips feet reach the floor and kane releases the grip, so now Chip is behind Kane! Chip quickly hooks Kanes arms up and delivers a neck snapping Dragon suplex, with a bridging pin locked in, as the referee counts the pin. 1-2-3 counted by the referee is what Chip thought he heard, but in reality Kane had kicked out just a micro-second before the three count! Chip Hazard could not believe this, and argues with the referee, ensuring him it must;ve been a three count! Now fueled with a rage of a thousand storms, Chip hazard lifts the lifeless kane up, and powers him over his shoulder ready for the Dominator! Somehow Kane manages to fight back with some nasty elbow shots, and land on his feet, and as Chip turns around holding his wounded jaw, he is suddenly scooped upside down and dropped on his head with a devastating Tombstone Piledriver!! Kane covers Chip Hazard for the pinfall, as the referee counts One....Two......The pinfall is broken up as Kane is dragged out the ring by his leg, by the Big Show! The almost World Heavyweight Champion, Kane, is then K-O'd by Big Show's furious fist of vengeance! The Big Show then grabs a steel chair and smashes kane across the back with it several times until it breaks! And if that wasn't enough, Big Show chokeslams Kane through a nearby table, breaking the big red monster in half! "You cost me my World Heavyweight Title, well now we're even!" roars the Big Show, as he storms off. Chip Hazard lays motionless in the ring as the referee calls this match a 'No-Contest' and lays the World Title beside Chip Hazard, who still remains Champion.
Backstage the General Manager, Lance Storm, approaches the RBW Champion, Jeff Hardy. "Hey Chump, how's it going" asks Storm. "Chump? Don't you mean champ?" enquirers Hardy. "That's what I just said... anyway, I've noticed you don't have a match tonight, I guess Shane isn't as competent as running RBW as much as his father was, so it's a good thing I'm around, because I've just made a match for you tonight!" explains Storm. "And who will my opponent be?" asks Jeff. "You'll find out when you get to the ring, which infact will be after the next contest! And by the way, your RBW Title is on the line!" Decides Lance, as he walks off with a righteous grin on his face. "No problem, man, I'll be ready for anything!" Jeff says to himself.
Women's Championship
Ariel .vs. Lita
Both women lockup in the centre of the ring, as Lita takes control with a snappy armdrag, followed by another, and punctuated with a dropkick to the face! Ariel rolls out the ring, hissing in agony. The referee demands her to get back in the ring, but she isn't in any hurry, so the ref starts a 10-count, which she obeys by the count of 8. They lockup again, this time Lita hits a Monkey Flip, and Ariel rolls out the ring again, holding her lower back and groaning about what just happened. The referee tells her to return to the ring, but Ariel takes as long as she can to recover, but doesn't seem to notice Lita as she blasts Ariel with a baseball slide! Lita, still in the ring, hits the opposite ropes, and flips over the top rope with a diving plancha, smashing into Ariel at ringside! Lita rolls Ariel back into the ring, and lights her up with some forearm shots. A wounded Ariel sulks in the corner, as Lita takes a run up from the over side of the ring, and as Lita charges, Ariel intercepts with a sneaky flapjack which sends Lita facefirst into the turnbuckle! Ariel screams at Lita, whilst choking her, before the referee tells Ariel off. Ariel nails Lita with a backdrop suplex, which barely gets a 2-count. Ariel drags Lita by her hair and beats her head into the turnbuckle post, before taunting to the crowd to show how dominant she is. Ariel charges but Lita boots her in the face, then quickly climbs the turnbuckle. Lita dives off with a flying crossbody, but Ariel ducks and Lita smashes into the ring floor! Ariel quickly hits a second backdrop suplex, followed by a pin which only gets 2-count. Ariel seems more angered that she can't keep the challenger down, so she stomps away at Lita before locking her in a cammel clutch! Lita eventually gets a ropebreak, but she seems her back is in some agony. Ariel pulls her up by her hair and goes for a backdrop suplex, but in mid-air Lita counters by turning around and crossbodies Ariel as she comes down! Lita is now in control as she hits some flying forearm strikes, followed by a corner attack and a bulldog! She then goes uptop and comes flying off with a diving crossbody attack which gets her a 2-count on the Womens champion. Lita then hooks Ariel up for the twist of fate, but Ariel spins out and pushes Lita face first into the corner buckle, before hitting her with a reverse DDT! Ariel pins Lita, but it only gets a two-and-a-half count. Desperate times call for desperate measures as Ariel drags Lita to the top of the turnbuckle, and hooks her up for a superplex, although Lita manages to fight out and knocks Ariel off the top as she hits the ring floor with a thud! Lita then turns around, and comes off the top with a diving moonsault, which squashes Ariel, but also accidentally hits the referee in the head with the edge of Lita's foot! Lita easily has the 3-count victory now, but the referee has been knocked down and is unable to count it! Upon realising this, Lita goes over and shakes the referee in order to revive him, but Ariel sneaks up and hits Lita with a low blow, followed by a DDT! Ariel has Lita pinned, and although the referee is slowly moving, he still hasn't fully regained his composure in order to count Ariel's tainted pinfall. Ariel gets mad and shakes the referee some more, before quickly grabbing the nearby Women's Championship Title belt, as she squares up Lita ready to hit her with it. Suddenly the Ascenions' very own, Daffney, comes down the rampway, clenching her fists and shaking her head as if to say "NO!" in relation to Ariel using the belt as a weapon. Ariel screams at Daffney to "Go Away!" and as she turns around Lita drops her with a Twist of Fate! The referee has finally regained himself and notices Lita is pinning Ariel, so he counts One.....Two....Thr-Kickout by Ariel! Lita wastes no time in climbing to the top rope and delivers a big time diving moonsault to Ariel, then pins her again, where the Referee counts to three! The bell rings and Lita is declared the winner, and the new Women's Champion, as Daffney nods to herself, before leaving the scene.
RBW Championship
Jeff Hardy .vs. Andre the Giant
Jeff bravely decides to lockup with the Giant, but is overpowered across the ring with force. Jeff gingerly gets up, teases another lockup, but ducks the Giants grip and starts hacking away at Andre's legs with some extreme kicks. An aggravated Andre swings a bear like swipe, but Jeff ducks, and persists on taking out the Giant's legs. Andre finally manages to grab the Champion and shoves him to the corner. Andre charges, but Jeff dodges, and the Giant smashes into the turnbuckle, as Jeff starts to unload some extreme fists. Andre angrily shoves Jeff away, who falls over and rolls under the ropes. Whilst on the apron Andre grabs Jeff's head like a vice, but Jeff drops off the apron whilst pulling the Giant jawfirst onto the ropes! Jeff then scampers upto the top rope, and launches off with a diving cross body, but Andre catches him and doesn't budge an inch! Andre lifts Jeff up for a big slam, but Jeff slips out of the Giants grasp and hits the ropes. As Andre turns around he sees Jeff springing off the ropes towards him, so he lifts up his treetrunk of a leg and big boots Jeff right in the face! Jeff drops to the mat, as Andre follows up with a heavy elbow drop, which gains a one and a half pinfall count. Andre rams Jeff headfirst into the turnbuckle, then delivers a sternum crushing overhand chop! Andre then raises Jeff up for a big slam, but Jeff slides off, and starts to desperately fight back with some extreme punches. Andre swings out of rage, but Jeff ducks and runs under the Giant's swipe, dashes up the corner ropes, and comes off with a snappy whisper in the wind, but Andre catches him across his shoulder and turns Jeff around into a powerslam! This gets a big 2-count off the pinfall. Andre decides for a military press slam now, and as he has Jeff up, the Champion manages to counter by dropping down behind into a sunset flip pin. However, Jeff can't seem to pull Andre down for the sunset flip pin, so Andre just drops a horrible legdrop across Hardys' throat. The referee counts the pinfall, but Jeff gets a ropebreak just before the 3-count. Andre raises his hand to signal the end is near, and sure enough he sets Jeff up for the chokeslam! As he lifts Jeff up, Hardy manages to grab Andre in mid-air, and pulls him down for a DDT... however, Jeff can't quite force the Giant down for the DDT, as Andre is still on his feet, as he blocks the move by pure resistance. Jeff wraps his legs around Andre and decides to change the desired DDT into a guillotine choke instead! Andre staggers a bit, before desperately charging to a corner, ramming Jeff spine first into the buckle! Andre takes a few steps back, trying to catch his breath back, before he storms towards Jeff, but Hardy leans back on the ropes, whilst sticking both his boots up and nails the Giant in the face! The sheer force of the contact sends Jeff over the top rope, and he drops onto the entrance ramp, which is level to the ring apron. Andre shakes off the damage and exits the ring, going after the exhausted Jeff. He grabs Jeff another Chokeslam, but in mid-air Jeff manages to push off and staggers towards the entrance stage itself. Feeling in the danger zone, Jeff starts climbing up the side of the stage to escape Andre, not before kicking the Giant in the knee! Jeff finds himself on a ledge, a good 10 feet above the rampway, and starts to rest, as if he had climbed a tree to escape a grizzly bear. Jeff looks around and to his horror he sees Andre's angry head pop up, as the Giant has manages to climb up the stage in pursuit of the Champion. Jeff gets to his feet in a panic, and notices a supporting post near the corner of the ledge, so he runs and swings off it, and just like a 619 he kicks Andre in the head! This wobbles the Giant, who loses his grip which sends him falling off the stage and he crashes onto the rampway just like when King Kong fell off the Empire State Building!! After such an unbelievable sight of a Giant falling 10 feet to his demise, Jeff shocks us again when he nails a Swantom Bomb off the top of the stage, crashing down onto the Giant who's on the rampway!!!
Both warriors lay there in a broken heap, but eventually Andre starts to roll onto his front, which forces Jeff to gets up. Now On one knee, Andre is locked into a front facelock by Jeff, and dis ragged through the ropes as Jeff enters the ring, although Jeff stops before Andre's knees pass the ropes, leaving him horizontally bridging from the ropes to Jeff's mighty front facelock. Although drained from pulling the Giant through the ropes, Jeff digs down deep and unleashes a Twist of Fate, as Andre's legs are still stuck in the ropes! The Giant lands headfirst onto the ring canvas, and his legs soon drop off the ropes, as he lays motionless in the ring. Although Jeff could probably pin him and potentially win right now, he still decides to go to the top rope, and delivers a big Swantom Bomb which grabs the 3-count pinfall victory! After such an excruciating contest, with both warriors enduring new physical struggles, it was Jeff Hardy who overcame Andre the Giant to retain the RBW Championship, in an iconic battle that will be remembered forever.
Backstage, Lance Storm is watching the show on a television monitor, as he nods to himself, reassured that his spur of the moment booking has created one of the most memorable matches in RBW History. The satisfied grin soon turns into a worried face of panic, as the Dark princess of Undertakers' Mortician, Ariel, comes onto the scene, so Lance runs away. She looks to the camera, and says she hates the Ascension and how they've caused her to loose the Womens' Championship. She says that the Morticians and the Undertaker will be in the rumble, and they will be seeking revenge of the Ascension, "so Beware!"
30 Man Royal Rumble Match
RVD starts the match as the first entrant, and Stevie Richards is the second. They start off with some solid technical wrestling, and the pace soon speeds up with arm drags, leapfrogs, dropkicks and a monkey flip from RVD makes a bold point! RVD hits the ropes for rolling thunder, but Mean Monkey grabs his leg from ringside and trips him up. The S.A.W member enters the ring and starts stomping at RVD, then starts stomping at Stevie. Zeke then enters the ring and goes after the S.A.W invader, unleashing some punches to the Monkey. Zeke gets the upper-hand, until Monkey eye rakes him, and starts hammering on Zeke. Then the Welshman known as Jon enters the ring as entrant number Five, and goes after Monkey! Jon gets the upper hand, and soon Zeke and Stevie and RVD all begin to beat down on Monkey. Number six enters the ring with a metal Bin, and it's none other than S.A.W member, Tommy Dreamer! He bins all four wrestlers over the head, to save his S.A.W freind, Mean Monkey, from the hostile attack. Dreamer tells Monkey to get a weapon, so he grabs a chair from ringside, and they start to batter everyone in the ring with their tools of hardcore. Stevie is eliminated when a chairshot from Monkey knocks him over the top rope!
Next is Sabu at entry seven, and runs down the rampway, springboards off the top rope and nails a flying dropkick hitting the bin into Dreamers face! Mean Monkey then smashes the steel chair into Sabus' head, to take the extreme icon down with a thud. Monkey gives everyone else, apart from Dreamer, some fresh chair shots to keep them at bay, as Scotty 2 Hotty enters as number Eight! He ducks a chair attack from Monkey, and superkicks it out of his hands! Scotty then starts to unload on Monkey, but is dunced in the back of the head by a furious Bin attack from Dreamer! Scott staggers to the ropes, as Dreamer smashes him again with the bin, which eliminates Scotty over the ropes. Dreamer then smashes everyone else, even eliminating Jon who was leaning on the ropes until Dreamer had Bin'd him out! Monkey gradually gets back to his feet, as Edge enters at number nine, so Dreamer swings the bin at him, but Edge spears him before the bin reaches him! Monkey then swings the chair, but Edge ducks, and hits an Edge'O'Matic on the Monkey! All amped up, Edge grabs the bin and smashes it on Dreamer, then smashes it on Monkey, before he starts to help up RVD, who then helps up Zeke. Suddenly the S.A.W leader, Burchill, enters at number Ten, and he has a lead pipe in hand! As he's climbing through the ropes, Edge goes after Burchill, but is smashed in the head with the pipe! RVD swings a big head kick, but Burchill smacks his incoming leg with the pipe, and as RVD staggers backwards, Burchill charges and knocks RVD over the ropes with a lead pipe shot to the skull, eliminating him! Zeke is trying to force Monkey over the ropes in the corner, so Burchill smacks him in the head with the lead pipe! Burchill checks on Monkey, then checks on Dreamer, and soon enough all three members of team S.A.W are in control and armed with weapons.
As a team, they eliminate Edge, then Sabu, and as they're about elminate Zeke, Buff Bagwell enters at number eleven, and hits a springboard crossbody which takes down Burchill and Monkey, whilst Dreamer managed to avoid the contact! Buff kips up and starts to brawl with Dreamer, hits a jumping high knee to Dreamers' jaw, then a snappy hurricanrana! Dreamer staggers to the ropes, and Buff charges, but Monkey intercepts with a big pipe shot to Buff, who staggers to the ropes. Burchill then charges and eliminates Buff out the ring with a lariat! All three members regroup, and as Burchill looks down at Zeke, he orders Monkey to get a table from under the ring! Monkey leaves the ring and pulls out a table, then sets up up ringside, but is soon knocked out with a flying forearm from John Morrison! Morrison enters the ring and ducks Dreamers' superkick, and nails Burchill with an Enziguri! Dreamer swings a steel chair at Morrison, but he ducks it, springs off the ropes, and hits a flying chuck kick which smashes the Chair into Dreamer's face! Dreamer staggers into the ropes, and Morrison knocks him over and out, eliminating the devious S.A.W member! Morrisons' momentum is cut short, however, as he receives a sneaky Low blow from Burchill! Mean Monkey re-enters, and they both set Morrison up for a double powerbomb, as they walk towards to ropes, looking down at the table ringside, where they plan on throwing Morrison onto!
Suddenly Kurt Angle comes running down to the ring and starts to unload on the two S.A.W's before they can dunk Morrison out the ring. After some heavy hits, he gives Burchill a german suplex, followed by another, and as he's about to go for a third, Mean Monkey charges at him! Kurt quickly throws Burchill away, to intercept Monkey with a handful of hair and throws him over the top rope to eliminate him! Burchill gets to his feet, but realizes he's now in-between Kurt Angle and John Morrison, so he desperately tries to run run away, but they both grab him and take turns punching him in the face, with his head being hammered back and forth like a game of tennis! Instead of a tenth punch, Morrison decides to nail an enziguri kick, which leads into an Angle Slam from Kurt Angle. They both give a high five, before whipping the S.A.W leader off the ropes and giving him a double hip-toss over the ropes and crashing through the table ringside, to eliminate the hardcore champion. With one Champion out, another champion enters, as Alex Shelley, the X-Division Champion, the enters the match and makes an impression on Kurt Angle and John Morrison by slapping them both in the chops. By this time Zeke has recovered from the S.A.W battering, and as Kurt and Morrison double punch Shelley, he stumbles around into a Zeke-Driver! Bubba Ray then enters, and makes enemies with Kurt Angle and Morrison, so they do a number on him, whilst Zeke is trying to eliminate Alex Shelley.
The ring begins to slowly fill up, as Paul London, Charlie Haas, and the European Champion Amazing Alan are the next three entrants to arrive, as the ring now contains eight wrestlers. Whilst the ring is now a busy crowd of wrestlers fighting for survival, The Ascensions' very own King King Bundy is the 19th entrant, and upon entering the ring he starts decking anyone in sight! Soon enough Bundy has lamped everyone down with either a clothesline or a scoop slam, until everyone has been decked to the mat. Devon makes his return to RBW as he enters the match at number 20, and stares off with Bundy, until Bubba Ray gets back up and sides with his Brother. They bump knuckles then begin to attack Bundy with a rekindled fire and determination! They manage to slug him against the ropes, and decide for a running double clothesline to eliminate him, but as they charge Bundy steps out and decks them both with a clothesline from each arm! One by One we see Morrison, Kurt, Haas, Zeke and London all go after Bundy as they decide they'll have to work together to get rid of this beast, while Bundy's fellow team mate Vampiro enters the match. Vampiro climbs the top rope, then dives off towards all the attackers of Bundy, which takes then down with a thud. The Ascension work as a team, with Bundy crushing as many people as he can, whilst Vampiro beats up anyone else that's left.
The pair take time to double team whoever they can, and manage to eliminate both of the Dudleys and Paul London. Next up is entrant number 22, Sting, and notices his long-term rival, Alex Shelley, is leaning against the turnbuckle wounded from the Ascensions wrath. Sting charges and crushes Alex with a Stinger Splash in the corner, then throws him out the ring just like that! Before Sting can take his focus away from just eliminating the X-Division Champion, he is stabbed in the back by Vampiro with two knees, suffering a backcracker! Sting recoils in agony, as Bundy charges and clotheslines Sting over the ropes and eliminates him! Alex Shelley limps over and kicks the fallen Sting, and begins to mock him, but Sting rears his enraged face, and a frightened Alex Shelley runs off, as Sting trails behind him. Snukka enters the match as entrant number 23, and he swings for fences trying to knock out Bundy! Despite his efforts, Vampiro backcrackers him from behind, and Snukka becomes another victim. The Ascension continue to dominate the match, as they eliminate Zeke and Snukka from the match, leaving the Ascension, Haas, Morrison, Kurt and Alan remaining in the match. Next down to the ring is the enemy of the Ascension, as entry number 24 sees the Undertaker's Mortician, and one half of the tag team Champions, George Steele enter the ring. He furiously fights away at Vampiro and knocks him down, and as Bundy comes swinging his meaty fists, Steele ducks and dodges, whilst laying in some heavy body shots. Steele manages to fight Bundy into the corner with some big left and right body shots, and whilst this is a great feat thus far, Vampiro cuts him down to size from behind! The two begin to double team Steele with some mean strikes of their own, while taking time to stomp on people like Kurt Angle, Haas, Alan and Morrison, who occasionally show signs of life, but are inevitably beaten down again!
Next in is another member of the Undertaker's Morticians, and fellow tag team champion of George Steele, as Maven enters the ring just in time to save Steele from being forced over the ropes. As entry 25, Maven, is on fire as he throws rapid fists to Vampiro and Bundy, trying to save his team mate from going over the top rope. As fast as a fly you just can't catch, Bundy gets enraged at Maven and throws a horrendous lariat, but Maven ducks and it catches Vampiro by mistake! Shocked and confused by his actions, Bundy panics which gives Maven and Steele the mental advantage to batter him with relentless strikes, until Bundy is doubled over in the corner. The Undertakers' Morticians then lock Bundy in for a double suplex, and as they begin to lift him they just can't quite get him all the way up. The beast roars and reverses the move so he ends up suplexing Maven and Steele at the same time!
As Bundy gets up in a fired up frenzy, out comes entry 26, whom is none other than the Undertaker! The Deadman enters the ring, shielding himself from Bundy's furious swipes, whilst throwing some haymakers to Bundy himself! An uppercut staggers Bundy to the ropes, as the Deadman rebounds off the opposite ropes and unleashes a big boot, that knocks Bundy backwards into the ropes even further! Steele and Maven both join in with the Undertaker, as they all grab hold of Bundy from underneath and manage to lift up upwards until he's over the ropes, then drops to ringside with a thunderous plod! Finally, the biggest threat in the rumble has been eliminated, but now the Undertaker and his Morticians dominate the ring, as Maven stomps away at Kurt and Haas in one corner, George Steele chokes Morrison with his foot in another corner, and Undertaker Chokeslams Vampiro over the top rope and sends him onto King King Bundy ringside, assured that both the Ascension have been eliminated! With the Morticians dissecting the ring, Undertaker now has Amazing Alan against the ropes as he starts to beat him up.
Entry number 27 is the leader of the Ascension, as Alex Shane charges down to the ring, and before anyone notices him, he races over to the Undertaker and clotheslines the Deadman and himself over the ropes and out of the ring! Maven and Steele both turn around to notice their leader has been eliminated, as Alex Shane states he had to sacrifice himself in order to prevent the evil of the Undertaker from winning. As he says this, the Deadman sits up and they both engage in an exchange of fists, as they brawl to the back. Maven and Steele look onwards, shocked by the outcome, and before they know it, Maven gets an Angle Slam from Kurt, whilst Haas and Morrison grab Steele from behind and chuck him over the top rope, eliminating him!
With Steele eliminated and Maven down, Kurt Angle, Haas, Morrison, and from the corner, Amazing Alan all glare at each other as tension rises. Suddenly Randy Wartooth storms down to the ring as entry number 28, and he takes centre stage, as the other four surround him (apart from Maven who has just been Angle Slammed). Amazing Alan starts getting gobby, telling Wartooth to 'back off' but he gets a lariat for his troubles. Then, without warning or being provoked, Wartooth manages to take down Haas and Kurt with a double clothesline, leaving Morrison standing alone. The two face off, but it soon turns into chaos as they exchange fists in a brawl of their own. Morrison switches it up, as he ducks a fist, rebounds off the ropes with springboard crossbody, but Wartooth catches Morrison and slams him down to the mat! Maven starts to get to his feet, so Wartooth turns his attention to him, as he begins to fight him in the corner. With Maven in trouble, Haas and Kurt have started fighting each other in another corner, whilst Alan gets up and starts stomping away at the freshly damaged Morrison. Amazing Alan then raises his hands in the air, taking credit for Morrison being lifeless, despite Wartooth doing the work, when all of a sudden Alans' face turns to horror as he becomes aware of who entry number 29 is. Returning from injury sustained by Alan at backlash, out comes Kenwood in a furious rage, and as soon as he enters the ring, Alan swings for Kenwood's face with a nasty lariat! Kenwood ducks this attack, and blasts Alan with a Delicious-Jaw-Sound Superkick, that knocks Alan into the ropes! Kenwood charges and clohteslines Alan over the rope, and eliminates his nemesis from the Royal Rumble! Kenwood is all fired up, while fresh off a brawl with Kurt Angle, Charlie Haas staggers to the centre of the ring but gets the D-J-S Superkick from Kenwood!
Up next is the final entrant at number 30, and is none other than the Intercontinental Champion, Mike Awesome, and although his ribs are heavily taped up from the injuries he sustained at Backlash, he's still willing to fight to win the Rumble! Mike ducks a D-J-S superkick and nails Kenwood with a german suplex! Meanwhile, after nailing Maven with a belly to belly slam, Randy Wartooth turns his attention to Mike Awesome, and swings a big clothesline, but Mike ducks it and nails Randy with a german suplex! Mike then goes upto the top rope, points at Wartooth, but before anything else happens John Morrison jumps uptop and meets Mike with some fists. John then goes for a frankensteiner, but Mike blocks it as Morrison is left hanging upside down... so Mike powers him up and hits an Awesomebomb off the top rope and into the ring! Fresh off that high risk impact, Kurt Angle singes in an ankle lock onto Mike Awesome, but Haas grabs Kurt by the singlet and throws him over the top rope, but Kurt hangs onto the ropes and remains on the apron. When Haas notices Kurt hasn't been eliminated, he charges and swings a punch but Kurt hooks him under the arm and hiptosses Haas over the top rope, and eliminates him! Then Kurt Angle is knocked off the ring apron with a Delicious-Jaw-Sound Superkick from Kenwood, and Kurt is also eliminated! Kenwood turns around and Maven hooks him up for a rock bottom, but Kenwood spins out and superkicks Maven which sends him flying over the top rope and eliminates him also!
We are now down to the final four, as Randy Wartooth is now up and face to face with Kenwood, while Mike Awesome and Morrison are each recovering in a corner. After a tense staredown, Randy Wartooth shoves his former rival, knocking Kenwood into the ropes, who rebounds a Superkick, but Randy catches it, then spins him around into a lariat! Wartooth then lifts Kenwood up for his finisher, the Game-Over, but Kenwood counters the momentum the opposite way with a DDT! holding his head in pain, Wartooth tries to pull himself using the ropes, while Kenwood waits to unleash a D-J-S superkick to finish him off, but the previously eliminated Amazing Alan sneaks back into the ring, and blasts Kenwood in the skull with the European Championship Title belt! Amazing Alan then flees the ring, as Randy Wartooth charges, and clohteslines Kenwood out the ring, to elimination land, where Alan kneels down beside Kenwood, and laughs at his failure.
Still slightly dazed by the DDT, Randy Wartooth turns around and John Morrison nails him with a surprise enziguri! Morrison then heads uptop and launches off with a starship pain corkscrew moonsault, but Randy rolls out the way and Morrison hits the ring hard! Morrison gets up clutching his ribs, as Mike Awesome drills Morrison with a mighty spear out of nowhere! Mike then heads to the top rope for a diving attack of his own, but Randy Wartooth intercepts him with some fists. Wartooth climbs up and raises Mike in the air for the Game-Over, but Mike returns his feet to the turnbuckle. He fights Randy with some headbutts, then hooks him in for a top-rope Awesome bomb! He lifts Randy upside for it, but his injured ribs start to aggravate him, so Mike abandons the move, and drops Randy off the top rope to the apron ringside! With Mike still nursing his injured ribs, Randy takes advantage and grabs Mikes' leg, yanks him off the top rope, and as Mike falls off towards the ringside area, he bashes the back of his head on the turnbuckle before dropping to ringside, which brutally eliminates him. Inside the ring, Morrison leaps to the middle rope, springboards off with a flying chuck kick which smacks Randy Wartooth in the head, knocking him off the apron and to the ringside floor next to Mike Awesome, which means Morrison has just eliminated Randy Wartooth! Being the last man left in the ring, John Morrison is the sole survivor of the match, and is declared the winner of the tenth Royal Rumble! Lasting longer in the match than anyone else, since he entered all the way from entry number twelve, not only is he the winner, but he's also the iron-man of the match, and has more than earnt this victory, which will grant him the #1 Contenders spot to compete for the RBW Championship in the main event of RBWs WrestleMania 10!
