I just listened to parts 1 and 2 of this last night and loved it. Regal sounds like such a cool easy going guy what did everyone else make of it? its made me want to pick up his book if i can get hold of it. Has anyone read it? or would recommend it?

Wrong board, this goes in the WWE board. I'll move it there for you

It's a great book. One of my favourite wrestling books, and one of the few that I've read multiple times. Apart from Foley's, I'd put Regal's as one of the best. On par with Jericho and Bret's books. He's lived such an interesting life, leaving home to become a wrestler in his mid-teens.
I've only listened to part one of the podcast so far and loved it. Looking forward to listening to part two.

You speak obviously very highly of it....I should really pick it up. I have always liked the way Regal carried himself, seems a genuine bloke.

Haven't read it yet, but I love Austin's podcast. Next to Cabanas it's easily my favorite. I just hate when he has that tool Mo on it.

I've always liked Regal. I only wish he would have had a good chase at the world title. He didn't need to win it or anything, but I think he could have had some really good matches going after it.

Its his fault he didn't. They were really setting him up in 2007 and 2008 but he blew it by failing a drug test.
