I'm appalled. I've only been seriously collecting Mattel for a year, after giving in starting with Elite 16. I've collected Jakks my entire life. I went out to TRU this morning and I was doing some last minute Christmas shopping for some extra stuff, I bought a few different figures. I picked up Build-A-Figure Booker T figures, The Rock, The Undertaker, and Del Rio. I also bought Elite 25 Seth Rollins. The Undertaker was the only one I was keeping for myself, as I already have the others...one of my buddies needed Del Rio and Rock and Rollins is a cool figure I'm giving someone. Or at least, I was. I got hope, and I opened up my Undertaker. His left boot was on backwards, as in the detail with the string was facing his back and the foot itself was facing forward. I was able to quickly remedy this with boiling hot water (even though I shouldn't have to) but while I was putting him back together I realized...he also has two right feet. His left foot is the exact same as his right foot. So, out of curiosity I grab my bag of gifts and I look at them. Del Rio was fine, however Rocky has two left feet. Seth Rollins' paint app is terrible, and his blonde hair is smeared onto his forehead. Is it because of the holidays and you're trying to rush these figures out? I'd rather have quality over quantity...this is getting ridiculous. I had to go all the back to TRU and return them, and there's no suitable replacement. I wouldn't really care if it were just one figure, and I could fix the problem easily, but the two right feet thing on Taker is worse than the boot being on backwards.

Wow, that really sucks. I've been pretty lucky as far as overall quality control goes on Mattel figures.

This is really the first time it's ever happened to this degree, to me. I've always read about horrible stories and what not, of arms being detached from the start, or boots being backwards, but I assumed it was rare but for three figures in one batch to be like this is crazy.

I feel like they rush a bit to get it out. I mean I Thankful to have elite twenty six. But like all of the shield is extremely loose and that is how they were out of box. Roman legs remind me on elite 19 Kane.

Thankfully, I've never had an issue with QC of these figs.

This is the first I heard of this. It's really one con why it's not good to keep your figures MOC you just never know if there's a defect in your figure.

Mattel's painting is worse than Jakks. I have seen some Jakked up paintjobs that's for sure. I just prefer Jakks, they are cheaper and more fun to play with. Sucks that happened to you man.

The only defect I've ever seen on a figure is Classic Superstars Hardcore Kane having two left feet.

Back when Ambrose B33 came out my GF ordered me one from amazon since I couldnt find him anywhere. She paid a lot more than retail too and when I got it he had the backwards boot issue you spoke of. Really annoying and my girlfriend felt horrible that it wasnt perfect. But thats the only issue ive run into

I feel for you, especially to have had that many issues at once. As for QC on a company of this size, I'd say that the larger product assortment, the greater chance you have of a mistake. At the plants where figures are assembled they spot 1 for every X that comes down the line to make sure it's free of defects (no clue as to the value of X). If they paid enough staff to check every figure it would take a lot longer to ship out assortments and they would cost a lot more for us to purchase.

They're mass produced figures pumped out by the thousands. Of course there are going to be some mistakes. You got unlucky and found 3 of them but as you said before you had never found one before that, so obviously it's not out of control. I've never found one and I'm sure many other members haven't either. So I understand why you're upset, I'd be extremely pissed, but there obviously is quality control.

I saw an E18 Undertaker with 2 right legs. It had left and right feet, but 2 right legs.
