First off this is no poor taste April Fool's Day joke.
Has anyone heard any rumors about him having health issues? I'm just wondering if something is wrong with him. I find it odd that he was not at the press conference today when he was clearly advertised. Also he has ben extremely rare on WWE television as of late (even for him). I hope nothing is wrong with him, I wish he would come out one night and put HHH and Stephanie in their place.

He'll probably be back on Monday but I don't know why he wasn't there.

He's probably having a good long deserving rest. He has had the strain of the WWE for decades and with HHH and Stephanie having a lot more control now he's probably just sitting back and making the most of life.

The last thing Vince will be doing is sitting back and taking it easy, he is a workaholic because he loves the WWE. Its 24/7 with him so he wont be taking his foot off the gas anytime soon. He said himself he will most likely die in his office because he loves his job. The strain you spoke of was merely trapped wind for Vince.

The years have been hard on Shane I remember being there for that. As we left the arena there was smoke and emergency vehicles. I wish that storyline never got ed up cause tragic circumstances.

I think he'll return sometime after Mania. Triple H will fail to stop Bryan and that will lead to Vince returning.

Vince has been in a coma since 1984. Turns out, none of us are real and we're just some elaborate fixture in his lucid dream. #bluepill

Let's all hope and pray for Vince that everything is fine. I'm probably one of Vince's biggest fans, so I really hope all is well.

I actually met Vince 3 years ago near a hotel by Allstate arena. I was in awe. I told him that he basically created a business that I love and always been a fan of. I thanked him. He smiled and grabbed me by the shoulder and said that it's people like me that keep this place running. I got worked up.
That man was more kind than any wrestler I've met. If it wasn't for Vince we probably wouldn't be here on this site talking today.
That being said, it will be one sad day when Vince is gone. I am in genuine fear for the business because nobody has the mind like Vince does. And I don't think Triple H and Steph are capable of taking that burden.

I think Vince is fine, he's probably just been doing a lot of office work as opposed to having a television role lately. As for his press conference absence, I suppose he's just doing other WM-related stuff. I assume he's letting Steph and HHH do the more operational side of things nowadays as his successors.
