They're in trouble if they make Orton vs Batista the Main Event for the Title. It'll be worse than Goldberg/Lesnar was.
Here is my thoughts for a revamped card...
Bryan vs Batista for the Title in the Main Event
WWE clearly want the investment in Batista to be worth it, but there is some real hostility there based on what happened at (and after) the Rumble, so...USE IT!!!
Turn Batista heel...make him be pissed at the fans for what they did to him at the Rumble...he's a better heel anyway. They're in a bad spot because he won and the fans didn't like it, so use that as fire to create a hot heel. Have him constantly remind them he's main eventing WM, and that he could care less what they think about it.
At the same time have Bryan win the title at Elimination Chamber. Sucks for Orton, but it's "Best for Business"...and best for not having the Main Event if WMXXX end like the Rumble did.
A few other tweaks I would make to the main card...
- Cena and Hogan vs Orton and Piper (I know we don't really need another Cena/Orton encounter, but kinda fun homage to WM 1) - Sheamus vs Lesnar - HHH vs Punk - Bray Wyatt vs Taker - self destruction of The Shield - Cody vs Dustin (maybe Dusty as ref) - some kind of Triple threat for Intercontinental Championship featuring Ziggler, Kofi and Cesaro - Fatal Four Way Tag Championship with Rey/Cara, Usos, Ryback/Axel, Outlaws
Now...gimmie the book!!

Compared to a few of the other cards I've seen, yours is a little unrealistic and I would prefer some other suggestions. I mean, if this is the card and how WM's Main Event goes down, I'm okay with it.
Also, I think you mean he couldn't care less.
Good little idea here, and Batista NEEDS to go heel.

What parts of it do you find unrealistic? I'm not butthurt, just curious...

Why waste Taker with someone you know has no chance of beating him?.....I would rather have Taker with either Lesnar or Sheamus.

I don't think they would set-up Wyatt/Taker, Lesnar wouldn't go for Sheamus, wouldn't think Hogan would wrestle, just me nitpicking. Reading over it, it's a solid card. Reasonably realistic, but some things I don't think will happen.
Sorry, I'm obsessed with the could/couldn't thing.

At this point I really can't see ANYBODY having a chance at ever beating Taker. I think it could be kinda fun seeing The Lord of Darkness take on the Culty McGee...Bray goes for his Upside Down Possessed crawl across the ring and Taker Rises from the Dead...WM Moment right there.

lol at Wyatt vs. Undertaker. I'd rather see Hornswaggle vs. Undertaker.

I genuinely have no idea what do to with WM now.......except I would still go with Cena vs Taker.
my dream match for the title in Bryan vs Lesnar is now shot to crap.....Batista is in NO shape to have a productive match with Bryan or anyone else for that matter.
Lesnar looks like a weak ass coward after the Big Show debacle. it seems certain Brock vs UT will go on to WM but I tell ya this Lesnars aura may be repaired before then.

I genuinely don't think it matters what they do for Mania. Most of us are going to sign up for the network, assuming you can, and get Mania for "free" anyway. Mania could end up being horrendous but I'm happy to spend $10 to be able to come on here and sh*t all over it. Especially if it means I get to watch WCW PPVs afterwards to make me feel better haha.
There really isn't much turning back now. They have to commit to this thing because Batista won the Rumble. Unless they are going to have Batista say he isn't waiting until Mania, at which point Brock could light him up in the Chamber, setting up that feud for Mania. I guess the unthinkable could happen and Bryan could win the title going into Mania, but why blow your payoff, assuming there plans to be any kind of payoff at all? The biggest mistake of this entire thing was thinking Batista was somehow the man. Like he was going to walk back through the curtain like the Rock and people were going to care. Batista sucks, and now he's been worse than he was before, so horrendous. They are going to send him out there for 20 minutes to close Mania and he's going to stink up the joint, and get booed to the moon. I tend to think doing anything besides letting Daniel Bryan close the show holding the World Title(s) is a mistake, and the crowd will likely bury the match live if that doesn't happen.

I would not give you the book simply for the fact that you have a match for the IC title where the IC champion isn't even in it. Plus, I think a better triple threat would be Big E vs Sandow vs Fandango. Makes more sense. And add Ziggler if you want a four way. Cesaro can stay in the tag division. I'm really having a blast with the Real Americans.

Well I'll be surprised if WWE doesn't snatch you right up! Sit by the phone!!
Couple of quick notes:
In no way shape or form will Batista vs Orton be anywhere near as bad as Goldberg/Lesnar. Be realistic. Two guys that care > two guys who didn't give a damn.
Hogan is one big boot away from turning into a pile of bones. Yet that pile of bones would still want to go over. Keep him away from the talent... brother!
And Bryan winning the EC would in no way be the same as if he won it at WM. If you want your WM moment he would have to defeat Orton or Batista or both at the biggest event.

Sting/UT is about the only thing considering Rock is not available.

I still haven't the faintest clue why everyone thinks Hogan can wrestle.
Have you seen his last match in TNA? He's lucky he can walk. If he went for the leg drop, his spine would probably shatter at this point.

I don't think he has to do much of anything if you set up a tag...he's basically out there for nostalgia purposes more than anything else. Surely he can at the very least throw a few punches, carefully be taken down from behind or something, Hulk Up and let Cena do the rest. Totally not out of the question in my mind...

Sting/UT is about the only thing considering Rock is not available. I don't get people wanting that matchup. Taker needs someone who can carry a match at this point. Look at last year, Punk did all the work. Taker vs Sting would be way to similar to the Sting vs Hogan match TNA did…shudder…. Undertaker vs Lesnar or Bryan would make sense. It's likely going to be Lesnar. Bryan would be the only guy in the back I would let end the Streak. Imagine how insane the crowd would go. That would propel Bryan to even crazier heights.
