I finally scored an elite series 27 Fandango! The question that stands for me is what endgame did they have in mind with designing the new torso for him? Typically, they will not design a new torso for an elite unless there is no other viable option such as the case with Mark Henry or Big E Langston. When they developed the Elite Ezekiel Jackson torso they had to know that an elite Brock was in the works. With Fandango there was always the option to just simply use the Randy Orton torso like his basic, but instead we get this new one. My question is, who do you think they will end up using this body mold for in the future? I'm fresh out of guesses myself. Also, I knew I wasn't mis-remembering things from SDCC last year. They were going to give Fandango's basic a new torso sculpt as well and scrapped it for some reason. Here's the photographic proof: www.tomopop.com/post_gallery_one_photo.phtml?post_key=31264&photo_key=174707

The torso is meant for Cesaro.

Both are good choices. I'm now willing to bet that Lex Luger will have this torso.
Also, I know it wouldn't be accurate, but honestly it would be better than the skinny ones we've gotten if Orton used this torso and these arms. Orton hasn't been as slim and dehydrated looking as his Elites in some years now.

I tend to not think so at this point, what with Mattel and their inflexible budget. If they were more inclined to do that then Elite 26 Jack Swagger would have had an updated torso to match his basic. The tooling on basics is cheaper than Elite, which is why there is a greater number of unique parts in that lineup.

Really mind-boggling that Mattel debuted this torso on Fandango. Other than Cesaro, the only other wrestler they could use it on (properly) would be a young WCW/ECW Eddie Guerrero (I remember another member saying this and I wholeheartedly agree 1000%).

It's Lex's torso from what we heard, but personally I hate the torso. Nobody has a torso cut like that. Not even in comics.

Is E27 Fandango the same skin tone as e27 Billy Gunn? Hard to tell since I haven't found extras to take out of boxes yet.
