Mine aren't the tightest joints they could be either, but it doesn't effect it enough to where it can't stand on its own.

Mine is in pristine condition. Pretty sure it was from a "revision case" at retail tho.

Sorry to hear that. I have a 50/50 history with figures through Amazon. Everything else I get (via Prime) is great, but for some reason some of the figures they get are shotty.

Wow, when I found mine at Target, there were two - the first one I picked up, the leg looked weird - I could actually see the ball joint where it meets the hip socket, so I put that one back down and got the other one (the leg joint looked more normal). It just didn't look right - normally you can't see that on figures.
So now that I'm reading your report, I wonder if some were produced with crappy quality....

Same thing with mine, but dosent affect playability or anything

Mine came from RSC's first shipment, and yeah, it's got some loose legs. My Crush from Target can barely move his legs. Big Show from Target also has loose legs

My Bray has a really loose right arm below the ball jointed shoulder. My brothers Bray has the exact same thing.

Mine had a issue on one leg. Try at your own risk, but the glue trick worked for me...actually started doing it with all my figures that have loose joints.
Just dab a small amount of glue at the ball and quickly begin to move the leg forward and backward. This basically builds up the area that is loose with a coat of dried glue, but it's important to keep moving so it doesn't bond the entire thing. Also, be careful to avoid the thigh swivel. It's close to the ball joint and the glue may run, so just be mindful and have a paper towel handy to quickly wipe away if need be.
I'd also have boiling hot water handy if you apply too much. Dip right away and you should be ok. And like I said, be conservative with the glue. Just try a tiny bit at first. See if it works, and if not try a bit more

No problems on mine like that. His left arm is slightly stiff, but it just barely effects his range of movement so it doesn't bother me.

No problem with the legs. The arms are a tad loose though, which is the most common problem I've been encountering for close to two years now. Some loose to the point that they can't quite hold their arm up in a pose. Floppy ab crunches on all the newer torso molds, too, like Cena, Kofi, and Rey.
