I've seen speculation that the concussion may have come when he took that high crotch throw from Lesnar on the floor. That was a harsh bump, no doubt, but I'm fairly certain the concussion came much earlier. I actually think it came from the belly to belly suplex. It was very early on in the match, inside the ring, from the corner. Taker clearly lands on his head, everyone in the room I was watching noticed it.
I don't have a link, but if someone has a gif or video, check it out.

That did look brutal, the slow-mo of the gif after shows just how he landed right on the back of his head.

He got up way too quick for that to have been the concussion spot. He doesn't even look remotely gone in his eyes.

It had to be the single leg push on the outside, as soon as it happened I knew he would of had a concussion

Took Bret 10 seconds. Undertaker 1-2 seconds. Point is? Not everyone is "out" after they get concussed. Bret could have easily got up in 1-2 seconds after that.

It think it was from the belly to belly. To me it looks like 'Taker jumps sort of sideways like it's gonna be a side belly to belly instead of an overhead.

There are guys who take a hard shot and don't even go down but they're concussed. I actually got a concussion when I was younger. I was going way too fast on a skateboard, got squirrely, wiped out and smashed the back of my head on the street. My reaction? I stood right up and walked away. My only thought was "well I should get out of the street, cars are coming." Nothing about my head, nothing about pain. Concussions are weird.
