Honestly? Maven. I always thought Maven had everything someone needed to become a star in wrestling.

Lesnar, Kennedy, and Masters comes to mind for me. Masters improved a lot in the ring when he returned and he could have been something big.

I'm not saying that these people would have "changed the landscape" but I think they could have been great top stars and great World Champions, and they are: Mr. Kennedy & Marcus Cor Von (Monty Brown).

I would have liked to see what happened had Vince not lost interest in Ken Shamrock in 1999.I think he left at the worst possible time.....Taz,Angle,Jericho,Benoit and Eddie were all coming in and he could have had GREAT matches with them.
Shamrock could have been a big opponent for the McMahon Helmsley regime too.

a good choice that I had forgotten.Hassan had effin NUCLEAR heat and could genuinely go in the ring.a WHC reign and ME run could've yielded spectacular results for Vince.the guy who relived him of the title would have been instantly over.

alongside Rock & Foley he could've been AWESOME opposing them.
if I was booking?Shamrock would have been the one to relieve HHH at Survivors Series 1999.Big Shows title reign was an atrocity.also Boss Man would've bee nowhere near the title picture.

I would have loved to see Shamrock vs. Angle or Benoit or Jericho or Guerrero or Malenko back in the day. You're right. He left at the worst time possible.

Oh yeah, Shamrock is an awesome choice. I definitely think he could have easily moved up to the world title picture in late 99-onward, especially with Undertaker and Austin out of commission for a while.
Just imagine Shamrock vs. Angle....

Actually...now that I think about it... It's a shame we never really got a good high profile Bret Hart vs. Ken Shamrock match. I think they had one short match on Raw that ended up being one of those typical clusterf*ck type deals but an actual 25 minute PPV match between the two could have been great. Here:

Just imagine Shamrock vs. Angle.... seriously AF that's a dream match of mine.......HUGE dream match. I've actually never thought about it too much before. But I've just now realised what an amazing match that would have been. He was pretty green when he first turned up but he really shaped into a phenomenal wrestler VERY fast. His RR match with Billy Gunn is one of my favorite PPV matches ever, it's an under-rated gem. Oh yeah, Shamrock is an awesome choice. Yeah that's true, we saw them lock up a couple times on Raw and they were in the 10 man tag against eachother for a few seconds but they could have torn the house down together at a PPV, especially in a title match. One of Bret's pitches to Vince was to drop the title the next night on Raw to Shamrock.

I loved Shamrock's feud with The Rock in 1998 too.
Plus, he could take one hell of a chair shot.

The first 3 names I thought of...
1)Brock Lesnar- If he stays I seriously dont think Cena, Orton or Batista become as big as they did.
2)Magnum TA- The ideal "what could have been" guy. Had he stayed around it could have altered Flair, Luger & Sting career drastically.
3)Sting (in the WWF)- Sting signing with WWF in '92 I believe would have all but shut down Bret Hart & Shawn Michaels both as major singles stars. Putting "The WWF Machine" behind a guy like Sting would have shot him through the roof.

I still say batista and Orton had a shot(Batista moreso because I still see the Orton situation crapping out)because of the Evolution stable. I feel your spot on about Magnum TA-although Turner bigwigs seemed to adore Borden.... IF Sting had signed in late 92 to debut in 93 when Vinnie pushed the boat out?hell yeah he would have been through the roof.

What about Mr Perfect. If he doesn't have that bad back injury I believe he might have gotten the push that Bret Hart was handed. He was a charismatic a Shawn Michaels and was a awesome technician. If he doesn't get hurt the sky was the limit.
