Mattel could have done an "André the Giant- Golden Trophy edition" , maybe with base and a special box in honour of WM30 I'd buy it in a blink

do you know of any other images/videos where Andre has a fro and black boots? He obviously owned black boots....but i just can't seem to find him wearing them during that time period. other then this pic What difference does it make? Why do you need to see him in that combo? Will that make you want the figure more just because an extensive search revealed that, yes indeed, this outfit was actually worn by the guy. If you have to search for it, then why does it matter? Either you'll like it in figure form or you won't. I don't mean to be antagonistic. I just don't understand the mode of thought here. It was the same with Flair. People were tripping over themselves to find a picture or video of Flair wearing that exact combo, and for what reason? I just don't understand. I for one like accuracy in all figures I buy, Marvel, Sportspicks, anything. It's nice to have representations that are correct and not just thrown together and made up.

Something i've never seen before.) *I've been into wrestling my whole life. I've been creating Andre in wrestling videogames since the mid 90's....so there aren't many attires i don't know about. Take ur pick. Hypothetically speaking, if elite 14 Big Boss Man had a white shirt, instead of blue...........Maybe you'd care enough to question it. Its certainly plausible for a character based on that of a corrections officer.....to wear a white shirt. Its not out of the realm of possibility that 1 nite.....at some house show, in some podunk town....Big Boss Man couldn't find his iconic blue police shirt. And wore white. If only for a nite. Wouldn't u be curious as to the reasoning for Mattel making a white shirted Boss Man?

Dat Rhodes tho.....
Seriously contemplating adding it to my pre-order Wyatt's/punk, it looks so good! But I have found it very easy to find elite series lately, and don't know if I need to do that. Sandow and Andre are definitely retail purchases for me though

HOWEVER it needs to be pointed out that just because a figure is inaccurate doesn't mean i wont buy it or wont get some enjoyment out of it. in the end if im spending money on something i have the right to critique it as i see fit

I was vocal about my displeasure for elite20 CM Punks attire. Its just a made-up attire representing the Chicago/Pepsi colors. At that time people really had there hopes up for it to be the Hitman attire that he had worn at the previous Summerslam (2012). There was a vocal group that wanted his Halloween attire in elite. And some (myself included) were still hoping for the Summerslam 2011 attire (that we just got we BAF JR). So not only was it made-up, but i felt it was taking a spot of other CM Punk attires that people really wanted. That said, I really liked that Punk figure. I think the figure looks great. As for the Flair mash-up. My qualm with it was that I feel like we're going to get more Ric Flairs. We could possibly get purple robes, green robes and red robes down the line. And this black robe works for a red trunked or black trunked Flair. But we're never going to get the blue robe that matches this DM Flairs attire. That ship has sailed. They could've saved this robe for the TWO other attires its actually accurate to. They're not going to give us a black trunked Flair w/ a blue robe (just to throw us a bone).

So glad that the flannel is removable from Harper! Now I can display my basics with all their gear on and use the Elites in my fed.
