Hello,
I'm off to Glasgow for 3 days on Tuesday for TNA.
I have some questions:
Any decent comic/figure shops?
Is there a cinema in the city centre?
Where would be a good hub for public transport? (Might attempt to go to Braehead shopping centre)
Thanks to all those who can help.

There's a massive cinema near the Walkabout bar (great bar) in the city centre. Also, don't think you can go wrong with the Buchanan Galleries, Sauchiehall Street and Argyle Street for shopping and all in walking distance of each other, then again if you're a lazy c*nt like me just get the Subway.

Thanks for that, I'm quite a big walker so I might even just do that lol. I have a Unlimited pass for Cineworld, is the cinema a Cineworld location?

Cineworld is just at the top of Buchanan street. Its a 8 story cinema so hard to miss.
If you were to go to braehead, and I'm guessing you're staying near town or there about, you need to cross the road at cineworld to the bus station and get the 747 there. It should take around 45 minutes from town.
There's a forbidden planet near the top of Buchanan street, A1 is located in parnie street which is at the end of argyle street. (Not the central station end). Just past A1 if you cross at the lights is pippens toys. It usually has the same wwe stuff but sometimes has older stuff. If your in to other collectibles then its good.
There's an entertainer in Buchanan galleries I literally just found out about. You should be up that way so worth a look.

I'll be in Glasgow for few days myself. Where are the best spots in Glasgow for wrestling fans? In terms of DVD's,t-shirts etc.

McGowan has essentially covered it in terms of good Comic Book shops and the likes. If you're looking for somewhere to get food & reasonably priced drinks I'd personally suggest The Ark on South Frederick street. I tend to spend a lot of my time in there and it's a nice chilled place and there's heaters in the smoking area which is awesome.
If you're looking for record shops (I know you didn't mention it but it can't hurt to tell you) then Love Music just up from Queen Street Station is pretty good, although the record selection is generally quite limited. I've heard Mono is meant to be quite good but I can't really say I have a definitive idea where that is.
Oh also if you get a chance I'd recommend seeing a band at King Tut's. Even if you've never heard of them the place is just excellent as a venue, I'd say it's easily the best in Scotland.

I was going to ask about music shops but just thought it'd be the usual HMV etc. Found a place called Red Hot Comics, hoping it isn't too far out of town lol.

The HMV is Glasgow is quite possibly the best one I've even been into. Must of spent about an hour on the pinball machines last time.

Any decent comic/figure shops? There's A1 Comics on Parnie Street in the city centre for comics and figures. Pippin's toys is just up the street from it. There's also Forbidden Planet at the top of Buchanan Street although I no longer go there since they stopped stocking wrestling stuff.
Shame the WWE Shop/Scotsman Models shop is no longer on Parnie Street, that shop was amazing and got all the latest figures & hard to get figs too.
Is there a cinema in the city centre? Cineworld also in the city centre, place is massive. There's also a cinema down by The Quay as well as a bowling centre.
Where would be a good hub for public transport? There's Buchanan Bus Station directly across from Cineworld, 747 takes you directly to Braehead. And there's Central Station in Argyle Street which is just a 2 minute walk down the road from the cinema.

If you get the McGill's X23 from Buchanan Bus Station it goes on the motorway to get to Braehead and takes about 15/20 minutes.
Nightlife wise, if you're into rock music then the best club to go is the Cathouse on Union Street or the Solid Rock Cafe on Hope Street if you're looking for a rock bar.
