A few years ago, I never thought I would be so sick of Martin Truex winning. He's doubled his overall win total in 2017 alone. It's pretty ridiculous. He's going to face the issue of people putting his success on the team / car / crew chief and I'm not sure that it's an unfair observation right now. Going from zero wins on a 1.5 mile track (2004 - 2015) to having 8 (2016 - 2017) is a pretty large jump. I'm not saying.. I'm just saying lol. He wouldnt be having half the success he is if he didnt have an unfair advantage by driving a Toyota.

In 2014 (his first year with Furniture Row in a Chevy) he finished 24th in points with 5 Top 10s but the next year, still in a Chevy but this time with Cole Pearn, 1 win and 22 Top 10s and of course the last 2 years have had ridiculous stats. Cole Pearn is probably the 2nd coming of Chad Knaus, guy who loves to throw out illegal cars every week and only gets caught sometimes.

I'm happy for Bubba that he's finally getting a crack at the Cup series. I don't expect much though since it's with RPM and Smithfield, who had a good 30 races locked up every year, are gone.

Danica might have a ride, Bubba has a ride meanwhile Kurt and Kenseth haven't announced their 2018 plans yet. There's something wrong with this picture.

I cant imagine Danica having a ride after her saying she didnt want to "ride around in the back"...I mean, I love her to death but she's already riding around the back with one of the top teams in Cup. Does she think she's going to take over for Jeffrey Earnhardt? Speaking of female drivers, any time they feel like speeding up the process for Natalie Decker, Im game. I realize she's just now in ARCA but dat ass has made me a fan!!

She is supposedly shopping around with the Aspen Dental sponsorship which is 13 - 16 races [depending on the rest of the season] which is 'least something to shop around with. She's been tied to Richard Childress Racing more than once in silly season so that seems like the most likely landing spot. If there is a landing spot for her. We'll see though because her coming back in 2018 is a rumor that won't go away. Also been on that Natalie Decker hype train. Good god.

She can bring a sponsorship (like Paul did with his family) and RCR can field another car to finish 20-25.

So let me get this straight, we have a pace car that is decked out for cancer awareness (breast cancer) and NASCAR decides to get a special driver for the race and they choose Amy Earnhardt? I mean, did they miss the whole Sherry Pollex cancer battle?
