Why no outrage like when Justin Bieber was arrested? Where's Jared Padalecki's tweet about what an awful person Chris Pine is? Where's the insane media coverage? Pine and Bieber were both driving under the influence. They both could have killed someone. Yet Chris Pine seems to get a pass and some hilarious comments.

I'm sure there are kids out there that look up to him and he goes and does something like this? But I guess because Bieber is annoying, it's worse when he gets a DUI. A DUI is a DUI. Doesn't matter if a great guy did it or a terrible guy did it. It's a terrible thing to do and to only attack the terrible guy is ridiculous. If anything the good guy should be condemned even worse because he is a good guy. |

If anything the good guy should be condemned even worse because he is a good guy. Its absolutely a terrible thing. But it isnt getting the same attention b/c Pine is not as big of a name as Bieber. It didnt happen in the US. Its a newer story, so it will still pick up some speed. And there isnt a history of this behavior. America is a country filled with forgiveness, especially in the public spotlight. When you have a history like Bieber, its gonna be harder to garner forgivness and certainly slower. |
