Anyone got it?, just completed it on good karma. Great game, story is okay but it is 'all over the place'. The game is kinda short if you just do campaign and not any districts. I just cleared every district and every side quest like a audio logs done and got every shard. Going for a platinum trophy My verdict: 8.5/10

I very nearly picked this up today but decided my brother's birthday gift was more important. I still really want this though. One question; do I have to play inFamous 2 for any story reasons? I've played and beaten the first one but haven't gotten to playing the second yet.

The early copies of the game are Limited Edition, they come with Cole's Legacy DLC, that bridges the gap between inFAMOUS 2 and Second Son. I never beat the second one either but I am still playing this one.

Finished the story as a good guy yesterday. May go back as a bad guy but honestly that doesn't seem to be very different so may not bother. Really enjoyed it though. I loved 1 and liked 2 but never finished it; this is definitely better than 2 at least.

I'm doing an evil run now. Up to Lvl. 3 Evil Karma. I finished it with Good Karma last night. Awesome game, and again I say, it's the best game on PS4 right now, and developers will have their hands full trying to make a better game. This is a top contender for Game Of The Year, imo. And that pretty sick cover of Heart-Shaped Box that plays during the credits, that's an added bonus.

Just got Neon power and I'm at Lvl. 4 Evil karma. It's cool to see the different scenes play out when you gotta make the good bad or choice.
This game kinda hit home for me because my brother is a cop and I'm kinda like the outcast little brother.
So when Reggie died, it hit me a little harder than probably most people.
That was a big moment. Sucker Punch did a good job making you feel a connection to the characters. I didn't feel the same thing with Cole in the first two.

The cutscenes play out differently, dialog is different for some spots. I've always found it fun to be on the evil side of games, so it's worth a 2nd playthrough. Plus the trophies that you can't get doing a good karma run. And at some points, there were the Blue mission markers and Red mission markers, well with Evil karma, you can do the Red markers and they are different missions.

Doesn't the evil stuff seem a bit off? Delsin never seemed to show any suggestion of anything evil in the neutral cutscenes, so I thought it would be a bit strange.

Well, he's not like....sinister in the cutscenes. He just does things a little different. Read the white, don't wanna openly spoil it. When you reach Fetch and choose to corrupt her, he walks to Reggie, pulls his arm off Fetch and says "When it comes to Conduitsx it's MY decision. Not yours, not ours. MINE!" And he just had a little tougher attitude about him.

I just finished the story with Evil karma. Got one more playthrough to make, an Expert run, and I'll have the Platinum trophy. 46 of 48 currently unlocked though. I'm gonna have fun with this just playing it even with no missions. Having all the trophies is not the death knell for a game to me. inFAMOUS is fun, and it's definitely a game I can go back and play again and again.
