So today is the day where I get the dizziness. I didn't eat breakfast until around 12 today and I ate a bowl of Frosted Flakes. Well anyways as soon as I was done eating I got really dizzy and light headed. It's weird as I have no clue how it happen I even threw up a few minutes ago before writing this. I don't get sick at all, but instead I get dizzy which freaking sucks of course. So anyways has this happen to anybody where they've gotten dizzy all of a sudden? And is there way to stop the dizziness? And advice would be a help. Here's a few pics in return for taking the time to read this. Thanks

I've undergo the same situation as yourself on multiple occasions Darkhawk. Usually what helps me return to my normal state is drinking a little bit of water, give or take a few minutes, i'm always symptom free.

This occasionally happens to me as well. I'll eat one thing and get dizzy all of a sudden. I usually drink something afterwards. Whenever you feel dizzy, just keep yourself hydrated (water is the best thing to consume) and relax for a bit. Keep yourself relaxed after the symptoms disappear and just keep yourself hydrated and fed throughout the day.

Sudden bouts of dizziness aren't normal. Go see a doctor.

Thanks for some the advice guys after a whole day of just sitting in my bed and just relaxing I feel better. The dizziness thing happens to me about once every year sometimes more. I hate it though I rather be sick then be dizzy.

If its a case of nausea and vomiting, try drinking ginger ale; the ginger is great for settling down your digestive tract. If its anything more serious than that then you should go to webmd, enter your symptons, and pick the worst case scenario that matches - this usually means you have a rare and fatal condition so enjoy what time you have left.
But seriously, go see your doctor if it continues. Don't take your health for granted and don't let a bunch of anonymous people on the internet be a substitute for a real medical exam.

I man the up... Nah i'm kidding, dizziness and fatigue have been a problem with me lately. Every time I get up I get dizzy to the point where I can't see anything for a good 30 seconds and can barely stand. Sometimes are worse than others. I've been wanting to get it checked out for a while but my Mum keeps saying it's just me lacking Vitamin C

sugar levels? if you have low sugar levels then you will have these little dizzy spells and possibly black outs, its nothing "serious" as such but it's not supposed to happen. I've always been told if you dont do brekfast atleast have a cup of tea or coffee with 2 sugars, or something sugary.
Obviously it could be something more sinister but I wouldn't go running to the doctor like (Apparently) everyone else here would, when it could be something simple like not looking after yourself properly and giving your body the nutrition that it needs.

So weird. About two days ago I had been really dizzy for a long time. Thought I was gonna pass out at work for two days straight. Then I didn't get any sleep. I'm just now starting to feel a little better. But still have this underlying light headed ness.

Have your blood checked, also blood pressure. Make sure they check your thyroid level & Glucose level in the blood test. Do you eat a lot of salt? Sugar? or lack there of?

I would suggest just taking your time waking up and not getting up too fast.

maybe you should eat sooner. And eat more than a bowl of cereal, if you are a teen or grown adult your better off eating something more filling than cereal.

Vertigo perhaps? I dunno. Ask a doctor. This. A while back I went through some days where I was just so Dizzy. I would feel like the room was spinning around me. I read online somewhere that it could be because of high blood pressure so I went to Walmart and put my arm in the machine and it gave me a reading that indicated I had high blood pressure. So I went to the doctor thinking I had high blood pressure. It turned out my Biceps are too big for those machines to give an accurate reading. I had vertigo. The doctor perscribed some medicine and I was fine after that. You can get Dramamine also at any walgreens and it should help if you have vertigo.
