Does anyone else get annoyed that Mattel makes power slammers, rumblers, super strikers and whatever else? I wouldn't mind if they had like one of those 3 and that's it. It's kind of excessive and it only makes me sad because they could spend more time on making the figures people actually like. Add another line to the elites or basics or something.

All those extra lines may seem pointless but they actually do sell otherwise Mattel wouldn't be making them. I know the majority of us on this forum want Legends, Elite two packs, Defining Moments, Entrance Greats etc; but we're a small percentage of the actual consumer market. I agree with you but it's not gonna happen.

They do sell? A large amount of the rumblers and slam city stuff is on clearance at my stores. I feel like its the stuff that parents just buy for their kids because they're cheaper than the figures and the kids get them at home and they're like wtf dad?

I dont think they sell. There is a reason every line Mattel has made for the WWE has been canceled with the exception of Elites & Basics. I understand that Mattel tries to maximize their profits but people (majority) simply do not want any of the stuff being made thats not Elite or Basic.

They don't make Rumblers anymore. So Basics, Elites, Slam City, Super Strikers is it, I don't think 4 is too many

Glad they don't make rumblers anymore, I never would have guessed though because of the massive amounts of stock left in stores.
