Hello all. With the sudden and tragic passing of the Ultimate Warrior, I've decided to start collecting figures again starting with Warrior figures.
There has been a lot of really awesome Warrior figures over the years made by Jakks and Mattel and eventually, I plan on buying all of them.
But for now, if you had to pick the five best Ultimate Warrior figures made by Mattel and Jakks, which ones would they be?

Get all his Mattel ones. He has 2 Legend's, 1 DM, 3 basics and a flashback. Legends 6 and DM Warrior are the best.

Not to sound cold, but if you're just now getting into collecting Ultimate Warrior figures, I would strongly suggest you wait a couple months. In the wake of his tragic and untimely death, prices of Warrior figures have shot up quite significantly. Plus, there's a lot of fans buying them on impulse, so you'd likely have a lot of competition right now. If you wait a few months, prices will go back down and competition will be lessened. Unfortunately, this happens every time a wrestler dies. The scalpers come out with all sorts of merchandise hoping to capitalize on someone's passing. I get it on an economic level, but it kind of sickens me on a moral level.
I've actually been looking for the two Legends series Ultimate Warrior figures myself recently. Will probably hold off on that hunt for a couple months myself and wait out the spike in the market that's happening right now.

Legends 6 and his World Champions Basic are my favorites from Mattel so far.
Hasbro Series 3 and CS Series 12 if we are talking other companies.

Strictly mattel: the best and most iconic warrior is basic 29 world champions. This figure captures warriors look at the height of his popularity.
Then I'd put either legends 6, defining moments 2, and elite 26 in a 3 way tie. All amazing but they are event specific attires. Which I love but could be a drawback if you only want one warrior.
Legends 4 Battle pack wmxxx Wrestlemania heritage- the worst of the bunch. Its got good details (like they all do) but re using wm6 1990 head for a 1988 warrior doesn't fit given warriors evolving look from 88-90. Also the tassels should of been shorter

Legends 4 is the best. It's from summerslam88 when he won the IC title in a record time.

I have:
Legends 4 Legends 6 Elite 26
I like them all very much. If I had to pick a favorite I would say Legends 6 because it's his WM6 attire when he won the WWF Title and the scan shows his intensity. Warrior was always so intense, so it was a little puzzling to me how Mattel made the majority of his figures straight faced.

I own
E26 and B29 my list would be
1. Elite 26 2. Legends 6 3. B29 4.Defining Moments 5. BPWMXXX
Just putting it out there, there were at least 6-8 warrior/ sheamus BPs shelf warming at my target for weeks maybe a month. I went back after mania weekend and his passing and they are ALL gone.
