They changed bodies at the start of the 2015 season which carried into the 2016 season before switching again to start the 2017 season. That's drastically different than Ford who has had the same body with minor tweaks since the 2013 season. I'm not disagreeing with your sentiment but using the "these same cars were junk" the previous season with Toyota isn't really true like it's with Ford. They're not the same cars.
There were changes done but a simple nose/tail change isnt going to take you from 2 wins to 16 & a championship. Toyota has been out performing other because they've been out spending others. That goes not only body but also mechanical/engineering. No its not the same car but outside of a nose/tail there's not much difference between any of these cars regardless of brand. Everyone is trying to blame Chevy's struggles on the Camaro this year...they dont realize last year with the SS all their wins except for the fluke wins came from 2 drivers. Chevy has been struggling the past couple years because they're not spending like they use to. Ford has made a push after being embarrassed the past couple years to better their cars. I fully expect next year to be a lot more competitive because Toyota is still spending on their TRD program, Chevy will have a year under their belts with the Camaro and Ford who's been making a push will be bringing in their Mustang. I agree with everything you said but honestly I think the Ford teams has just gotten better. Go back since Harvick first got with SHR he always had the potential to win like this but most the time something happened on pit row or mechanical issues now seems like they straighten a lot of that out. This is Bowyer second year there and he's getting more used to everything and he's running better because of it. Blamey got into a better car now since he's with Penske and Kurt,Keselowski and Logano imo has always been race winning drivers.

I'm sick and tired of those cheaters. I just don't get how these old Ford's are this dominating after these same cars were junk last year. Yea the rest of NASCAR is asking that about Toyotas. Wonder how in 2014 they couldnt beat anybody but the next 3 years after that they win literally half of the races each season & 2 of the 3 championships....Are they cheating to or nah cause your favorite driver is in a Toyota? Still salty over the Toyotas dominance I see, quit crying.

I echo the statement of "People were tired of Truex winning".
He didn't win his 5th race until the Chase started.
Harvick has won 5 in the first twelve. A run of 3 consecutive, and he's now on 2 more consecutive. I'm pissed that MTJ got the lead, and then they threw a red flag. And the announcers were sucking Harvick off in the booth, so I'm not surprised he won. Not saying he "cheated" or it was "fixed" but.....or maybe I am. F*** Harvick. Same horrible bodies from 2017, and Ford drivers are the ones that complained. Now they change the rules package, and Ford has 7 wins in the first 12 races. Harvick - 5, Logano - 1, Bowyer - 1.
5 wins won't be crap when he doesn't win the title though.

Who wants to see the same guy dominate week in and week out. There was always that one guy through the years but now between the racing being horrible and one guy winning, what’s the point in watching

If you want to try to troll & bait me into an argument at least educate yourself on what you're trying to do. Ive never once "cried" or even complained about Toyota. FFS if you'd educate yourself you'd see I rooted for MTJ last year in the chase after Elliott got eliminated. I realize you have some sort of emotional thing which is why you feel the need to pretend you're female on a message board for attention but you're not getting it from me. You're literally the laughing stock of the forum from here to the WWE board. Just sit down & be quiet and let the adults have a conversation and when you feel you can put your big boy pants on, then you can join us.

Check out some of the old results. There's always between 10-15 drivers with a win per year. Thats typically average and there's always 1-2 guys that dominate. Petty & Pearson, Earnhardt & Wallace, Gordon & Johnson, this generation is Harvick & Busch. Which I also find it funny that a lot (not all) of the people complaining about 1-2 drivers winning everything had no problems with Kyle Busch was winning 3/5 races per weekend. Hmmmm

@ me when Morgan Shepherd and Con Nicolopoulos are dominating so I can see who’s complaining about the real GOATs.

Are you guys at all concerned with the potential sale of NASCAR?

Chase Elliott wins the all star race fan vote. Also a damn shame Hinchcliff won't be in the Indy 500 yet Danica Patrick will. Danica sucks.

I'm liking the look of this package so far. I say we run it for the 600.

I'm liking the look of this package so far. I say we run it for the 600. Run it for all 36. Seems capable of producing a better on-track product than what the past few years have.

My 32 years of watching nascar is just about to go out the door. It is getting absolutely ridiculous between all these damn rule changes, favoritism towards 1 team or manufacture. It's just all getting to me and it's getting really hard for me to watch it anymore. Back to back years of 1 car dominating a season. Also trust me I would be saying this if it was Kyle doing it to.

Nice win by Harvick but the rest of the SHR guys had a rough night hoping for better next week from Bowyer and Busch. The package was fun to watch, the Open races were awesome to watch some of the best racing ive seen in a while.

Finally got the chance to watch the whole All Star race...Honestly I like the package and enjoyed the racing. 1st and 10th werent 23 seconds & half a track apart. It was legit racing not 4-5 car lengths between each car and a line wrapped around the track. The bumping didnt bother me but there's always a way to get around that. Softer front/rear bumpers where you cant put the nose to someone will keep you from pushing someone.
For the first time I watched a race not at Talladega/Daytona where I could see the majority of the field on my screen at once and thought "anyone could win this". Id love to see this package full time in 2019
