Not a fan of that casting decision at all.. Love him, but not for The Flash... I understand that thinking... I haven't ever really seen him in a role comparable to this, but I have enough faith in him as an actor that I think he'll be able to pull it off. TBH the direction worries me more, but I'm definitely interested.

Potential SPOILERS for BvS: Why would this mean he is playing flash? from what Ive heard he is supposed to be playing someone who lost his legs in the zod/supes battle. Luthor gives him legs in the Metello project. Again all rumors but sounds highly likely considering they are green screening out his legs.

That's just so he can walk around the set between takes without 1000 people taking pictures of him. Most movies of this kind do this.

so I watched Man Of Steel again last night.....and I really like that movie. But as the weeks pass the hate for it seems to amplify......But I really don't get why?
I know they went over the top with the destruction in some peoples books. But I feel that will be relevant going forward.

I know they went over the top with the destruction in some peoples books. But I feel that will be relevant going forward. That shouldn't qualify as a problem on the long list of problems with that movie.. 'Man of Steel' was something I was extremely let down by, and IMO one of the only redeeming factors was Zod vs. Superman, and them leveling Metropolis.. But I was thinking about this today tho, Even 'The Avengers' didn't completely destroy New York.. You watch Avengers and you say "yeah, New York can definitely rebuild and move forward after that fight", it would take a couple decades maybe, but New Yorkers can go about their daily business.. Not with Metropolis, it's not even slightly ing possible.. They literally destroyed the entire city.. That place is in ruins.. It would take a century or more to actually rebuild Metropolis after their fight.. Not only is that place in ruins, Lois Lane appears everywhere the plot needs her.. The final nail in the coffin for me was her running into the train station at the end. I facepalmed so hard at her being able to make it across this destroyed city so she can see Superman be vulnerable. I don't wanna get started on 'Man of Steel', because I could go on a long rant, and I tried so hard to like it, but it's just not a good movie.. It's a bad movie with a few cool things that happen.. I try to see the good, but it's few and far between. Yet I'm still hopeful that Batfleck and his Oscar winning crew can turn this Universe around. If they had cast like, Josh Brolin to be Batman I'd have thrown my hands in the air and wouldn't even attempt to see the new film.. But Batfleck packs heat, dude came in with his team and basically pushed Goyer out.. The only positive that came from 'MoS' was Warner Bros finally seeing Goyer for the hack he is. So.. I AM hopeful.. But 'Man of Steel' has absolutely nothing to do with it.

Just read that Pierce Brosnan was up for the role of Tim Burton's Batman, actually had talks with Burton but turned it down, what do you guys think of that?

Scoot McNairy and his green CGI socks have resulted in fans reaching the conclusion that he will appear in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice as either The Flash, Metallo or possibly a wonded Metropolis citizen from Superman and General Zod's battle in Man of Steel. In a recent interview with Schmoes Know, they told the Argo star that they very much hope to see him as a member of the Justcue League in Zack Snyder's movie. His response? "Yeah well…I hope to be a part of the DC Universe for a while as well." That's an interesting reply, and it could be seen in some way as confirmation that he will indeed be suiting up as the Scarlet Speedster. On the other hand, it could just be that he hopes to appear in more of these movies, but if his role is just a one off, why mention an unlikely return? We're going to have to wait and see! In equally interesting news from the interview, McNairy was quizzed on whether he will be reteaming with his Monsters director Gareth Edwards for his upcoming Star Wars spin-off! "You know Gareth has been a Star Wars fan since he was a little kid, you know so if I was going to be in one of the Star Wars films, I would definitely want to be in the one he directs." Brosnan would have NAILED Bruce Wayne, assuming Tim Burton even knows who Bruce Wayne is.

Yeah I'm not sure Burton has or even had a clue. So lit might have been wasted.
